My wife and I stayed for 3 days and had a great trip to Kihei. This condo was perfect for us. The location is amazing. The condo has everything you need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Joe was a great host and was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. Most places there are cons to consider, but this space checks all the boxes. The space is even bigger in person than in the photos. For a couple, it is quite spacious due to the massive kitchen with open concept living room. You can easily have a family stay here with kids sleeping on the pull out (the latter we did not use). We noticed the high quality appliances, fixtures and tools, with excellent upkeep of the space. We searched to find a spot that was modern and relaxing, and this space is it. Parking was very easily and its an excellent location to get around the island. We went out every day to a new beach/spot to see Maui. Alternatively - you can walk across the street to a great family friendly beach (Kam 3). I would return and recommend to family/friends

We came over from Big Island for our anniversary. This country no was perfect and had everything we could possibly need including an adult hot tub near the pool! Can’t wait to stay here again ❤️

We couldn't have asked for a better home base in Maui for the week. Our family of 3 (my husband, our 10-year-old daughter, and me) were so comfortable, and the location and view from this condo can't be beat! The condo was well-equipped, and everything was a short drive or walk away, including the beach park, food trucks, Foodland, and shops. It was nice to have A/C and a washer/dryer on site. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we visit! =)

Condo was bright and had a welcoming feel .Proximity to the beach was a big plus to us.The Kamaole Sands property is beautiful and very well maintained.We didn’t have much contact with the host because we had everything we needed to enjoy our time in paradise. Mahalo

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei at Joe's place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need to explore the area, then come home and fix a meal if you'd like. The property is clean, homey, and Joe was very responsive when the AC didn't seem to be cooling enough. He sent someone right away who took care of it that same morning. I would recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayi in this bright, comfortable condo. We loved the decor, the well equipped kitchen, the view, the privacy and location within the complex.

We had a great time at Kamole Sands and really appreciated the renovated suite. It was well equipped with beach extras (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, child floatie and kids toys). Joe was very responsive to questions and check in was easy (note there is a $40ish dollar condo fee that has to be paid at the office ASAP). Overall, a nice stay and the Kamaole Sands property is meticulously maintained. That being said, the main property doesn't seem to have enough amenities for the 400 or so units it has and it appeared to be at least 90% occupied when we were there. We ended up waiting for barbeques - some not working great, and pool was on the small side for how busy the place was so we didn't use it much, however, the access to Kam beaches II and III made up for it. There isn't great views of the ocean, however, the green space and distance from the busy road made up for it and would still recommend the property overall when seeing what other buildings in the vicinity were exposed to with street noise etc.

We had a wonderful time at Kamaole Sands, the condo was better than the pictures. Close (walking distance) to beaches, restaurants, etc. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed on hand. We would definitely stay at Joes place again!

I have been to Maui a few times now, and this place is a true 5 star experience. Everything is there if you want to go to the beach, also all the amenities are great. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and very well equipped. Kamaole Sands grounds are very well maintained. Pool area is great. We used communal barbecues a few time. They are cleaned every day and are immaculate. Would highly recommend.

This was the most well appointed condo we have ever stayed in. It is beautifully updated, extremely clean and has a lovely deck with a view of the ocean. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the king sized bed was so comfortable. Condo was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, nice open layout. Enjoyable stroll through the lush grounds to the beach across the street where we watched amazing sunsets every night. This was my family's 3rd condo rental on Maui, and, by far, the best. The location was great: far enough from the main areas of Kihei and Wailea to avoid too much traffic and too many pedestrians, yet close enough to walk or drive to everything we wanted to. The resort was well-maintained with an excellent layout. We were near the back of the resort but took only 5 minutes to walk to Kamaole III beach. The only negative we had about the resort was that there was only 1 pool for the large resort, It got a little crowded during peak hours but never ran out of poolside chairs. We also spent more time at the beach so this negative is relatively minor. The condo itself was IMMACULATE. The owners take great care of it and provide everything you need to stay for any length of time. The patio opens to the inside of the resort and has a decent view of the ocean and great views of the grounds and pool area. It was also a nice addition to have reserved parking in the same spot. Maui is our go-to vacation spot and we will look into this condo again!

What an amazing vacation! My wife and I were in Maui for our 19th wedding anniversary and this property was perfect. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed (towels, chairs, cooler, etc) and the beaches were only a 3-4 minute walk away. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Clean and comfortable

It’s a beautiful home，quiet and easy access to the beach. Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is great，many good restaurants and cute little shops around the area. We had wonderful time during the stay.

The property was beautiful and quiet. Perfect location and within walking distance to many restaurants. We had a little hiccup at check in since they didn’t have our reservation listed but I provided them with our confirmation email and they resolved the issue quickly.

Very clean and nice. Joe has thought of everything, even the first cup of coffee is on him! The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect. Walk across the street to a beautiful beach or walk down to many good restaurants. We’ll be back, Joe. Thanks for your hospitality.

If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient spot in Kihei, this was a great find and was just as described in the Vrbo listing. I stayed here for 5 nights with a friend for her birthday and we had a great stay, and would stay again. The place was clean and pest free. The bed, sofa bed, and sheets were all very comfortable. My friend who opted to sleep on the sofa bed said it was the most comfortable sofa bed they’ve ever used. The air conditioning also worked great. We had consistent 5G internet across the whole condo, apart from the smart TV that could only use 2G, so some newer streaming services ran slow. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, with basic condiments, general cooking supplies, limited tupperware, and even a rice cooker. The resort provided us at check-in with a coupon for 10% off at the Foodland grocery store up the street, which we gladly used. The condo was nicely stocked with beach supplies: 4 big towels, 4 chairs (with cup holders and backpack straps for carrying), 2 umbrellas with screw-in sand anchors, a body board, some beach toys, and a backpack cooler. None of which was too hard to carry. The resort fee on check-in was ~$40, which I think we got our worth out of. For the girlies™: we saw no signs of suspicious devices in the unit during our stay. Powered devices included an outlet extender on the bedroom floor, NetGear WiFi extender in the hallway, motion-activated night lights in the restrooms, and some Arris devices under the TV for mes
