Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation in Watercolor at King's Landing. The house is gorgeous, and we had tons of room for everyone. The bunk room is great for the kids, and we all enjoyed the numerous screened in balconies. Exclusive 30A was incredible to work with through this process and I will definitely use them to book with in the future. The property is a good little ways from the beach, but with the courtesy trolley and the included bikes, we had no issues getting to where we wanted to go in a timely manner.

Great location with easy access to the beach, pools, restaurants and shops. Very well appointed with a feel of formality yet extremely comfortable. The inner courtyard/summer kitchen was a great private place for the family to cook and hangout. I would recommend this to anyone without qualification.

The pools, beach, restaurants and shops were just a short walk away which made it easy to go back to the house if we needed to. I particularly enjoyed the private courtyard and made great use of the outside shower everyday when we came back from the beach. I stayed in the carriage house and was very impressed with its size and how comfortable it was. Rain or shine, you will have a great time staying in this home.
