Mike made our girls trip extremely easy! Communication was AMAZING! Beds were SO comfortable!! The decor was super cute. Being from MD, I loved seeing the Old Bay, in the kitchen. So many fine details, that this condo has- the owners really put their heart and soul into it and it shows! I will for sure stay again! Extremely spacious!

Wonderful! It allowed us to be in the same place as the upcoming nuptials. Roomy, clean, well stocked, great view, accommodating host. Would book with this host again. It was exactly what we needed!

The condo was great and had everything we needed! We were so surprised to find the little “extras” that make a place feel like home (small fans in addition to ceiling fans, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, etc) and make the stay flawless. The condo is in a great area and we were never lacking things to do. The beach shuttle is super convenient and the pool area is nice. We will definitely be back!

Not only is this condo the perfect location for walking to all the Destin Harbor has to offer, it also includes many personal touches, comfortable sleeping arrangements with quality bedding, and lovely decor. I wish we had more time to enjoy the unit. Mike’s communication before our arrival & during our stay was greatly appreciated! I look forward to our next visit!

Three adult couples fit perfectly in this condo. We enjoyed the proximity to shopping, bars, dining. We rented a pontoon and spent a day at Crab Island. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location!

Thoroughly enjoyed our family time at the Emerald grande in this unit. The unit was absolutely perfect for the six of us. We even enjoyed ordering room service. Grand children loved all the activities at HarborWalk the owners were very accommodating and it was appreciated.

Our entire family loved your place and had an amazing week. Location is perfect and surrounded by everything the family could ever want or need to do while in Destin. Owner was great and communicated with us multiple times to make sure we got in ok as well as found everything to enjoy our stay.

We had an amazing week in Destin and loved this condo! It was big and spacious with comfortable beds and everything you could need at your fingertips. The views were spectacular and it was extremely easy to get to the Harborwalk. Mike was a quick text away at any time and was very quick to respond to any questions although we didn't need to contact him much at all. He let us check in early as we arrived a few hours sooner than we had anticipated. The staff at the Emerald Grande was SO friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and nice - nothing seemed worn and despite being right on the beach - I saw no sand inside. Kudos to their cleaning staff! Overall - just a wonderful experience. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Destin - this is it!

The condo and location was perfect! Conveniently located at Harbor Walk. We loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beautiful water of Crab Island. Loved watching all of the boats coming in and out of the harbor. The condo was very clean and the beds super comfy. It had everything we needed and more. Everyone at the Emerald Grande were so nice and helpful. We took the resorts boat ferry to their private beach area every day. We enjoyed the short boat ride. They also have chairs and umbrellas for the guests. It was a great area to swim and snorkel. The condo owner Mr. Mike went above and beyond for us. He even let us check in early…he’s one of the only condo owners at the resort that allows early check in. I would highly recommend booking this condo!

Condo was very clean, modern, beyond comfortable. Met the Property owner who gave us a quick tutorial on the condo, Area, the Emerald Grand, the harbor village, and the places to see locally. !00% the best communication for weeks before our arrival and even after we arrived back home they were checking to make sure we had made it home safely. We had such a great time at this property on our Destin vacation. I would highly recommend staying here. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The owners/manager promptly answered our messages and were very helpful. They even left a binder with information about the surrounding area and things to do. This is in a location where there is so much to do. I enjoyed being able to get into an elevator and be where a lot of shops and restaurants are. You do not have to get in your car if you don't want to! This place is a must stay!

From beginning to end this was our best experience ever in Destin! The communication was great from beginning to end. The owner went and bought a new stroller so our granddaughter who’s 10 months old could use it! There were a lot of of nice things awaiting our arrival as well such as wine, drinks and some snacks. Now to the Condo. It is the nicest condo we have stayed at in Destin. Having the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, as well as a washer and dryer was a game changer. The location is right on the Harbor Walk and you could not even leave this area if you wanted. It has everything you could possibly want to do and more. I didn’t know what I would think about the beach and the boat ride, but when you get to the beach, and it don’t take but a few minutes, it wonderful!!! If you like to snorkel this is where all of the diving companies bring their clients to dive. No seaweed anywhere. If you want a place where you can literally walk out and do almost anything that Destin has to offer, this is your place!!

This condo was spacious, close to activities, clean, well-stocked with everything we needed during our stay! For a family of four with a small baby that was so nice because you feel like you have to pack the whole house when you take a baby on vacation. The beach was beautiful with clear and calm waters. We will be back. Excellent hosts!

Location was perfect. Park your vehicle and walk wherever you want. Staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Emerald Grand is so clean and beautiful. Loved the view, condo was perfect. We were pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. It’s beautifully decorated and smells amazing. Mike the owner is very pleasant and was in constant communication with us. He gave us some pointers about things to do and places to eat. The location is close to all the activities on the pier. We left knowing we will be back soon.

We rented this condo for our youngest son’s senior spring break. It was a great location for them to be able to walk around and you wouldn’t even have to rent a car because there are several restaurants within walking distance. The beach is reached by a boat ride that is provided. We did not have a problem with that at all. Mike was a great host and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this unit.
