Magical Family vacation, we had a large group including five little ones. We had so much fun every day between the beautiful beach and large yard and the house was immaculate. This property is one of our favorites and we look forward to our next stay.

Fabulous house, perfectly located on Drake Island Beach. The house has a Great Master Bedroom at the 2nd floor, with a fantastic view of the ocean. 2 other bedrooms with private bathroom. Great spacious kitchen opened to the dining room and family room at the 1st floor. Highly recommended.

This house is truly amazing to stay at. Get beach house that is easy to stay at all week.

I hesitate to say it as I don’t want to have to compete with others for time in paradise, but this is by far one of the most special and magical places we have ever stayed at! What makes it even more exceptional is that the hosts are receptive, available, and quick to respond. I know many people might not consider vacationing in their home state, but when you live in vacationland it seems crazy to go elsewhere and when you find a place that makes you feel as if you are living in a home on the old TV show “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous,” well, it’s ridiculous to look further. It also allowed our grown children the ability to come by for several meals with us and we spent long relaxing evenings around the magnificent huge table while watching moonlight shimmer on the water which is literally right outside the door. We cherish the opportunity to we had to wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, sip coffee on the porch as we witnessed the sun rising, and enjoy long walks on the pristine beach. We are leaving rejuvenated and refreshed and dreaming of next year.

House was nice, views and sound of the ocean was awesome. The deck was great for our morning coffee. Our only disappointment was access to the beach, the stairs were not out, understandable but no where did we see it mention that, so we had to jump down and up a 6 foot wall or climb down and up rocks.

This house was the perfect setting for a girls weekend of relaxation and laughter. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious meals and sleeping with the sounds of the ocean in the background was perfection. First floor electrical did blink a bit but not enough to put a hamper on our fun.

We enjoyed our stay last year so much we just had to come back. Once again we all loved the trip!! This has been our relaxation vacation and it’s real easy to do at this house. It’s just perfect!!

Beach is awesome loved our time there! Elevator is a huge plus due to mobility challenged mom….will be back

The home was spacious and clean with adequate parking. The beach front was like no other. Hoping to book again next summer.

The property on Drake's Island was amazing ! From the beginning of the booking process, the communication, the arrival details, easy as can be. Once we arrived we knew we were going to be in love with our "home for the weekend" ! This was our annual Christmas in Maine weekend, which was made even more special by the surprise of a Christmas tree being set up for us in the living room when we arrived ! What a nice special touch. The house is so beautiful, every detail is covered. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and so beautiful ! The oceanfront view, there aren't enough words !!! We felt welcomed at at home. One downside.....we did not find the beds and pillows very comfortable at all. They were very firm, so if you enjoy that, you'll be happy ! Otherwise, there was not one other thing that could be considered a negative ! We will book again, looking forward to it !

Rented w/friends for my daughters wedding, the bridesmaids got ready here before the ceremony and the location was ideal based on the amount of space and perfect for pictures - the water views from inside the house are awesome - beautiful sunrises. Very comfortable and cozy. Will stay again.

Beautiful setting, beautiful home! Clean and organized and the fire was on when we arrived! Loved it, the weather wasn’t great and it was nice to just hang out and enjoy.

The location and house were spectacular. There were a few minor annoyances. One TV could not be used due to missing remote. The elevator was. A great help getting luggage to rooms, but was balky stranding passengers a couple of times. This was one of the nicest place’s we’ve stayed. The location was wonderful. I would stay here anytime.

We went to visit Maine for our first time, explore the east coast and found ourselves drawn back to the rental home where we could gather, cook meals and enjoy the ocean view. Walking along the beach was a delight, and watching the tide come in relaxing. A perfect location for a vacation.

Loved everything about this place!

This was truly an amazing location and house was really nice. Except for the few small glitches(Elevator out of order and AC not working) it was a great week at Drakes Island. The property management company was very responsive to get those thing fixed. Working with them was great. This location was excellent. I can not wait to do it all over again.

We had a terrific week at this amazing house. The location, views and amenities were perfect! Very comfortable and has everything you could want for a beach stay. Weather was great and gave us a beautiful setting to vacation with family we haven’t seen in a long time.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It is located on a prime stretch of beach with ocean views from so many rooms. The fireplace was perfect for chilly nights. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Master bedroom has a wonderful spot to look out at the ocean while you have your morning coffee. It is also well located to get groceries, visit restaurants in Wells or Kennebunckport and to walk in the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. I can't wait to come here again!
