We had a group of 7, ages 4 - 61. House was fantastic. The information provided regarding the house rules, check in and out requirements, the directions on how to use the furnace, fire pit, hot tub etc. was so helpful and much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen, nice suprise gift in the refrigerator. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great with very comfortable beds. The little ones ( 4 & 6) thought the bunk bed room was super great. the fire pit, hot tub & decks were wonderful. Good location to get around the Branson-Hollister area. Beach towels, bag, and cooler was available for us to use. (never had that before!) Only complaint (beyond anyone's control) was that one of the main reasons we went there was for the indoor pool as that is a vacation requirement for us and the pool was closed for maintenance/cleaning so we were only able to use the pool 1 of our 5 days that we were there. The 1 time we did use it, we thought the pool was wonderful - building was clean, great furniture, bathrooms, and just across the street from our house so super convenient. The kids play ground was a big hit as well. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we are in Branson again.

House was very clean, quiet area, easy access, close to anything in Branson area that you would want to do.

This house is perfect! Indoor pool right out the back door and courts/playground/pool just steps from the front door. The kids stayed busy going back and forth, the adults relaxed on the back patio and back deck. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. We will be back!

We take our children and grandchildren on a vacation every Christmas as our “gift” to them. We have grown to nearly 20 ranging in age from 6 months to almost 50 years old. This house was perfect! We always stay in a rental due to the size of our family and hands down this was the best we’ve had so far. It was VERY clean when we arrived. Trash bin is conveniently located just off the back porch. We had one group stay in another rental nearby because we weren’t sure if we all would all fit comfortably. We all could have fit no problem. Each room having their own bathroom was wonderful! Everyone had plenty of space for their own things without chaos or being on top of each other. This is the best equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in. Most have only the bare minimum supplies. Maybe 1-2 toilet paper rolls, 1 roll paper towels, maybe a dish pod, etc. Every bathroom had 3 rolls of toilet paper and there were 3 paper towels. Providing these amenities seems minor, but it decreases the overall cost of your stay and thus makes the cost of the rental even more appealing. This house had a playpen, baby gate for the stairs and high chair which was awesome since we had several babies. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and the big pots/pans were perfect for our large group. There wasn’t a single thing we needed that we didn’t have. No unexpected trips to Walmart for a “necessity”. We rarely repeat a destination, but we will absolutely stay here again!!

The kiddos loved the bunk room and changing lights! We had plenty of sleeping areas. Place was immaculate when we arrived. The indoor pool and spa, fire pit,and playground was a hit. The only suggestion was to supply a hand mixer in kitchen, and more than one wash cloth per bathroom. We relly enjoyed the place, certainly will come back !

Everything was exactly as advertised and expected. The place was spotless. There is nothing we would change.

Beautiful property, perfect for our girls weekends. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee looking at the lake at the sunrise to evening hot tub with s’mores by the fire. The home was very welcoming with a complete kitchen and special welcome gifts left from the property management.

This home was exactly what our large family of 12 needed! The home was beautiful and had exactly what we needed for our stay. The outdoor spaces were throughly enjoyed by all, especially the the hot tub in the early morning while watching the sunrise. Pete and Beth are by far the greatest hosts in all of our travels. We contacted them before our trip and they were very quick to respond. They even recommended a couple of restaurants that we throughly enjoyed! Thank you, Pete and Beth!

This is a great property, which is conveniently located to whatever is desired. Close to Branson, nearby marina to rent a boat, and walking trails along Table Rock Lake. The property is very new, and the house has a great layout, with all new appliances and amenities. Good BBQ grill, plus gas fire pit were a big plus. Nice swimming pools (indoor and outside) and a playground for the kiddos. We had a very fun family trip to the area, and would definitely return to this place. The owner was also very responsive to whatever needs or questions we had.

This home was perfect for our family! Plenty of space and all the extra bathrooms are awesome! The location was perfect, tucked away but close enough to everything we wanted to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a party of 4 adults and 1 toddler! The space is well thought out for family gatherings at the dining table or around the bar in the kitchen. I especially enjoyed the fact that the surfaces were easy to clean and maintain, were decorated in contemporary lines with area rugs, and the King beds were comfortable! Our grandson could move about freely and had plenty of space as they enjoyed being downstairs, and we slept upstairs. We never heard him as he woke up at night. This home was wonderful to come in to after a day on the lake or from an activity. The outdoor spaces were wonderful as we witnessed the hot tub was emptied and cleaned after each stay. Thank you! There were no odd smells! In fact, it actually smelled wonderful upon arrival...what a nice surprise! All linens were fresh, as were towels. The house is well stocked with appliances and dishes.This home is a short walk to the pool which our grandson loved, especially the "mushroom" waterfalls! Thank you for every detail it takes to open this lovely home up to us! We would definitely rent again. The owner even left us a tasty variety of cheeses and friendly note.Thank you! There was a notebook which included instructions for everything.We also enjoyed the location of the home which is 1/2 mile from the State Park Marina where we rented a "tritoon" boat (I highly recommend for young children). It was a wonderful vacation.We have been in this area 10+ vacations. This home was a favorite!

The house was gorgeous, and the area was very quiet and peaceful! My family has been going to a Branson for over 10 summers now, by far our new favorite location! Highly recommend!!

Everything was as represented. We cooked almost every evening in the well-appointed kitchen. We would definitely consider staying again if we ever travel back to the Branson area.

As soon as we walked into the home we felt very welcomed. Everything was set up so nicely. The view was perfect. Everything was clean and all the amenities were perfect. The pool at the properties was awesome. Just the perfect depth for my grandbabies! They loved the slide. I highly recommend renting this property. God willing, I will be coming back!!

Perfect house for grandparents, adult kids, and grands! Loved the pool and pickleball so close. State Park was wonderful and very close. We loved being out of the tourist part of Branson in this Lake location. Communication was excellent! Definitely would come back!

This home was exceptional, layout was perfect for our family. Conveniently, located for Big Cedar & Silver dollar City. The interior furniture, amenities, cleanliness was fantastic. Who every design the layout & interior decor did a fabulous job. The owners were exceptional to deal with.We plan on staying here again. We could not be happier with our stay!!!

Wonder place for a family vacation. We had a blast

This was a perfect place for my senior mom, our grown kids, and our toddler granddaughter to have "Christmas in the Spring". Best Christmas gift we ever gave each other! The house was perfectly suited for all of us to spend time together and retire to our rooms when we needed to. We'll definitely be back!!

We loved this house and that our group could have private bedrooms and bathrooms for each family. We enjoyed pickle ball, the indoor pool, and the giant dining table for games. Owners responded quickly to all questions. Highly recommend.

This property is all you could ask for and more from booking online to the ease of checking in. The owners were very great to work with & quick to respond to any and all questions/concerns. They also left us a sweet welcome surprise that we enjoyed. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, cozy & spacious. We met my in laws there for our annual trip, so we had ages spanning from 10-70 & the house had something for us all to enjoy. The hot tub & fireplaces were great on the unexpected cold/windy days. Close proximity to boat launches and the overflow parking was great for our truck & trailer. Overall we couldn't have asked for anything better. Highly recommend this property & definitely will stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!!

We loved this house so much! We had family from Indiana and Texas meet in the middle to spend a week together and it was absolutely perfect! Seven kids (15, 15, 13, 11, 7, 5, and 4) and five adults and it never felt cramped. Tons of bathrooms and very nice finishes throughout! Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to feed 12. There was something to do for everyone! The hot tub, indoor pool, pickle ball courts, nearby hikes, games and PlayStation, and beautiful scenery were nothing short of incredible. The owners were awesome and they even left us an amazing little charcuterie/wine welcome gift! I can’t say enough about how great it was! We travel a ton and this was definitely one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. We really hope to come back!

Hands down the best first family experience to Branson . The house was more than expected it was beautiful, clean cozy and very clean . Homeowners were nothing shy of helpful and super kind . The amenity’s were perfect as well ! The house was just the right amount of time from all the hectic town life snuggled back on a beautiful lake . We will most definitely be coming back ❤️🎄

Beautiful home exactly as pictured and described. We came to Branson to celebrate my mother’s 60th Birthday. There were 11 in our group. This was the perfect location close to everything in Branson. Even though the homes are close together it was very quiet inside the house, the rooms are very well insulated. Plenty of room for our large group, enjoyed us all having our own bathrooms. It rained two of the days we were there but the house had plenty of space for us to enjoy games at the dining table and the bunk room with game station kept our teens occupied. Would definitely recommend this property. The hosts were easy to communicate with, very responsive and accommodating. No complaints from anyone in our group, everyone loved the house and all the extras that came with it.
