We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful little home. The location was perfect, we walked to town at least once every day as well as jogged in the mornings. The home was just as described, spacious, comfortable furniture, clean and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything. Communication was fast and responsive with the hosts, they were very nice as well. We would absolutely love to stay again in the future. The kids room also had many fun toys and trinkets that my boys loved to play with. Really cant say enough good things about this property. Thanks for having us!

I grew up spending my summers in Beaufort, and I was excited to spend the week there with my children so they could spend time in my favorite town! The house was very well appointed and clean. We could easily walk, bike or scooter all over town. We did rent a golf cart for a few days to get around more easily with our little ones, and that was so much fun! The hosts were very responsive to any questions or issues. I highly recommend staying here and we plan to stay here again next summer.

We are no strangers to the town of Beaufort and typically visit at least once a year. This trip was extra special as it included 4 generations of family staying under one roof for the first time.
We all enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs and swing, especially my grandparents who are in their late 80s. Since we were just a few blocks from Front Street, we indulged in some of our favorite Beafort hot spots: Beaufort Grocery, Dockhouse, Backstreet Pub, Moonrakers, No Name Pizza, Front Street Grill, and more. The dining table on the back patio was a nice option as well to enjoy a meal or drink in a more private setting. We loved all the amenities and there were so many more perks than expected!

This was our third time at 815 Broad to celebrate a birthday. The house is perfect and very well maintained. The location is perfect to walk to the waterfront. We are planning to come back next year.

The house is comfortable and well-equipped, with helpful items that are not usually included with vacation rentals. The location is great, with friendly neighbors and walkable streets- close to the water, shopping and restaurants. A regular coffeemaker with a glass carafe and 2-3 metal spatulas would be nice additions. We had a great time!

We never found a spider web anywhere. The furniture was very comfortable, and the beds slept well. The house was very well appointed, you could tell that the owners took a lot of time to decorate. We really liked the closeness to the waterfront in town and the walk was very enjoyable. We definitely would rent again and would recommend this stay to everyone.

Talk about the perfect vacation home! My family loves Beaufort, and this house is right in the heart of town. We enjoyed walking to downtown and to the restaurants up the road. The house itself was immaculate and everyone slept great from the first night on. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

We visit Beaufort often and this is our second stay at Broad Street living. The house has plenty of room and all the amenities so we didn’t need to pack much. We love the location, and being able to use the front porch and fenced in back yard for our pet. Will definitely book again!

Very inviting, spacious and stylish cottage. Great location in quiet neighborhood and convenient walk to museums and restaurants while admiring all of the beautiful homes and historic sites. Really liked the front porch swing and rockers and the back deck. The owners thought of every amenity to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Loved staying here. The backyard is securely fenced and my dog enjoyed running around. I felt very safe at this house and in the backyard at night. The property manager was very available when the power went out briefly and I needed help resetting the WIFI and TV. The house is an easy walk from the waterfront and historic downtown area. I enjoyed exploring the neighborhoods and seeing the pretty houses.

Your little house on Broad St. was perfect for staying in Beaufort during our long weeken for my niece’s wedding. The house was just a short walk or golf cart drive from Front St where all the restaurants and shops are located. Also not far from the Hotel Beaufort. Beaufort is a beautiful town!

This was a surprise adventure for my mom! She doesn't get out much and this was just what she needed! My mom, cousin, 17-year-old daughter, and I loved the cute front porch with the swing and rocking chairs. It was the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. We enjoyed several restaurants and shops while there and enjoyed a sunset cruise with the "Waterbug Tours". We would highly recommend this cute, very clean house! It had everything we needed and more!
