Lyn & John are awesome hosts - very welcoming, friendly with excellent communication from our booking to when we arrived. The accommodation was exactly what we needed for our 2 night stay in Picton, it was warm, tidy and inviting. They left a card and treat for my birthdays partner which was very sweet. Our dog was made to feel welcome too - able to roam about the downstairs area and sleep inside.

Perfect spot to stay overnight with your dogs. We walked to the nearby park and enjoyed the walk and amazing views! It had everything we needed to enjoy a good night sleep. Lovely owners as well. We would love to come back!

We just stayed a quick night for early ferry departure to Wellington. There is no in-house cooking but a BBQ stove is available outside.
A small studio flat, good for short stay. 5 minutes drive to town centre.

A clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet location a short drive from town. Well equipped kitchen. One very tiny omission was the lack of a bin in the bathroom.

The owner of the property could not have been more delightful in keeping us well communicated. She provided even more than she had promised. The apartment was delightful, well situated and with beach views just as she had promised. We will look forward to recommending it to our friends in the future. we loved our stay!

Great little studio close enough to both Picton and waikawa. Great walkingvtrack takes you between both marinas. Modern apartment with functional kitchenette including microwave and bbq. Friendly hosts. Great dog friendly accommodation for 2 people

We decide to stay here after the ferry ride and I am glad we did. The ferry ride was long and the host of this vrbo was great. The location was also perfect with it only being a few minutes from the ferry port.

Nice and close to the town, parks and commodities.Very pet friendly. Prompt communication with the owners.Had all the necessities needed for a holiday. Just being a property (holiday home) being below another lived in home-at times you can hear foot movements,furniture movement and voices from upstairs.At all sorts of times and hours. Otherwise a nice retreat.

Cute and spotless dog friendly bach that offers great value for money and a lovely location close to town centre and bush walks. Well equipped and a good enclosed section for dogs. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful place - clean, safe, private, has all the amenities you need, plus on the doorstep of some beautiful bush walks. Highly recommend!

Perfect studio unit for a couple in a quiet location. Bonus dog friendly, fully fenced and So close to walking track. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bed linen, beautiful wall art, and many tv viewing options for a wet day. Ideal for stopover b4 catching the ferry. We hope to stay longer next time.

Wonderful location and easy access to walking tracks. Super little self-contained unit, clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen. Quiet neighborhood. Bonus was being able to have our elderly dog with us. She enjoyed having the enclosed space outside to have a sniff around. Thank you.

Wow! We had a wonderful stay at Lyn’s fantastic studio.
Lyn was one of the best hosts we have ever had. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable after arriving in Picton. She also had great local recommendations and insightful knowledge of the area and surrounding areas.
The accomodation had everything that we needed and was extremely comfortable in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood.
We definitely recommend staying at Lyn’s accomodation when heading to Picton.

Fabulous hosts met me on arrival, explaining local attractions and directions to places I wanted to visit.
The flat was compact, clean, and well equipped. Bed was comfortable and the location was quiet. Very pleasant.

This is a quiet, clean, safe property with great amenities. It is close to the harbour and close to the larger town of Picton. Lovely NZ family feel to the property. Lyn, the host, is lovely and very welcoming. I will stay there again.
