The house was great for our family stay. It was very clean and located in the perfect place for our visit.

We really enjoyed the stay! Nice clean property, great for pets! Only issue was there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner and when we asked we were told it wasn’t an included amenity. Not sure that would be obvious to most and it wasn’t to us. So worth packing some if you don’t want to go out and buy it. Otherwise we really enjoyed the location!

This property is beautiful. Very clean and right next to the ocran. The only isssue we had was the wifi wasnt connecting upon arrival. I would definitely reccomend this cute beach house to friends and family.

We visit the area often as my grandparents were prior owners of the Rockview Trailer Park. My son and his wife joined my husband and I for some rest and relaxation pending the arrival of our new grandchild. A simple weekend trip to enjoy the sites and some family time together.

This is our second visit to this vacation rental, and it did not disappoint. Spotless and well-decorated, with ample supplies of linens, towels, cookware, tableware, and flatware. All the appliances are updated and fully functional. Quiet neighborhood, fenced-in front yard, and Morro Strand just steps away. Highly recommend for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The house was perfect! It was very, very clean, well-stocked, and a very easy walk to the beach. Also a super quick drive into both Morro Bay and Cayucos. Highly recommended!

This property had everything we needed: supplies to make meals, it was walking distance to the beach, it was quiet at night, rocking chairs (great for mamas with infants) and great outdoor space. Definitely recommending to family and friends. Sidenote: while we didnt bring our fur babyvthis trip, pet friendly is also a big plus.

This place is everything it said it will be! I will definitely come back when we need a much needed break from work. Hell, we hated the thought of having to go back to work! Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable house in Morro Bay. The ocean view from our front patio was stunning. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. They are dog friendly! We didn’t want to leave, but will definitely return next summer

We had a wonderful stay near Morro Bay. This property is just as shown in the pictures and is so close to the beach! We walked just a few minutes each evening to watch the beautiful sunset! I would definitely recommend!

We loved the location of this house, close to the beach, and a quick drive to town. Easy access to the highway. Everything was provided to prepare meals at home, to play board games, watch tv, or hang out outside with the pets and bbq.
Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Washer and Dryer were provided, as well as kitchen appliances. Quiet neighborhood, few minutes walk to the beach.
We will definitely be staying there again!

Great location! It was really nice being able to only be 5 houses down from the beach and only about a 2 mile walk to Morro Rock. We came up for the weekend to wine taste in Paso but this house was very reasonably priced to stay outside Paso right on the ocean with a nice ocean breeze.

Easy to find even at night. Very comfortable beds (didn't use pullout sofa). Nice gas fireplace for ambiance but not real heat. Central heating worked great!! Fun walking to beach in morning. And just a short drive into town (Morro Bay)!

This is just as advertised - clean, updated, and close to the beach. We'd stay here again. It was easy and we had a nice time, despite the rainy weather.

The location was wonder Quiet and comfortable. The beach was so close a very short walk to it. I enjoyed being able to connect my music to the bathroom speakers great way to start the morning. Just a lovely home and we were so glad to be able to enjoy it. Definitely will rent again soon!

Could not have been better. Updated, clean, spacious home with everything you need. Kitchen well-equipped with utensils and excellent appliances. Both walk-in showers were nicely appointed and roomy. 5 stars!

Fantastic property on quiet street. About a 2 minute walk to the water line. Beautiful interior with comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We had a great time at the house. Everything was as advertised. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, just an easy walk to the beach. The yard was nice for our little ones 4&5 to relax in. The beds were super comfortable. Great stay:)
