The property was just as described in the profile and pictures were spot on. Great quiet neighborhood that is convenient to multiple restaurants within a 15 minute walk, or just a few minutes drive. Hosts communication was excellent and the property was clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful ski vacation and this condo provided a great stay! The location was perfect. An easy drive into WP Ski resort and also very conveniently located to grocery store and other activities. My kids had the best time playing and sledding on the property. Definitely their favorite part of the day. And we all loved hanging out together in the evenings. The dining room table was perfect and we easily fit for meals and also game nights. Would stay here again!

The home was very nice . Vanessa was very easy to work with. The location was wonderful close to mountain and grocery store . Our family had a wonderful time there.

Really liked this place. Great location, very quiet neighborhood, close from everything. Being able to park in a garage was really nice as the road was covered in snow and ice and it was cold. Kitchen was well stocked and heater/fireplace/appliances all worked great. Oh and the washing machine was a big plus as we forgot to bring some clothes and needed to wash. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit WP.

A great property - just as described and plenty of room for the four of us. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and condiments - important to us because we cook a lot. Beds and linens were wonderful. Location is between Fraser and Winter Park which is handy for sightseeing, groceries, restaurants, etc. Neighborhood is quiet and there is great access to walking trails. We had a great week!

The townhome is even better than the photos. Clean, beautifully furnished/decorated. Super comfortable. We loved the deer that visited in the back too! Having the garage was fantastic. It is so nice to safely store our bikes and to be able to park ‘inside’. And we all enjoyed the Pac Man arcade game! THAT was fun!

This property was absolutely amazing! The location was just 5 minutes from the event venue. The home was extremely clean with all the necessary amenities! Checking in was seamless. I highly recommend this property!

We visited during the summer. Very clean home. Very quiet neighborhood this time of year within walking distance of a little river park with a hike/bike path. The arcade game was a great touch! About a 45 minute drive from both Grand Lake and the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was stocked , and cleaned which a good layout. Very convenient to downtown and the resorts.

It’s an ideal location, as you’re less than 10 minutes in either direction of everything you’d want to do there. There’s even decent views in front and back of the townhome. Our only complaint would have been the lack of snow removal from the street but that’s not on the property owner but rather the association that manages the entire community. They only removed it once during the 4 days we were there. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place, the owners were extremely quick to respond, the place is very well maintained, and the home has pretty much what you’d hope to find...even sleds!

Highlights of our stay were the fireplace, video game downstairs, sledding, card games at night and direct garage access to the home. The kitchen had all the amenities for cooking each meal, we ordered our groceries from Safeway prior to our arrival, which was within minutes of the condo. The host had 2 sleds which we used during our stay too (so fun). The only thing that I would add would be hooks for towels in the 2nd bathroom upstairs, an easier puzzle for smaller kids (LOL) and a set of old rags to wipe up water in the mud area. We really appreciate you sharing your space with our family. You have a beautiful home and it was close to everything we wanted to do.

Had a great stay at this condo. Has everything you need, good location and friendly owners. Will be back!
