Overall, I would highly recommend this house. The property is in the center to the main town and grocery stores. The house is nice and equipped with all the kitchen accessories.

Everything we wanted for a long weekend beach getaway. Great porch views. Comfortably sofas/master bed, great water pressure. Kitchen well stocked with appliances we needed. Will return in the future!

We rented this house as an extended family of 12, some with kids and some without. The layout of the house was perfect for this - all the kids and their parents upstairs and the childfree ones downstairs. The house is so close to the ocean that at high tide you could look out from the kitchen and it felt like we were sitting on top of the ocean. The house was absolutely perfect in that regard. Additionally, the decks and outdoor shower were lovely and very well utilized during our stay. The bedrooms were a decent size, though the queen bedroom off the jack and jill bathroom was very hot when the rest of the house was freezing. The lack of ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms made it impossible to overcome this discomfort. Our stay was not without some unpleasantries, however, We wanted to use both the kitchens to be able to cook meals together, but the downstairs kitchen is really poorly stocked. Think zero pans, zero cutting board, and not even enough coffee cups for the four people staying down there. It was also pretty loud downstairs with the dehumidifiers, which filled up often and would beep at all hours to be emptied. The house also was not very clean. The shower surrounds are filled with mold at the joints between the two parts, and both toilets in the upstairs part of the house had big black grime rings under the lips of the bowls. Pretty gross for a house that costs this much. Finally, we had an electrical issue Thursday morning that knocked out all the outlets in the kitchen. We texted the property manager with no response and eventually called them. They called back a couple hours later and said they would "try to get someone to come look at it." No one ever showed up, so for the last three days of our vacation we were making coffee and toast on the dining table. All in all it is a decent house, and we enjoyed the spaces being separated between upstairs and downstairs, but I don't think we would stay here again. It doesn't seem remarkably maintained. Even the dryer required 2 cycles of 80 minutes on high heat to dry any clothing. Obviously this is caused by months or years of guests not cleaning the lint trap when they use it, but having the dryer vents cleaned is not expensive and would have made a huge difference.

Had a lovely stay. Walked to town and/or the pier daily. Very clean and easy rental process.
