Had a wonderful time. Storms made power go out for couple hours one night, but played board games that was there by candlelight.

Great place to stay, had everything we needed and then some. While we didn't end up using the pool, but we all enjoyed the corn hole boards, the kayaks and the hot tub. On a dead end road, so not much traffic.

We stayed here for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and the property, very well kept. The neighborhood is in a quiet cove. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus to the lake, along with corn hole boards and fire pit. We had plenty to keep everyone entertained. Communication with the manager was quick and they were very nice. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway and we will visit again.

I booked for two adults but communicated with the host that I would have family arriving through the week with a total of six and even asked if this was okay. There not enough linens for my group or any extra blankets… I had to purchase blankets and sheets. No broom…the dishwasher doesn’t work properly so we had to wash by hand. The washing machine didn’t work properly, the grill worked a bit the first day. Not the second time we tried to use it. The house was slightly dirty, dishes and cups were dirty so we had to wash before we used them. The refrigerator is missing all of side door storage. Not enough hand towels were left out. In conclusion I could have lived with most of this. I was visiting the area to clean out my sisters estate. This was supposed to make it easier for my family. My daughter had to sleep the first night on the futon with no cover… ridiculous. I communicated with the host who was not concerned or compassionate about the missing items. I obviously would never stay here again and for the price I paid it was not acceptable.

It was the perfect spot to disconnect from reality and enjoy quality time with my family. The amenities were a huge plus especially with our little ones.

We had a blast. Everything was awesome. Clean, quiet and just the place for peace to relax. Close enough to drive to town for restaurants. We definitely want to be return guest.

Everything was great, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub made a great end to a long day of training!!

The property was as described. Great location. Quiet and close to convenient store for beer and gas. By boat of course as there is not much around by land. Pool was clean and refreshing as well as the hot tub. The cove was deep enough for my skiff and I caught a 34” catty cat off the dock. The slip might be a little steep for some but the public boat ramp is right around the corner. All in all we had a great time.

We had an amazing week at the property. The pictures and description were accurate but we were still impressed with the accommodations. The house was clean, the neighborhood is quiet and feels friendly and safe. While there for the week we took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, kayaks and cornhole. The grill was awesome to have, we used it a couple of times. We found the house to be adequately stocked with anything what we needed i.e. kitchen utensils, pots and pans dishes..etc.. The week flew by! 10/10 - Highly recommend

My husband and I just needed a quick getaway and this was the perfect place. Fishing, swimming and kayaking. We loved every minute. We caught lots of fish and the property was perfect. Thank you!

This property is perfect for a family if you are looking for a place to stay on Lake Sinclair!! The house, pool, and hot tub were clean! We will likely rent from the owners again if available next year!

The house was perfect for our family. And when we weren’t in the lake, the pool was a great addition to have and use. The only main ‘con’ we had was that upstairs can get super hot! We left fans going to keep the air flowing but other than that, we would recommend this place and stay here again!

Hot tub and pool are an added bonus. Kitchen supplies could be attended to. Only 5 butter knives and 4 bowls. Bathroom upstairs has a shower that is only 5 feet tall. So, if taller than that, better to use bath downstairs. Had a broken bed ( I am sure the owner just wasn't aware of it) but when we told him, he thought it OK to wait until he arrives next week to fix. Really did not want to sleep on sofa. Nor did I pay for a place that didn't have enough beds. We happen to pick a time that had partying going on until 3 am 2 nights in a row. I guess they do not have a noise ordinance. The place is clean.

We had a great time. Lots of things were included in this wonderful house. We especially enjoyed the kayaks, pool and hot tub. Hope to rent again next year.

Description was accurate. Very clean and quiet. No real maintenance issues. The pictures don't do it justice. If you're looking for "the middle of nowhere" this is your place. The owner communicated very well and was quick to respond to minor questions.

My husband and I and my parents and our kids enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, the pool was clean and a great addition to the house. The lake was awesome for fishing and kayaking. We rented a boat from Sinclair Marina, and we fished, swimmed, boat riding, made smores and had a great time. It did rain and storm several days while we was there but we still enjoyed ourselves. The pictures dont do the property justice. We will definitely be staying again, it's a new favorite spot of ours. Also the neighbors was nice and the area is very quiet.

What a wonderful place! Terrific amenities, peaceful location and a neighborly atmosphere. We had a fabulous weekend away just enjoying the beauty of the lake and using the various amenities on the property. Lovely, clean home with lots of family fun activity options!

Everything about this property is exactly as stated in its description. The owners were fantastic to work with and responded to questions right away. We felt very “at home” in the cozy cabin and slept well. The neighbors were friendly and entertaining!! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway!

Really nice house. Very quiet and relaxing It was just us girls. Myself mom & daughters. We felt very safe. Hot tub was great. Rented a pontoon boat from twin lakes had a great time on lake. Todd responded quickly w any questions we had. It was nice to be on the water which is a lot nicer then pictures. Over all I would recommend this house and if I’m back in Georgia again I would rent here again for sure. And a must see is the aquarium. It was amazing.

We had a great time. Nice and quiet little corner on the lake. Bring your fishing poles and don’t forget the bait. We caught quite a few nice catfish. The house was clean and everything was in good working order. Owners were quick to respond. Great week and we plan on returning. Thanks
