Great location and accommodation for three-generation family. The house is well-appointed and well-provisioned with the things that you hate to bring or forget: linens and towels, dishwasher and detergent, soap in bathrooms, TP and paper towels. There were persistent maintenance issues that required more attention or adjustment than we would have expected. Otherwise, a very pleasant time for all.

What an amazing week at the beach. Super easy beach access and quiet neighborhood. The pool was well used and refreshing. The week went by way too quickly. Everyone is looking forward to coming back. Thanks Dave and Mary!

The property was well located, well stocked, and very comfortable for our extended family of 14. The indoor furniture was very nice and the outdoor furniture was excellent. The pool area was perfect for our group. Mary Ann and Dave were very responsive to the few relatively minor issues we raised early in the trip. This is a pet friendly property, which is great if you have a pet with you on the trip, but may be less desirable for those without pets due to the inevitable downside of pet hair throughout the house for those with infants crawling around.

Our group of friends selects a new location every year for a July 4th get away. We have grown from 9 adults to 11 adults and 9 kids! This house was the perfect size for us, the pool was incredible, especially for young kids being its 4'-0" all around. You are right across the street from the beach. The owners are accommodating, helpful and super friendly. The kitchen was big and well stocked with plenty of dishware, coffee mugs (the big ones!) and a huge table for all of us! We loved this house!!

Mary Ann and Dave provided a wonderful vacation for our family to gather. We had nine adults and six little girls and one small dog. The location was ideal. We were right across the street from an entrance to the beach. An easy walk of about 80 yards to the waters edge. The pool was wonderful for all of us. I am a lap swimmer so I got to do my laps for 30 minutes every morning. Our little girls absolutely loved the pool. Family dinners around the large table made us all grateful for each other. The beds were all very comfortable, the towels and wash cloths were high quality, as well as the sheets, pillows and blankets. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms kept everyone very comfortable at night. We all remarked how well we were sleeping. We used the grill twice for our dinners, the coffee bar was excellent. We are all coffee drinkers and totally enjoyed coffee time in the morning on the deck watching the sunrise. And finally the outdoor shower was the icing on this very wonderful home. Please know that your family will totally love this beach home.

Sandy Pants was a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We stayed over the week of Thanksgiving and hosted Thanksgiving dinner there as well. There was enough room for 15 of us to all dine together! When you read the other reviews about the kitchen being well stocked - believe it! They had everything you could need and then some! The walk to the beach was so close and easy and there were outdoor showers and hoses for getting clean to come back in. The pool was closed for off season, but it looked beautiful and welcoming in the back. It was fully fenced for our dog to go outside without fear of escaping. The porch was big and inviting. The beds were comfortable. The basement entertaining area was perfect for evening hangouts, and the open concept upstairs made it easy for everyone to all be together. Mary was extremely responsive and kind and we highly recommend Sandy Pants for a fantastic Sandbridge vacation!

We had a great time, owners were very responsive if anything came up before and during our visit. Location was great, close to the beach and the backyard pool was an added bonus! There was plenty of room for 8 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs! We would stay there again.

The place is very nice if you want to just be with your family, not very much to do around but it was nice to enjoy the quiet pool was the best every day!

Location and layout of the property were perfect. The separate family “suites” and large kitchen and dining areas worked well with our 3 families. The large living room and reading nook also provided ample room for movie night. Loved coffee/ drink bar and wine frigs. Kids and adults, alike, did games and crafts in the first floor game room. Pool was clean and the depth made safety with young children less of an issue. Quick, convenient walk to beach! Second frig, a must, was great! Great response from owners with any issues. Very sweet people. Paint touch up might be nice in some areas. Otherwise, beach decor throughout is cute. Wonderful family vacation!

Everything about Sandy Pants was perfect!! The owner is amazing and always available and accommodating. The location is simply spectacular! It was clean and beautiful and just the best week as a family!!

We had a blast at Sandy Pants with our family of 16 (ages 2-74)! The proximity to the ocean is a HUGE plus for families with young kids. It's close enough that you can run home for something, if needed. We loved the pool and the fact that all of our big kids (ages 6 and up) could touch the entire length of the pool. It certainly made it more relaxing for the adults! The house itself is setup perfectly for smaller family units in the basement and two "wings" upstairs. We also appreciated the doors that close the bedrooms off from the main living area. The kitchen has everything you can imagine and even if it didn't, Dave and Maryann are incredibly responsive and wanted us to let them know if anything needed to be addressed. They were fantastic and kind hosts! We'd recommend Sandy Pants to anyone!

My husband and I along with our 3 children. 2 spouses, 3 grandchildren, sister, brother in law, niece and her 2 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay in sandy pants!! The owners were exceptional to work with!! Awesome ppl!! Not only was the house Steps from the beach which is always a plus but the pool was very clean and extremely enjoyable for the kids.. we all fit comfortably and spent alot of family time together making unforgettable memories! The weather could've been better but that is mother natures fault! No real issues with anything else! We all had a GREAT time and already rebooked for next yr!! Can't wait to go back!!

Gorgeous pool and steps to the beach. Quiet area but can get to countless activities and restaurants within 15/20 minutes. Dave and Mary Ann were always extremely communicative and helpful. Would easily rent from them again!!!

The house itself is very pretty and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of dishes, including pots and pans. Having the Keurig was fantastic. The toaster does not work well. Burned our toast and bagels daily. lol Food Lion is a ten minute drive away or you can Instacart and they WILL DELIVER. The pool is beautiful and was very comfortable. We had a few notes of mention that are not meant as a slight to the homeowners, but as a renter I would have like to have known before coming in: WiFi - the wifi was sporadic. There was only five of us and if we were sending pics on phones or using laptops at the same time, the tv would time out or our phones wouldn't send images. TV - the TV has no local cable. You must use smart tv apps. We only used the tv in the living room because unless we signed in to an app on someone else's account, there was nothing we could watch. We watched The Office and Seinfeld all week. lol There are two decks and of course, the pool area, but there are no covered areas. There are two umbrellas at the pool that we used religiously. It would be nice to sit on a deck or sitting area that was covered. The deck off the living room was our favorite, but it was exposed. You sit in direct sun. You can sit on the front porch by the front door, but that isn't really a sitting area. The top deck off the living room (our favorite) has several raised nails. It's a great deck, but the nails are a hazard. The 150 feet from beach walk is true, however, the beach path is a sloped hill with deep sand. It was a true work out to walk to the beach. My 72 year old mother had hopes of going to the beach multiple times a day, but minimized her ocean visits to a handful of times during the whole week due to the difficulty walking to the ocean. Small dog owners - heads up. The bottom of the house by the pool deck had a hole large enough for my miniature doxie to crawl through easily and escape the back yard. The first night we were there we closed the gaps with boogy boards. The corners of the fence do not meet up so we put chairs in the corners to close off the gaps. This kept our doggo enclosed all week. Coors Light Bottle and mysterious chicken nugget - there was an empty beer bottle under the end table in the master bedroom and a rogue, rotten chicken nugget under the dresser in another bedroom. Capacity - the house definitely can sleep 16, but it does not have furniture to accommodate

We had a great stay! Mary and Dave were great hosts. The house was great and the location was great. Lots of items in the kitchen. We loved the little coffee bar area. There was a lot of outdoor furniture which was great. When we arrived a lot of the cushions were on the ground but I think there had been some really bad storms and windy weather right before we got there. The pool was great!! There was a stain on the bedding in one of the lower bedrooms we used. That didn’t bother me, but I didn’t want them to think it was from us. Overall a fabulous stay and would love to come back!!

Downstairs is a king en suite on one side and the other is a room with three twins (also a trundle) and a room with a queen that has a large 3/4 bath nearby. Up the stairs on the left side of the house is a hallway with door that closes that holds 3 rooms - a full bath and the a bedroom with a king and another bedroom with two twins. To the right end of the house is another hallway with a door that closes that houses another full bath and 2 bedrooms each with kings. This layout allows families to close the doors and have private baths for their family. The kitchen had everything we needed (including not 1, but 4 blenders!), Keurig machine, coffee pot, platters, etc. We also used the gas grill (which had a spare tank there if needed). There are a few beach toys there, pool noodles and boogie boards. The owners, Mary Ann and Dave, opened the pool early for us as well. They were quick to respond to questions and happy to help out! Highly recommend !

My family loved this property. The house was a short walk from the beach and convenient to surrounding attractions. The layout of the house worked great for my family, open space for family time and enough rooms for quiet time. The host was attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Sandy Pants was a great place for my family to have a fall beach vacation. There is great beach access. The layout of the house allows families to have their own personal area, but also a sleeping place to go that for each family provides privacy to them. The owners are super nice and super accommodating. I would definitely return to Sandy Pants!

A few minor maintenance issues (slow toilet, stuck windows, detached door knob, sagging couches) but overall a beautiful property. Very comfortable and close to the beach. And the WiFi was amazing-supported 5 teens going to school! Great for families.
