It was a nice area and beautiful place to rent. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and the nice surroundings. We’ll be back!

This home was a very good place for us just to get away for the week. It is in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful beach!

Overall the property was just as advertised! Unfortunately for us the beach access down the street was closed the same day we arrived for needed repairs and the temperature was cooler than normal. The pool was pretty chilly but management was able to send someone out to turn the pool heater on so that we could have a closer place for our kids to swim even though it was two weeks earlier than they would normally turn it on. We really appreciate that! My son loved the pool and we were in it every day! The place was comfortable and had everything we could need for our weekend. Thank you for a great stay!

The location was great! Quiet, but an easy walk to the beach. We pulled the beach cart loaded with toys, towels, and snacks everyday with ease. The unit itself was spacious and had everything we needed. I loved that I was able to wash clothes each day so that I didn’t have a bunch to do after our vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. The pool was great! It would also be nice in the summer months because it was mostly shaded. We will definitely be back! The beach cart will need to be replaced soon because the pockets were ripped. Other than that everything was great. You have thought of everything!

We stayed in the 2nd floor unit. There is covered parking which is great to keep the car cool in the Florida sun. Super clean nicely decorated condo with Three bedrooms with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in away from home(my husband wants to find out what brand they are!) large sectional couch very comfy as well. Very Short walk to the beach; the recent storm did wash out the steps at the beach access but there was a path next to it that was easy to access. It would have been a bit difficult with a beach wagon. Beach was not crowded even for holiday weekend. This is definitely a quieter beach, not as touristy as many others. The condo has a bunch of beach toys, wagon, even a skim board that my son loved. Kitchen is stocked with all cooking tools you need and grocery store is short drive away. There’s a new Seafood restaurant with excellent drinks and another a breakfast/lunch spot very close to condo. Our only suggestions would be curtains at the windows(there are Blinds) that would help keep the rooms cooler and would block the pool light from the condo next door. We had a lovely relaxing weekend, one of our favorite beach stays from around the state.

A great spot for a weekend getaway. It was perfect size for our party of 7. Beds were really comfortable, very clean. A few blocks a way from beach as described. Def would rebook!

Cute decor, good location, average pool

Really enjoyed the property and the pool, which was mostly shaded much of the day! Short walk to beach access, and the beach was perfect for young kids— not too busy and relatively shallow a ways out. Also the restaurant Coco’s opened up a location at the corner of the street which was convenient.

This home worked great for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. Had great beach stuff already there. Walk to the beach was short which worked out well because of our toddler.

Spacious condo, enough for family of 5 and my parents. Amenities much appreciated, from beach towels, laundry and detergent, fire sticks in each room, pool clean and perfect for what we want/need. We stayed here last year and loved it so much we had to come back. Also Parisian bakery a block away! Very happy w our stay here. Nothing really to add. Maybe post on fridge reminders for recycling and garbage so tenants don’t forget?

Just a couple of things. Sleeps 7, but only has settings for 4. I would also add solar pool heater.

My family enjoyed our stay and it was a quick walk to the beach. Nice and clean place! Decorated very beachy :) Quiet neighborhood which was also a plus. The only thing was a few supplies we had to restock but nothing you couldn’t get from a grocery or local convenience store. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Clean, modern property a few minutes away from the beach. One of the check-in emails said there would be a retractable security gate at the top of the outdoor stairs- there wasn't so we wished we had brought a childproofing fastener for the front door so we weren't worried about our 2 year old running outside and down the stairs- but other than that, we were super pleased with our stay here!

This property is a great location and close to some great places. The beaches bar has great food and drinks. The french bakery is perfect place for coffee and breakfast. All are within a 3 min walk. The convienence store is also within a 3 min walk. The 3 bedrooms were great size, 2 bathrooms both had showers ,TVs in every room and all of them are new smart TVS. It is very nicely decorated and makes you feel like you are at the beach. Kitchen was amazing. The refrigerator was new and ice maker was nice to have. Kitchen is supplied with all the kitchen essentials needed to cook all the meals for the week. We had a very short walk to the beach. Located were the beaches are not over crowded which was amazing. The entry is secure and easy. If I had anything to change. The pool was a bit small and shaded most of the day if you like that. The wagon in the unit is ripped up and not fuctionable. We did try to get and early check in and allowed 1 hour early is all. All in all very nice place and would stay here again.

Place is nice but could use some updating. Location is great. One bedroom door sticks pretty badly.

From the moment I opened the door I knew I was in the right place. It was exactly what I viewed in the listings and so much more! You guys thought of everything and the beds were so comfortable! This is an amazing place, close to everything!!

We stayed as a family of 4 with a friend as well. Plenty of space, clean, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Anything you could need on vacation they had! Beach a 2 minute walk. Pool on premise was clean and perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

My family could not have been happier with this property. Great location to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well kept up. I highly recommend this place if you're going to be in the Indian Rock Beach area. 10 out of 5 stars!

Loved this place! The location is fantasic as we could just walk to the beach every day and then hit the pool after to cool off. Close to tons of restaurants and entertainment. Definitely would rent here again!

Great location on the quiet side of the town. Some property upkeep could be improved/fixed, but nothing to ruin our stay. Very nice fully stocked apartment with everything we needed from a pack n play for our youngest to beach items for a day at the ocean. So nice to not have to pack or buy these items for a vacation.

Overall location was good. House was clean but it could be better.

This was in a nice quiet neighborhood, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Property was clean and exactly as described with covered parking. There is a couple local eateries close by that both had excellent food.

Our family enjoyed a great week at Indian Rock Beach. The house was in a great location, east walk to the beach and to the bay (even caught some fish ) . The pool was a nice way to end the day. The fact that they had beach chairs and linens made things so easy . Only issue .. when we got to the house there was used hair products and soaps in the showers and a used toothpaste in the bathroom. There was also someone’s bathing suit in the laundry area.
