We attended a wedding and needed a location near downtown CDA. It was perfect. House was clean and well provisioned. Beds were comfortable. House was cozy. Hot tub was a nice extra. Host’s communication was great -very responsive. Highly recommend.

The house was well stocked with the things you need everyday: dishes, cooking items, seasonings, utensils. You name it was was there for our convenience. The neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown. The bikes were fun for us to ride around the neighborhoods. We didnt use the hot tub primarily because the daytime temps were so hot we just didnt want to get hot. But, it looked nice, well maintained, and easy to use. I hope we adventure back to Coeur d’Alene soon and I hope this home is available again.

We had a great vacation staying at this property. Check in was easy. The home was just as expected and advertised. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful.

This is the best-stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The owners have been really thoughtful about their choices and were quick to respond to any question. The teens loved having bikes to go downtown, 5 minute ride and 15 minute walk to City Beach. Air conditioning saved the day with temperatures around 100 all week. We were very comfortable and having one bedroom/bath downstairs have a real privacy separation.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our hosts. This place was perfect for my family of 6. They really have thought of everything. We will be back next year.

We had a great stay in Couer d'Alene, thanks to the convenient location of this home. Quiet neighborhood. A quick hop to great food, the park, the lake and a lot of our activities. Unloading our bikes and stuff on a rainy day was no big deal with the carport and garage access. The house is set up nice with all you need in the kitchen. We loved the big downstairs bathroom (big bathtub). After a day biking, hiking, exploring or riding rollercoasters at Silverwood, the hot tub was a blessing. Communication with the host was top notch. Couldn't ask for more. We'll be back.

Overall when first getting there it was okay, checkin we could not access the tablet as it wasn’t able to hook up to WiFi and kept reading an error code. My kids and I mainly stayed upstairs due to it being a bit chilly downstairs. Another thing was al the video recording and than also reading through the binder that neighbors would be watching. I understand that there may not aways be great people renting properties but as a single mom with four kids this made our stay a little on the uneasy feeling side. One of the main reasons of staying upstairs and just playing family board games, or watching movies. We did enjoy using the hot tub but again we also heard noises and just felt uneasy as if we were being watched. Overall it was clean and the property owner did get back to us promptly. Thank you for letting my kids and I come samtay in your home.

The owners are awesome always helpful if there are any issues. The house is the best house we’ve stayed at in CDA.

Nice clean house, fun hot tub, good location, host were easy to work with

My wife and I stayed here for five days to celebrate our anniversary. We considered staying in a hotel but wanted an experience more like home. We chose well. The house was immaculate and clean. Check in was simple and the tablet had directions for everything we needed. Access was simple and it was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub water was clean. The owners were amazing to work with. Ed and Andrea even went the extra mile to bring us a small gift to celebrate our anniversary, showing the attention to detail since I mentioned it only once when booking 4+ months in advance! Communication with Ed was pleasant and quick and our stay had no problems. We will definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks Ed and Andrea!!

This property was comfortable and inviting. The hot tub was simple to operate and clean. I really appreciated all of the instructional videos that the homeowner provided on the check-in tablet, it made for a very enjoyable stay.

The property was well cared for and the hot tub was fun. We enjoyed walking downtown too.
