This home was great for our family of 12 (4 under the age of 11 and 8 adults). Most days the weather was cool and/or rainy, but the trails and other activities kept us busy and enjoying ourselves. The only hiccup was with the internet, but with Bob’s help it was quickly resolved. A wonderful time was had by all.

This is our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint. Very clean, a lot of room and a beautiful view on the water. Bob was great to work with as well.

Beautiful lake - shallow a long way out - great for young grandkids. House was a good size for 3 families. Convenient location to Glen Arbor, Empire, sand dunes, etc.

Property was nice being on lake weather didn’t cooperate

The house is well-equipped and the location is fantastic. The room layout is unique with all of the beds n the rooms but for us it worked fine. Wonderful week at the lake.

Our extended multi-generational family thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully situated and well-appointed home large enough for 14 adults (including 4 older teens). We’ve been vacationing in the area for decades, and to look over to the Sleeping Bear dunes from the dock was pure pleasure. Our host was very responsive and helpful, the deck overlooking the lake was a wonderful gathering spot, the ping pong table and kayak very popular, the side porch was a peaceful getaway space, and so much more!

This was our second year at this beautiful property! The house is well equipped ,comfortable, and perfect for large families.. The weather was beautiful and we made good use of the life jackets-kayaks and the deck! Bob Ashmun(the property manager) is very responsive. We are planning to stay again next year and highly recommend this magical spot on Little Glen!

The home was clean, had everything we needed and was just like the pictures we saw on the VRBO website. Glen Lake is a beautiful spot and the proximity to the Dunes was nice too. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and small children. I will use this home again.

Beautiful lake house with fantastic views of Little Glen Lake and the dunes. Unbelievable waterfront. The home was extremely clean, updated and slept a large multi family reunion comfortably. Nice attention to detail with guest amenities. Home was very well equipped. Bob was friendly and very communicative. I would highly recommend this property and will be back in the future.

We greatly enjoyed this property with plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. The grandkids had a great time in the shallow water of the private beach and we could boat and fish over to the larger lake. The kayaks were enjoyed by all and the house is pretty well stocked with anything you might need. The only minor issue we had was having to run out for toilet paper and paper towels. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed being on Little Glen Lake and in Glen Arbor area. The location is great for all of your outdoor activities! A caveate- if you rent a boat it must be kept on the mooring ball which is about 60 ft out into the water, you must walk out in the water to get to it then walk it into the dock. Not a problem if you don’t mind getting wet, my older relatives would not have been able to manage on their own. The house is in decent condition, it’s well worn but clean and plenty of beds and room for us. For a property this size, the kitchen wasn’t especially stocked well. No stock pot or large pans. Limited coffee mugs. Small charcoal grill. Nothing we couldn’t work around but would have brought more supplies with us if we had known. Of course, any excuse to eat in town was welcomed. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops in Glen Arbor. Overall a great trip.

We had a great family get together with family traveling in from 4 different states. The house is very well equipped from kitchen to bath. The manager,Bob, is very responsive. We loved having the kayaks and life jackets available. The ping pong table was a plus as well as many other games. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to be able to stay again!
