Met some family from Fleming Island in St Augustine for a few days. This rental is a great location. Can walk to dog friendly beach and a few short minutes to Old St Aug. Better still is the 10 minute drive to the main St Augustine trolley station, let them drive for you! SO happy when there’s good towels!! Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of beach chairs, wagon in garage. House needs some repair but a comfortable choice for a beach weekend.

Very nice house. Close walk to the beach. Property manager replied very quickly to all questions. A bonus for kids (and parents) is a separate room with a couch and tv/xbox. I would definitely recommend.

The floors were filthy. The entire property needs to be repainted, the ceiling in front of fireplace looks like it is getting ready to fall in, shower curtain in main bathroom is too short water runs all over floor. The kitchen cabinet door above coffee maker was getting ready to fall off so we fixed it. I emailed after making reservation to inquire if the gas grill was in working order, I was assured it was. The grill was not in working order, but there was a brand-new one still in box in garage. It was disappointing to say the least, I reached out to hostess during our stay but received no response. I emailed again upon departing and she indicated she did not get my original email, so I sent her a copy. She refunded $125 of the $3400.00 that was paid. I would not recommend the property.

I had no idea where Vilano Beach was compared to where St. Augustine is, which is where we wanted to explore. It was only 11 minutes right into the Historic district. Quiet neighborhood and the house was very open and spacious. The house is also located three houses from corner, cross the street and direct access to pet friendly beach. Just what we wanted. Could use a few things in the kitchen, but many blankets and towels and things for the beach. Overall a 5 star.

A nice, quaint property located on a quiet street with convenient access to the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay and communication with the property manager was excellent.

We have rented this house twice and loved both visits. Very comfortable, has everything you need and 10 minutes to St Augustine and short walk to a great beach. Bonus for us, fenced backyard and dog friendly beach and area. Close to some awesome restaurants. We love it here!

We enjoyed staying at this property. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Great access to the beach. Lots of great beach items to use: sand toys, wagon, chairs, etc. We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property!

I've taken a vacation in Florida at least once a year for about the last 6 years. We prefer to rent a house that is not in a rowdy spring break destination area. This area is only residential, with no rowdy cheap motels or airbrush t-shirt shacks next door. Publix is a 10-minute drive, and DoorDash service was excellent for us. A very quiet area, 15-minute drive to the historic part of St. Augustine. The backyard is fenced-in, which was great for our 2 little dogs. They had fun trying to get close to the little lizards that were everywhere. I don't know what kind of grass is in the yard, but it was very comfortable for barefoot walks. You don't need to worry about bringing (or buying) garbage bags, dishwasher soap, salt/pepper, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. All of these items were provided with more than enough for the number of days we were there. Other houses we've rented in Florida give you enough for only one or 2 days. Also, we had plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The Roku TV in the living room was easy for us to use, the WiFi was fast and not laggy. We had lots of plates, silverware, glassware. We loved the Keurig coffeemaker. We didn't use the air-fryer but it's the first one I've seen in a rental house. We did a few loads of laundry and the washer and dryer both work great. Lots of beach chairs, several coolers, a couple of bikes in the garage. Saves you space and headache to not have to bring those things with you. We didn't park in the garage, but I think you could get 2 cars in there just fine. For this trip, we weren't able to stay "right on the beach". But this house is right across the street from the beach, a leisurely 6-minute walk. We had a 4-year-old in tow, and she didn't complain once about having to walk to the beach. Crossing the A1A is really not difficult, as the A1A is only a 2-lane road. Hang a right out of the house, walk straight for about 6 minutes and your toes are in the beach sand! The beach was beautiful, wide and spacious. No problem finding a spacious area to set up chairs and sand castles. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions. I would definitely rent this house again and have no reservations recommending it for your family!

Very nice house in a perfect location, very short walk to the beach, short drive to St. Augustine, quiet neighborhood. Everything just as advertised. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. I would happily return.

Overall it was a great space. Plenty of dishes, linens, beach toys. Wish the beds had been a bit more comfortable. Maybe mattress pads might have helped. Great appliances.! Very clean.

The rooms were fine and kitchen well equipped. The beach chairs in the garage were mostly broken, so bring your own. Proximity to St. Augustine was great. Back porch a bit small but we squeezed in our other part of the faimily staying in town for a total of ll.

Everything was as described. Beautiful home very spacious very short walk to the ocean with all kinds of things for the kids to play with. If we were back in the area we would choose this house again!

We were able to check in a little early which was great .The house was ready and clean. Beds were comfortable and location great. Nice backyard with a small patio.

This was the second time staying here and we had a great time and the house is in a perfect location. We're already planning or third trip for next year.

The home is very nice and in a very good location. It is a very quiet neighborhood and everyone is friendly. Cindy was very nice and helpful during our stay. She responded promptly when I sent messages. The home was very clean and well kept. We did not have any issues during our stay. Everything was great!🙂

Overall we had an excellent experience. The power went out about 30 minutes after we got there because of a storm LOL but came back on fairly quickly. Obviously that was not in your control. The property was just as described and looks just like the photos. Beach access was so easy. I loved that you had the wagon and the beach umbrella and beach chairs for our use. The two boogie boards were broken but I’m sure you probably were not even aware of that. And obviously , not that big of a deal. My only complaints would be the grass had not been cut in a while. When we return from the beach and try to get to the outdoor shower we saw a snake in the grass right by it when we got close and that scared the kids. Only one of us was brave enough to use the shower after that and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The high grass was also difficult to clean up after the dog so if we left anything behind we truly apologize. I would also suggest adding a memory foam topper on the queen size bed in the one bedroom. The bed was not very comfortable for me and I would wake up kind of stiff. I am in my 50s so no spring chicken LOL Otherwise our stay was absolutely wonderful and I have No other complaints whatsoever. Thank you so much for the use of this property. The reservation and check in and out was super easy. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for relaxing and literally across from the beach. Only short distance to down-town , amenities and restaurants. St Augustine is a wonderful place to visit. Full of History. This house and location has the comforts of your own "home" and you are only steps from everything local. Definitely recommend this home. Property manager/owner was super in communicating.

Will look forward to staying again.

This home was the perfect size for our family of 6. It was very spacious and well maintained. It was an easy walk to the beach and has all the beach Necessities. We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends. ~ Kim

We had a great stay at this vacation rental! It was super clean and so close to the beach. Great beach accessories as well (towels, umbrellas, toys). We had a few appliance issues, but the owner was quick to respond and get repairs scheduled. Would highly recommend this vacation home to other families.

The house was better than expected. It was clean, fully loaded kitchen that including k-cups and coffee as well as coffee mate which was an added bonus. There were plenty of beach towels and beach equipment from umbrellas to chairs as well As beach chairs and toys. It’s 1 minutes away from the beach, and less than 5 min from Publix. Highly recommend the home for a large family. Kids will have plenty of space to relax and sleep.

The location was perfect to easily walk to the beach and was a quick 12 min trip to downtown St. A. I booked the house to be near my wedding venue in south ponte vedra beach while still being able to easily go downtown and get around to anywhere in the area quickly. Cindy was a wonderful host and answered all my emails promptly! Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here with our German Shepherd. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the backyard seating made for some nice down time after being out in the city all day. It’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive into downtown St. Augustine.

We had an easy experience and would recommend and hopefully come again ourselves.

Literally 20 steps away from a very private feeling beach. Even during spring break there were very little crowds. The property was clean, spacious, and had great amenities.

The Vilano Beach house was beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood near beach. Also within 15-30 minutes of St Augustine and other great hiking parks and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.
