If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! This house was perfect and was honestly the best VRBO I’ve stayed in anywhere. The size of the house was great for 3 adults and a dog (honestly we easily could’ve added a couple more adults and still would’ve had plenty of room). The pictures were completely accurate in the listing and I would say the house was actually even better than the pictures. It was clean, cool and had everything that we needed. The kitchen had all of the utensils, pots/pans, etc that you would need and we actually cooked two full meals during our stay. Tammy was awesome and present in the neighborhood. We felt completely safe at the property. My dog loved the yard and it made me feel good knowing that he was fenced in and could run and play without the fear of him running off. I wish it wouldn’t have been so hot so we could’ve enjoyed the back porch more (the shade is awesome, but sometimes hot is just plain hot). The location of the property was awesome, as well. We went to a pro softball tournament and we were maybe 10 minutes from the field at most. This also meant that we were about 10 minutes from one of the youth parks (Warner, I believe), the zoo and downtown. Whenever we go back to Chattanooga, we want to stay here, or in one of Tammy’s other properties, again!!

We just loved this sweet little house. It was in a really convenient location, was superbly stocked, and had a lovely little backyard oasis. The fenced yard was great for our dog too. We have stayed at a number of rentals over the years and this was actually one of the best. Don’t hesitate to book this little gem. 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed Ms. Tammy’s house, it was very cozy, welcoming and a true display of southern hospitality. We thoroughly recommend others to come to this charming little house and hope to make a visit again soon!

We traveled from Illinois for our sone graduation from Elite Lineman School. We got in late and the place was perfect and we needed for nothing. It was so beautifully decorated, quiet and ready for us to just lay down. I only wish we had time to stay longer and enjoy the back deck.

Girls weekend getaway to attend a concert and discover Chattanooga. This home is charming and loaded with everything one needs. Nice to hang on the back porch and has a nice fenced yard. Host is very friendly, accommodating and pleasure to be around. She owns a handful of units on the street as well as a beautiful garden at her home across the street. We will definitely be here for many more visits to come. Helps that Chattanooga is also a wonderful town and you can see the downtown from here. Beautiful view.

Tammy was very responsive and addressed all our need in a timely manner. The place was beautifully decorated and centrally located. I would recommend this place to our friends and would stay here again the next time we visit Chattanooga.

We have been staying wiith Tammy for many years and have been in most if not all of her homes and yes her houses are homes! Clean, comfortable and always decorated teastefully. Living close by she is always there if you need her. We will be back.

Tammy and the house are wonderful. Tammy came over to welcome us and spent a lot of time with the kids. House has a Great layout for the family. Loved all the kids toys and games to play during the rain. Will stay here again on future trips.

Stayed here on a short getaway with friends. We had a great time and enjoyed the house very much. Everything is just as listed and the home is immaculate. Perfect layout for couples traveling together. Very roomy and plenty of privacy. Tammy stopped by to meet us and she is a delight.

Quick little getaway to Chattanooga for the weekend. Tammy was amazing. Love the house, super cozy and clean. Had everything we needed and there was toys for our boys 6 and 9 to play with. Would definitely recommend it!

The property was extremely clean and well-decorated. My 4 year old loved the toys and the play place across the street. The location was great and allowed us to get out of the touristy downtown area. We loved this property!

This property was lovely! Cozy cottage feel with comfortable furniture in the living room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well supplied. The owner was quick to reply when an issue happened. We especially loved the porch in back! Would definitely go back here to stay!!!

The house is amazing! So wonderful decorated and it has everything you need for your stay. Tammy is a terrific host and we loved getting to walk through her gardens. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Tammy was a wonderful host and house was wonderful. Clean and neat and well appointed with everything one would need for a stay including a fully equipped kitchen. The back porch with a swing was a very nice place to enjoy wine and cheese. The only issue was the traffic noise, when outside, from the hidden highway up the hill. Don’t let that be a reason for not booking.

Wonderfully house to stay in. Not in the best part of town. Very noisey in the backyard with highway or interstate right beside the house.

The property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to major roads for easy travel to the surrounding areas. The property was very cozy and had everything you could need for a short vacation in Chattanooga. Highly recommend this house and I would stay here again if I travel to Chattanooga in the future. Additionally, the pricing was very affordable.

Great little get away

Perfectly decorated. EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! Tammy took care of every detail from having all the extras around to making sure you were truly comfortable. She was there immediately if I had a question about local fun spots and had a binder full of information that I found after my questions!! But seriously, I wish every VRBO owner had the passion she has for her business. She has several cute homes on the street and the cutest gardens across the street and a beautiful sunset view. I would recommend Tammy and her homes 100%. Almost the whole street is being remodeled. This area is turning hands and building up and people are seeing the growth and investing.

Our family loved our stay at this cute home! So convenient to all the family activities we did around Lookout Mountain and Downtown. My kids all want to come back for another stay to do more around Chattanooga. We would definitely stay here again. Tammy was a great host and was gracious to allow us to move our rental date when my whole family was sick during our original stay date. I give the whole stay an A+! Hope to go back sometime soon!

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Great house, clean and tidy. The property was well maintained. 15-20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and other main attractions. I would stat here again.

The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was comfortable and well stocked with utensils, toys, towels, etc. We met the owner, and she is so sweet. She gave us a tour of her gardens and goldfish ponds. The kids had a great time on the playground. The private back yard and deck were great! We had fun and had time to relax as well. The home is close to downtown attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this owner and house!

What an adorable house! Our family of 5 had plenty of space. We spent our mornings on the back patio and evenings watching sports together in the living room. Tammy thought of everything to make us feel at home. Highly recommended!

Home was nicely decorated and clean, and included lots of amenities! My three year old grand daughter loved the toy selection and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our two pups!

This was a wonderful long weekend stay in Chattanooga. Met up with kids and grandkids, 2 dogs included. The house was adorable! So clean and decorated so nicely! The back porch was so nice to sit and watch the dogs play in the fenced in backyard. Thanks for a wonderful place to meet in the middle of KY and GA to have some fun with grandkids!

We absolutely loved our vacation at this wonderful home. Tammy is the owner and she was there to welcome us, answer any questions we had and help in anyway possible. The house is as listed and has every dish, pan, blanket everything you could possibly need or want. There is a large backyard with a beautiful porch that we spent so much time on. There is also a charcoal grill out there that we used a bunch. We saw many birds, squirrels and chipmunks in the backyard. Such a great place to relax after a day of exploring the area. I can't recommend this home enough, we can't wait to come back! Thank you Tammy!!!
