We had a fabulous time in this house. Location and the house layout along with the pool and other amenities was fantastic. Highly recommend. The hosts are communicative and very helpful which made the whole process easy.

My family was in town for my brother’s retirement from the USMC, and we really appreciated the convenient location close to base. We had 7 adults and so the 4 bedrooms worked perfectly for us. The pool was even refreshing in the July Yuma heat! Bob and Suzann were very responsive hosts.

Outstanding vacation in Yuma at a centrally located beautiful home. House was immaculate with a beautiful pool. Grand children enjoyed playing ping pong and swimming to beat the heat. Highest recommendation.

Our stay in the house was fantastic! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and pool toys, while the ping pong table and board games kept them engaged on hot days. We had a great vacation!!

Home is located in a quiet neighborhood and well appointed for a large family. Having access to park in the garage was a bonus in the Arizona heat. The backyard offers a great spot for early morning coffee. Our family of nine had plenty of options for sleeping and privacy. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

This house worked great for us. We live in yuma in the winter for 3 1/2 months in a park. We had family coming to visit and our place was to small for all of us. So we looked for a house with a pool and found this one. It had a game room with a ping pong table. 4 bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room. Our family really enjoyed the pool and patio. The hosts were great to work with. It’s a great place to stay.

This is our second time to stay here. This property is perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and the grill. We also had fun playing ping pong. We were relatively close to the border with easy access to the interstate. Our only inconvenience was the ice maker did not work, the pool water feature did not work and we had a tiny trash can with no bags. Other than this it was perfect and we will stay here again!

We were a group of 4 adults and if i could give more than 5 stars i would. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house provided everything you would need right down to the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Even detergent was provided for laundry. We paid the extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth it for the cooler evenings.
The house is very central to everything in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

Plenty of room, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of table space, best of all, the pool. Even though it was cool outside, the pool was heated and wonderful! We all had a great time outside. Will surely check this place out again for the next trip to Yuma.

Three generations stayed here to visit family and celebrate a 70th (!) anniversary. We loved the pool and back patio! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was a great location for us. The owners were very attentive to our minor call- a lost tv remote. The only minor suggestion we have is that more kitchen linens would have been nice.

Beautiful, well maintained and clean home! Enjoyed our short family visit and we're pla ning on staying at this home again in the future. So very worth it. The hosts were very accommodating and gracious under the circumstances. They could have told us "too bad" but worked out the issue of booking dates without batting an eye. Very happy!

Wonderful space with lots to do, only issue was the air conditioner and my lack of conviction (likely due to all the emotions from why we were all in Yuma)to ask the owners for help with it. It was very warm and we couldn't get the home to cool lower than 79 degrees. Maybe nicer in the winter. Everything else was great.

Everything was great. The house was very clean. The pool was warm. There were tons of pool toys for my kids to play with. There was a park near by. Internet was very fast. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is a comfortable home, not just a house. Room for everyone, even the dogs. Communication was great! Would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough great things about this home and the communication we had with the owners. Even before we checked in, they were notifying us about a sand storm that had come through the day before we checked in and that they cleaned up as best they could (which in my opinion was done better than I expected) and that the pool cleaner would be out to finish the job. The inside of the home was the perfect size and anything we needed they made sure we had and went out of their way to make us happy during our stay. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Yuma.

We looked for a comfortable house where we could prepare some of our own food. I love the gas stove, but was disappointed in the cooking utensils, and had to purchase some. Only cutting board was a pull-out wooden one for bread. Pool was already heated to 80F, which was thoughtful of the owners. With 4 bedrooms, this would suit a larger group easily.

Our second time back here and we still love it! We stayed here in 2021. Our family takes annual river trip to Yuma annually and We are so glad we found this property last year. It is spacious, clean, plenty of parking space for our jetski and boat and just overall comfortable. The pool was a plus! We will definitely be back next year.

The communication was great and they were very accommodating. The house was well stocked and very clean. The only issue we ran into was that the coffee maker wasn't working but that can be an easy fix.
