Very nice cabin in quiet neighborhood. Location was close to downtown with shops and restaurants

Enjoyed our stay! Did have problem initially with code not working but was able to get in contact quickly with property owner who gave us a code that did. No further problems there. One minor critique—would advise against the use of the strong plug ins as that did trigger some allergies due to the strong scent. Otherwise enjoyable stay in Bryson City!

We booked this cabin for a weekend away with family for the Polar Express in Bryson City. The cabin was perfect and had space for everyone.

The cabin was perfect for our family get-a-way! We had plenty of room and beds and enjoyed the front porch swings and outdoor fire pit. We will definitely be back!

In checking my email for entry instructions, I received an email from the host stating that our 4 night reservation had been canceled because his cleaner called in sick. The email was received at 1:54 p.m., with check-in scheduled for 4 p.m., and we were already over halfway to the cabin. After over an hour on the phone with VRBO, they found a hotel for us in the general area for two days to give me time to find another cabin to stay in.

Very spacious

The rental process overall was a smooth; however, we did experience problems gaining access to the property. There was a substantial delay in our receipt of the email that provided instructions on unlocking the door. We finally reached the property owner and was given the access code. It would have been nice to have paper products, like paper towels and Kleenex provided.

Cabin was clean and neat. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. Nice yard and fireplace. Great location, close enough to to Bryson city and cherokee within 15 min. Went to Darnell Farms 5 min away. Kids loved the farm, and we cooked with fresh ingredients every night at the cabin. We would definitely stay again. Owner is a great guy willing to take care of his tenants. Great time

I can't rate it, put low star's so people would read the review and understand what happened. We didn't get to stay at the house. the cleaning crew got COVID, but that's something that was not predictable. Just hope they have gotten better. The property manager/ owner was very sorry for this to happen. he apologized over and over. VRBO was very good to us and they got a motel for two nights, and was trying to get another cabin for us. But we did get into one for the second half of our trip. Thanks for all the help VRBO and the property manager/owner gave us. Thanks again the Little family

The home is in a quiet neighborhood about 5-10 minutes from Bryson City. Comfortable beds and furniture and fabulous big decks with rocking chairs and swings. Owner was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We would stay here again!

We had an enjoyable stay. Beautiful property.

Cabin has plenty of space for children to play, inside and out. Just minutes from BC but feels like you are out in the country. Neighbors are very friendly. Had a water leak in kitchen and it was fixed in adequate time.

This was my first experience with an air B&T type rental. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was well equipped, very clean, perfectly located near all the places we wanted to see. I literally didn’t want to leave on the day or check out. Prior to arrival, apparently there was a shower drain leak that was discovered but the property manager took care of it in a timely manner. There was plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, and wash cloths. I can say I will definitely stay here again!!!

We loved this cabin! We have not rented a cabin in years and our experience was GREAT. The cabin was not far from town and we very much enjoyed it. The property manager is always responsive! Would definitely recommend.

We were very excited to stay here. It is so peaceful and picturesque sitting on the porch listening to the babbling creek. Our family enjoyed the open plan as the kids had space. We went hiking and enjoyed the best hay ride looking at Christmas lights at Darnell Farms. We saw a flock of wild turkeys hanging around and a herd of elk in Cherokee. Downtown Bryson City was so pretty with all the Christmas lights up. We loved the Smokey Mountain Train. It was definitely a Thanksgiving that we will hold fondly in our memories.

We had a family trip planned for the Polar Express ride. House was perfect for the entire family and we had plenty of room. 6 adults and 3 kids. Close to IGA and hiking

We booked the house for a week and enjoyed every day of it. The house is beautiful with amazing views of the Smoky mountains. Would stay there again.

Overall this property is fantastic for a family stay. The adults have two bed rooms on the ground floor while the kids have a large loft area with a king bed, sofa and plenty of room for an air mattress. The ease of access and paved drive way are a real plus for this property. Not having to drive up a gravel driveway in the mountains is a real blessing.We did not have any issues/problems with the property that required input/help from the owner during our stay. That is always a plus and makes for a pleasant stay for everyone.We would definitely rent this property again if a need arises and would be happy to recommend it to friends and family if they visit the area and need a place that will comfortably sleep 9 people.

This cabin is tucked away on a hidden road with views of a mountain behind you. There's a creek that runs through the backyard. It's so peaceful here and off the beaten path. Nights filled with fireflies and the sounds of nature. If I could live here I would. Definitely would stay at this place again.

The location is scenic and private. The home was clean with good quality furniture, bedding and it was well stocked with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Thank you!

Beautiful location, house set up was perfect for 6 of us. Needs a smart TV upstairs but otherwise loved it.
