Came here with my family and some friends for the MLK weekend. The house was great…the pictures don’t do it justice. It was large and provided more than enough room for our party of 9. Beds and sheets were very comfortable. We loved hanging out in front of the fire watching tv and playing games. It snowed many inches while we were there and had a great time sledding down the driveway!

I can’t recommend this property enough. It was perfect for our family of 9. It’s a huge space and each room is spacious. It’s great because the game room is nearly sound proof if you close the door, giving peace and quiet in the rest of the house. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Plus the communication was perfect.

Rented the property for an annual girls trip. The house was perfectly set up for all of us. Many hours spent in the pool. Close to nearby Murphy's where we spent the afternoon wine tasting and shopping. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools and necessities needed for this gourmet chef.

Our group had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and comfortable. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed this house. It’s on a quiet little street, not in a housing development. It’s got everything you could need inside and out. We really enjoyed the sparkling clean pool and the cool grassy backyard with basketball court. All surrounded by a beautiful forest. You could spend the whole vacation at the house, but there’s great hiking and fishing in the area, and good dining options in Murphy’s down the road. Or just hit the Big Trees Market a few minutes down the road and eat in. Can’t imagine a better spot to enjoy the Sierra summer.

This house has everything you need ! We were in the summer so the pool was used everyday. We especially appreciated the locked pool gate as we had 3 little ones. Every toy and game imaginable for inside and outside fun. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental, I felt like we were in our own home. 5+ star cleanliness! Host was very responsive before; during and after our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home with a great layout. The rooms were all very nice and floor plan of the house worked great for all of our needs. Everyone loved spending the day at the pool and once the shade made it to the basketball area everyone enjoyed playing corn hole and basketball. The location is nice too, close to Big trees market which was well stocked, Snow shoe brewery, and White pines lake. We’re already discussing plans to stay there again.

The property was exactly what we hoped. Communicating with the host during booking and during check in was easy and fast. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved this home inside and out. Kitchen very well stocked. The kids and adults enjoyed the bonus room full of toys and games. The separation of the bonus room and living room worked well. The location was perfect not too far off the main road but didn’t hear any traffic noise and felt very private. The backyard was amazing! Since it was February we didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great! Liked that the pool was fenced separately from the rest of the yard. The pictures online didn’t do it justice. The yard was much bigger than expected, it was also fenced. Lots of toys outside as well. Kathy was a wonderful host and communicated well. I would highly recommend visiting this home.

House was great for our families with young kids - game room was a hit! Warm during winter and close to the market, Murphy's and Bear Valley skiing. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. There is so much to do and see in the surrounding areas! It was great to have a spacious place to come home to when everyone was exhausted. The pool was excellent, every cooking amenity was provided and a huge playroom stocked for the kiddos. They’ve thought of everything. Thank you Kathy, our entire family had a great time

Our stay at this property was great. The owner communicated with us early about what to expect upon our arrival and met all expectations. Upon arrival we found the house to be in great shape and well stocked with all you would need during your stay. The pool was clean and the backyard was stocked with games, balls, etc. to enjoy in the spacious backyard. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this house to anyone looking in the area. We definitely plan to come back!

We travel to arnold for a summer trip every year and this was by far the best house we’ve rented to date. The grounds and pool were the best!

We liked the house a lot. It had everything you need in a home . Kitchen was well equipped with enough resources to even serve 10 to 12 people including serving utensils for kids as well. The sport room was great with skylights. Kids and us have spent much time there. The grill worked very easily. The house was clean .There is a super market less than a mile away so you can get all groceries and other needs from there as needed.We spent all 4 days together there without getting any boreness! Just few things which might add more fun to future residents - The bunk beds had edged logs on roof, which is not safe for kids to slee there. Probably a pool or table tennis can add a lot for bigger groups in game room !

I found this gem in the mountains and I just knew it was the perfect setting for our family getaway to the snow. We came up with my parents, my sister and her family, and my aunt. The kitchen was more than well equipped and spacious enough to have multiple people prepping meals at the same time. The large living room with the vaulted beam ceiling, gorgeous stacked stone fireplace and large picture windows was the perfect place to relax and hang out as a family or just have adult time. The kids bunk room can accommodate 5 children for sleeping but the best part is they have their own hang out/game room separate from the living room. All of the adult bedrooms as really spacious with their own smart tv’s which provides you with a place to retreat to if you just want some space away from the friends or family you love so much. This house accommodated all 12 of us so perfectly which really made our weekend relaxing and stress free. The fire pit with string lights for s’mores at night and the half basketball court was the icing on the already delicious cake. We can’t wait to book for a week over the summer so we can enjoy the pool too!
