Spacious house, clean, plenty of surface to store items, hang items, set items down. Well stocked kitchen, no need to run out and buy anything- everything you need is there. It was a quick trip, traveling with children and dog, and we had a very nice stay.

This is a very nicely renovated older home In a residential neighborhood. The owner's attention to detail and cleanliness was impressive. The pantry was stocked with spices and cooking oil. The showers were stocked with shampoo and body wash. The beds were comfortable And the beach gear was ample. The only surprise was the downstairs bed which was higher thanexpected with 2 steps to get up to it. Find for younger folks. A bit challenging for those over 65. We would definitely return.

We have stayed at this property twice and have always been impressed. It is a great location and the house is perfect for our family. We appreciate all the communication and flexibility!

Very nice home and well located for our choice of golf courses and local restaurants. Accommodations were well suited for the group. Lines/towels and sundry items were perfect for our short stay. Check in/out very easy.

Myself, my husband, my teenage daughter, college son, and our dog stayed here. I wish we could’ve stayed a lot longer! We were in town to move our son back to Grand Valley State U. The entire home including the basement, was spotless. The home really does have everything you need. Besides salt and pepper, there were several different spices available to cook with. There is a blow dryer in each bathroom. There is a phone charger by every bed. Plenty of toilet paper, towels, and even shampoo/conditioner. We all slept great. The mattresses seemed new. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go to the beach.. but if we would have, everything we needed was there. This is a very nice home with beautiful decor. There is a Culver’s, Jimmy Johns, a gastro pub/grill, and an ice cream shop a block away. Melinda was friendly and easy to reach. We enjoyed our short stay and hope to stay there again!

Booked a last minute weekend getaway for our family. House is well stocked and clean! Much more space than needed for our small family, but so cozy! Everything was within walking distance without the hassle of traffic.

Everything was good except the way the picture showed. I thought there was at least a little bit of a backyard. And when I inquired about the backyard, I was told the park was across the street from the house. I wasn’t too happy about having to be out by 10 AM. And not being able to get in till 4 PM. But the house is very nice. I can see he put a lot of work into this home. also, at one point we lost Netflix and I imagine I could’ve emailed the owner. No phone number to get a hold of a person.

This is our third time at this house. We love how big it is and fit the 10 of us so comfortably. Kitchen has the basics so no need to buy those things that can add up - salt , pepper, foil etc. Two beautiful bathrooms and so many things for the beach. We will definitely stay again !

We only spent two nights in this area but it is absolutely beautiful. The house Location is perfect for walking to the social district and the riverwalk. A 5 minute drive to the beach! Absolutely perfect.

We had a great stay with 2 families! House was very clean, comfortable beds and enjoyed playing card games on the front porch. Kids loved all the beach toys and corn hole boards. Plus, great location - we were able to walk to several restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The property manager was a dream to work with. The house was spotless. The custom woodwork in the house was breathtaking. Excellent location. We could walk everywhere. Highly recommend it!

I grew up in Grand Haven, and this house is perfectly situated for a stay that is close to everything that is fund to do. You can walk to the downtown area (great stores for shopping!) and its just a short drive to the state park. There are some great restaurants you can walk to also. Most importantly, the house is beautifully decorated and outfitted with everything you need for your stay. We had a large-ish group of family from ages 3 to 67, and the host was very thoughtful in what was stocked for guest - everything you need in the kitchen to make great meals, games and puzzles for the kids, plenty of towels. And the house was clean as a whistle. Loved staying there, and plan to go back!

We stayed here in 2018 some nice upgrades scince then. Enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future.

This home was fantastic for my extended family! It is a very large and updated house. Loved the spacious bathrooms and comfortable seating area. The intersection is busy and a bit noisy, but that also meant we were within walking distance to restaurants, the marina, downtown, and shopping. Great location! We were all very pleased with our experience.

The property exceeded our expectations. Not only was the home modern and beautiful but every single bed was super comfortable, the upper level had air conditioning, there was a fan in every room and there was even a little step stool under the sink so my 2 year old granddaughter could brush her teeth and wash her hands. These are just a few of the things that were over and above what I was expecting. It was everything I had hoped for and more.

Our family loved this house! The bedrooms are great and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The whole house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely look into staying here again!

This is our third time staying at this rental. We tried others in Grand Haven but nothing could compare to this house. We had 9 people , ranging from 5 years old, teens and adults. We all had our own privacy bedroom area and enjoyed the spacious living room together. The house is equipped with beach toys , chairs , etc. which was a bonus so we didn’t have to pack as much. The house is a short walk to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. We will be booking again for next summer !

I had a get together with my girlfriends here and we LOVED the house. It has everything we needed and more from games, to kitchen ware, beach items, and just the right amount of beds.

My family booked this for a family reunion. Perfect location, even nicer inside than the photos! Kitchen had every appliance you might want. All the other family members who came for coffee raves about it.

Beautiful and clean home, had everything that we needed for a wonderful and relaxing stay. Close in proximity to downtown, grocery stores, and about 1.5 miles from Grand Haven State Park and the beach! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and bedrooms were comfortable and able to accommodate our seven person group. We would absolutely stay there again, and highly recommend it to others!

This is our second time staying at this property and it was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room to spread out, a big comfy couch for watching movies, perfectly appointed kitchen with everything you need and close to Downtown. Thanks again for another great stay, Melinda!
