This place was everything you can expect and more! The pool was a show stopper, mini golf was amazing, corn hole was a great touch. The kids just always had something to do. Wished we could have used the fire pit at night but totally get why we couldn't. We hope to book this place again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This property was everything and then some. We needed for nothing during our stay. Every bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The kitchen was great, the outdoor kitchen was also amazing. Like most of the other renters stated, the outdoor area was where we spent most of our time! We are from Michigan so the lower temps, weather wise didn’t keep us from enjoying the hot tub, (heated) pool and fire pit. The little kids had such a great time in the pool area while our older teens enjoyed having their own space to zone out. We could not have asked for a better place to rent to have our own private retreat! Gabe the owner was in contact and available if we needed anything, which we didn’t! Thank you again for letting us be apart of your special home!

This property was amazing. We came to Southern California for a wedding, but staying here was the highlight! This was our family meeting place and central to our visit. We had an issue with the waterfall, but Gabe came over personally and fixed it within the hour! (software issue couldn't be avoided). The house (and pool house) was spacious and clean. The patio was amazing and roomy for our 10 guests. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and laundry (even the bathroom) were stocked. It felt like our home while we were there, we were sad to leave it. We would defiantly consider this rental for future visits to SoCal.

This Private Resort Home in Vista, CA was by far the BEST VRBO rental ever! A perfect location for a Staycation for our extended family of 6 Adults and 6 Young Adults and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! The AMAZING Pool with Waterfall, Slide, and Spa with Swim Jets was AWESOME! Like a private resort that we enjoyed EVERY afternoon! We opted for heating only the Spa and the Pool was plenty warm from the hot sun. The place was immaculate! TVs with built-in Roku everywhere (4 in the main house, 1 in the Pool House, and 1 in the outdoor patio). Air Conditioning in the house worked great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Very modern appliances that worked great! Very convenient to be able to park in the Garage (note the code is slightly different than the front door) and the very large driveway. Beds were very comfortable with very nice linen, blankets, and pillows. House is also on top of a hill with a nice view West towards the ocean. Lots of restaurants, fast food, stores, etc. nearby. Gabe was VERY responsive to all of my questions and getting minor thing working very fast. I highly recommended renting this house. You won't be disappointed! Note: The Pool House now has two Full (I think) size beds side by side instead of a bunk bed which was a nice surprise!

The property was perfect for our multiple family vacation. From young kids ranging from 3-10 to grandparents, there’s was plenty of room for everyone and something to keep everyone happy and entertained. The backyard was the highlight of the property and the kids couldn’t get enough of the slide and pool. The outdoor dining area was great for bbqs and al fresco dining. The water pressure in the showers was a little low but fine for what we needed. The location was great and close to legoland and the beach. Gabe was easy to reach when we needed and everything worked well. (The garage code wasn’t working but it wasn’t a big deal for us). I would highly recommend this house for a vacation and we will be back next time we plan on being in the area.

The house is really well done and beautifully updated. The floor plan was perfect for us. While the house is great.. the pool, outdoor dining area and water slide are amazing. It's an absolute show stopper!

Very nice house! Probably too many rules on the property that are almost impossible to follow but we had a good time regardless and enjoyed a very nice and cozy home!

Our family loved the backyard and pool house. The pool and slide were amazing! The house, rooms and kitchen were clean, and everything worked.

Fun place! The house was perfect for our family of 8 (six kids ages 6-15). The pool/waterslide area was a huge hit and they would have stayed in it all day if I had let them. Even on rainy and cooler days, the pool heat was enough to be comfortable (Colorado kids!). Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Guest house by the pool was fun for 2 of our older kids to stay in. The trade off for the pool is a longer drive to the sights in San Diego. It was 45-60 minutes any time we went anywhere such as La Jolla, Sea World. Coronado, etc. (sometimes longer, depending on traffic). For us, the pool and house were worth the extra driving time. We truly hope to be back someday!

This house and pool was amazing ! So relaxing! We never wanted to leave. Gabe was quick to check in with us to make sure we go in ok. Can’t wait to book this property again!

Grounds were amazing, younger ones spent whole days in the water, on the slide and playing games, Us older ones were right with them, maybe not so much on the slide!! Home was very comfortable, we loved the sheets!! Nice relaxing stay.

This property was exactly as advertised. The outdoor area with pool, water slide, hot tub, mini golf and game area, and outdoor kitchen was truly amazing. The “kids” spent hours each day enjoying the pool and spa. We totally lucked out and had amazing weather during our entire stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely accommodating and got back to us immediately when I had questions.

This was a perfect place for our group. I wish we could have stayed longer and used the pool! The rooms/beds were spacious and comfy and the house has everything you need :)

We are San Diego locals who stayed at this property to give our daughter a pool party for her 13th birthday. The pool is amazing with the waterfall and slide and the large jacuzzi was also perfect. We BBQd steaks and the girls ate outside at the large table. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. They all made great memories together. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time at this Vista property! 15 minutes from the beach, but we also loved just being together at the house with perfect weather. The backyard was amazing and we spent most of our down time there, with the pool, golf and turf games, and outdoor BBQ. Everyone loved it. The house itself is great. Tastefully decorated. Beds worked great for us. We did bring plastic cups to use outside (as other guests had suggested) and the kitchen doesn't quite have all you need to prep/serve food when you have big groups, but we made do. We ran out of silverware and bowls with our group at each meal, and we ended up just buying plastics to fill in. I didn't read the fine print when I booked this, but take note: heating the pool/jacuzzi is an extra $150 day. One other thing to note: this is in a neighborhood, and quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. Luckily we could corrall our kids/teenagers inside during those hours, but they were wanting to stay out until 10. It looks and feels like a resort, but they are not resort hours, understandably. Overall, everyone was very happy with our stay!

This property was very nice. It checked all the boxes for our trip. I travelled with my family for a weekend getaway and we had an amazing time. The backyard was like being on vacation. There was something for everyone regardless age. On the inside , all of the cabinets were labelled making it easy to find things. Check in was smooth and the home is spacious and clean. We rented this house for a local vacation and for my husband’s bday. The house was very clean and organized. Everything was labeled and easy to find. The house also was very kid friendly; the backyard was so awesome with the bbq area, pool/water slide, and miniature golf area. Everyone had an amazing time!

What wonderful accommodations! We wanted a place to stay that would disconnect us from our phones and reconnect us as a family. There was something for everyone in this house; from my parents (who loved the fire pit and coffee in the morning/an adult drink in the evening), to the adults (who loved the heated jacuzzi), to my teen and pre-teens (who loved their own pool house and the fast slide), to my young niece and nephew (who enjoyed the big pool with a large shallow play area and floats to play with). We made some long lasting memories here. My only suggestion is to bring your own plastic cups. I’m sure most people bring disposable plastic cups with them, we just dropped the ball on that. No glass is allowed around the pool, but there were only glass cup options in the house so come prepared. That’s it, pretty much everything else is there, they even provide shampoo and conditioner!!! This was our first VRBO experience, it will be hard to top this place. Gabe was a great host, he checked in on us and was a pleasure.

We were supposed to travel back east for a family trip, but we’re unable to go. Instead, We decided, last minute, to find a house with a pool that we could drive to for a little family time together iand we stumbled across this home. The whole family loved it and we had such a great time. The house is great!!! The interior and exterior were extremely clean, beds were cozy, lots of televisions with premium channels, kitchen was stocked nicely., parking in garage, updated furnishings, and I could go on. But the highlight is the backyard - no need to be inside!!! Pool and spa are wonderful and the kids loved the slide! The sound of the waterfalls is so relaxing. Also has a great fire pit, putting green, corn hole and other games as well. The outdoor kitchexn was fabulous - plenty of seating, a fireplace, television, grill, stovetop, sink, fridge, etc… There is also a great pool house with a shower, bunk beds and Foosball. Gabe was very responsive when we had questions: Close to food, entertainment and other things to do as well. Great place in a great location. We will definitely be back again!!!!!!

After poking around the house, we found the main breaker had tripped. Gabe stated this was possibly due to the new pump as the old pump was fried when it was replaced. Again, no pool heat for another day due to power being out. We were told "obviously a refund for two days pool heating" would be given. A month later, and no refund... The original pool heating fee for 4 nights was billed at $600.00 even though the owner states in the house agreement that the charge is $100.00/day . The actual charge that came through said: "4 nights/$100.00 = $600.00" The house was clean on the surface and well furnished, but floorboards, fans, and return air vents were filthy and had about 1/2 inch of dust and grim on them. The kitchen was stocked minimally and met our family of four's needs. The property is in a good location and neighborhood and was central to what we wanted to do while in Southern California. Gabe was easy to get ahold of, we just wish the refund would have come and the pool heating fee would have been as described in the house agreement sent by the owner upon booking. We had a wonderful time at Gabe's property. The backyard is really incredible, and a great place for kids, adults (and pups!) to hang out and spend quality time together. The location is also close for day trips to the beach, LEGOLAND, and Wild Animal Park. Gabe is responsive and friendly, and the house is neat and clean. We're looking forward to coming back soon- our kids are already asking for it!

This is a gorgeous home with lots of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. The backyard, pool, slide, waterfall, landscaping and cooking area are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Communication between Gabe and I was helpful and timely. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
