Quick stop over

Hot water dispenser, located at the reception, inaccessible after 8pm - reception area closed after 8pm. Breakfast is simple - resort mgr will watch you closely as u pick up the muffin/cereals. In-room coffee machine is dusty No refilling of Juice machine when the juices run out

Breakfast not very interesting. I went to the coffee roasters across the street for better coffee and breakfast(seems to be a popular place where regulars greet the workers by name). Nice big bathroom(disabled access room). Really close to Highway 101 so there was traffic noise, however, not overwhelming. Had microwave oven and fridge so easy to store my leftovers from dinner. Not the most exciting location but when you reserve ahead you get a decent room price.

Close to Highway 101(frontage road). Not a very appealing neighborhood. Breakfast is minimal with bagels in plastic packaging,small yogurts, K-Cup coffee.

I like the location.

The female staff at the front desk was rude. I was not allowed to change rooms and pay less money due to my mother (third party) getting sick and not being able to travel.

We found a sock under one of the tables. There was what appeared to be used tissues in the tissue box. And the ac unit blows the curtains open while it is turned on.

The area seemed a little loud and there were a few aspects of the room that looked like they were missed during cleaning.

Clean room

No pool ,location ,and no breakfast room

easy access. I asked for 1st floor and that’s what I got. the property is clean. bed comfy. most of all, it was quiet.

Not much

Room not clean and it made my nose run like a fountain. Other guests partied outside the rooms all night and no one would answere the phone at the front desk. Worst place I've ever stayed!!!!

Our room was spacious,clean and comfortable. The mattresses were excellent.
