This property is very clean, has beautiful views and teens love the old school video games in the basement. A mama and baby were foraging for food the first night and were wonderful to watch. Nikki, the property manager was very responsive and helpful when we extended our stay! There is a lot to do for everyone in the area so go and have some Smokey Mountain fun!

The cabin was very nice and beautiful view but not all the games worked. Very nice stay though.

From booking to arrival and more the host is fantastic. The views in the pictures are no joke! We woke every morning to the most beautiful views I’ve seen In Tennessee and we’ve been numerous times. The cabin was spacious, clean and a place you want to spend time not just for the views but the atmosphere and the activities in the cabin. Definitely will book this place again! Oh and yes we saw bears!!! Don’t think twice about booking this place…do it, you won’t regret it.

This place was beautiful, the view was breathtaking and seemed like a fake backdrop! So perfectly decorated, clean, cozy. Everything we needed to relax was right there in the home. The owners were so polite and quick to respond!

Clean, quiet place with an awesome view

My friend and I are divorced moms with 2 children each (ages 6, 8, 10 and 10), and we rented this place to serve as a calm respite from our days of adventure in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was perfect. The mommies grabbed the upstairs bedrooms and the kids shared the downstairs rooms, claiming downstairs as the “den of fun.” We saw bears (one came a little too close for comfort as I loaded the car to leave) and - this is key - the house has a flat driveway! We also visited the community pool one day after a long, hot visit to Dollywood and it was great. I’d definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed here for New Year's week and we loved it. Every morning we would wake up and have coffee on the deck overlooking the city. If it weren't for the traffic, almost everything is a short drive away. Also, my wife loved the Pac-Man game, her childhood favorite.

This place is gorgeous with insane views, just as advertised. Communication with owner on very minor inconvenience was answered extremely quickly and problem resolved same day. Would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone and will keep on the top of our list on any future trips to Gatlinburg!

The best chalet we have stayed at on the mountian yet. The views are amazing and worth every penny! The owners are friendly and very helpful, quick to respond to questions. My family of 5 will definitely be putting this chalet at the top of our rental list when we come back, which tends to be every year or so. The bears even greeted us on the way in when we arrived and the morning we left. Do yourself a favor and just book this place now, no need to look any further.

Beautiful home. Spectacular views. Good amenities. Love the downstairs play room for kids to stay busy. Everything worked well. We will stay again in the future!

Communication with the Moore family was quick and responsive. I have stayed at many resorts where you can be back at your own home, before getting a response. Also, they were very accommodating to a scheduling error on my part, and allowed for an early check-in.

We’ve been coming to Gatlinburg for years, and have stayed in many kinds of places: hotels, condos, chalets. This chalet is among our very favorite places, ever! It was completely spotless (we felt like we were the first renters ever), it had a clean, pleasant scent throughout. We stayed in and cooked supper and played games on several nights of our stay because we felt so at-home. The views speak for themselves - and are every bit as beautiful as this listing makes them seem. The owners were so quick to respond to any questions we had (quicker than I was at first - sorry!!). We will def recommend this chalet to our friends.

Have stayed at many places in Gatlinburg over the past 27 years and would have to say this one hands down is my favorite so far. The views were absolutely amazing, the place was extremely clean/cozy, and the location was very convenient. Favorite part was being able to sit in the hot tub and watch the games and during commercials looking at the downtown lights. The kids of course loved all the arcade and boards games. Highly Recommend this place!

Please read before you book with these people. The house was fairly clean but no way to get to house if it had snowed. A lot of hills, very curvy, and way up the mountain. Beware of cameras outside. Owners called us before we even got there accusing my friends of going in the house smoking as they had seen it on camera but our friends just walked by the camera and went on around the deck to look at view and never went inside with cigarette/vapor. They said they were going to send someone and the house had better not smell like smoke. No one ever showed up. Keep in mind, I had not even arrived yet and already dealing with accusations because I was the one that booked the house. Then after a week after we got home, we received a message from owner accusing us of spilling something and had pictures of us bringing in fans. We use fans at night for noise. All my friends do in fact, and most people I know, so this was just crazy. I work in the hospital and patients request fans all the time to sleep better. There were more accusations and pictures like he sent one where he assumed our friend was taking a piss. This friend did drink too much but in the picture, he was not taking a leak, he's just holding himself up beside the truck. After all the bogus accusations including throwing cig butts off balcony, which there is no way you could have found it because the mountainside was full of trash and debris which was a turn off as well as far as "billion dollar view" they advertised. To top it all though, they required we pay insurance to even book the place. No choice, you have to pay for damage insurance which was $59 dollars and then we get a notice from ins. company saying they filed a claim for cleanup of cig butts, which my friends put in a cup, but they claimed he tossed a cig butt across the road, pressure washing of piss off of black concrete and it rained entire time we were there, and smell of chalet. I am sure this owner filed a bogus claim so he could pocket the money himself. Just be mindful, very paranoid and suspicious and no privacy whatsoever.

The kids enjoyed the house and all the games inside more than the outdoor activities we did outside.
