This was an important get-away for our family. There no problems with the house that disturbed our time. Very clean and so many things provided like ping pong table and equipment, tv game accommodations, etc. View was beautiful.

Nice, newly renovated house stayed here to go utv riding. Was just a few miles to the trail head on legal atv routes. Would stay here again.

I absolutely loved this property. The finishings on the inside and decor were beautiful. And not to mention the breathtaking views. It met all of our expectations and we would definitely come again.

Shady Pines proved to be the perfect place for our family vacay. It’s close to Cove Lake State Park and shopping. The house is very clean and beds super comfortable. We enjoyed watching the trains and boats passing by. Deer walked through the property several times during our stay, our grandkids loved it! The hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond. Overall great experience

We had a great stay at this house! Everything is very nice and the views are great. You can access the lake down a gravel path which worked great with our boat. We will be back!

My family and I booked this house for 4 nights to spend some time together before the school year begins. It was the cleanest, most comfortable house we have stayed in while traveling. It was spotless and had all the necessities needed. The back porch/deck overlooks the mountains and water and we enjoyed drinking our coffee and relaxing every morning and evening.

Fantastic stay! Clean, comfortable home for the 9 of us. Great access to lake, a bit of a hike, but worth it. Owners were very responsive. Would stay again.

We reserved the property to travel to and from my graduation at the University of the Cumberlands. The stay was amazing, and the location was fully renovated and beautiful.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. We came up here to ride our OHV and 4wheelers at Royal Blue. It was just a short drive to the trails. The location is great, close to town and anything you need for your stay. Very nice place.

We had a big trailer and needed more room for the trailer but over all everything was very clean and nice..

Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids loved this property! Very nice new features and fixtures throughout the house. Super clean, plenty of space, fun “game” room, comfortable beds, and although it was cold, we enjoyed the outdoor area. Would recommend!

This property was perfect for our 2 families (4 adults, 7 kids) to stay for a ATV trip. The house is very nicely remodeled, well-equipped, and clean. The kids loved all of the TVs, the ping-pong room, and the great WiFi connection! The adults loved the large covered deck with the awesome sunset view! The air conditioning in this place is fantastic! One note, if you are coming for an ATV/UTV trip, you have to trailer your machines over the interstate if you want to go to Royal Blue, Cumberland, or Tackett Creek. I was told there was a way to get to Windrock, but we didn't ride there. It was no big deal to trailer over to the gas station by Shoney's. We stayed for 6 days. We rode UTV for 3 of those days, went to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge one day, and rented a pontoon for 1 day. It was a very enjoyable vacation.

It was a wonderful property to rent. We would gladly rent again in the future.

This property was beyond our expectations! We had a wonderful time on the property everything was very clean and you can see so much time was spent into the details this home has. The outdoor area was great ! The back porch was very big and allowed us to enjoy being outside even though it was raining .
