The house was very suitable for our group of 14 ladies. Although we did not use the three top bunk beds, two of the ladies volunteered to sleep on the sofas. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, the screened porch, the great room and large dining table. We would definitely like to return to this rental house.

This was a great location for our whole family to stay together! We were comfortable and loved the house. It was fun learning to use the kayaks and paddle boards, and we drank coffee looking at the beautiful view each morning.

We stayed over the last week with 13 of us. It was an extended family group, in town for a wedding. The house suited us so well, and gave everyone the space needed! Diane was an excellent host, and very responsive when we contacted her. The entire group hopes we get to go back at some point in the future.

Would stay here again but with kitchen remodeled.

This is a great house for a big group- plenty of shared space both indoors and out, generous bedrooms, renovated bathrooms, and a very peaceful waterfront location. The water amenities (kayaks, paddle boards) were built-in fun that we didn’t know we needed! We will definitely be back!

The house is massive! We were pleasantly surprised by the space. We loved it, the neighbors were very friendly and the town is so cute. Would love to stay again. Check in/check out was simple and Diane was very informative.

House is beautiful and spotless! Lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed the kayaking and fishing!

This property was just what we needed. We had 16 people, 6 of them young children. There was so much inside space for everyone to enjoy themselves whether it be together or in another TV room, screened in porch or the deck. The dock was great for fishing and crabbing, and the wildlife during our kayaks was amazing!!! Bald eagles, Blue Herons, Egrets and unfortunately jellyfish. I highly recommend going to Rock Hall beach. It was quaint and so easy to access. The jetty provided protection for the kids, but we would also walk out past it as it was shallow and float on our tubes. The amenities provided also well surpassed what I am used to. Coffee pods, Tp, paper towels, shampoos and conditioners. They really thought of everything! This was exactly what our family needed to reconnect and relax!

We linked up with two other families. The home is large, two separate living rooms and a lot of bathrooms. The screened porch is amazing. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking and down time. The LARGE kitchen/dining room table was a great place for us to not only eat but spend time together. We brought firewood and used the fire pit as well. Lots of parking and very responsive communication with property management.

Location of home was great and the availability of amenities was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and proximity and access to the water. The home was the perfect size for our family of 16. We did have a few issues. We were unable to check in at the time indicated as the cleaning was not complete. Two missing boards on the dock posed a danger, so we needed to purchase materials to install two new boards. The cost for these materials was $50. We are anxious to see if a kitchen upgrade is planned. The amount of space and the appliances were dated and did not reflect the other rooms in the home.

16 family members stayed for a week in this brand new remodeled home. Perfect for gathering together for large dinners, living room conversation and outdoor nighttime fire pit and roasted marshmallows. Provided kayaks were a plus. And the visiting bald Eagle across the river and the many blue herons.. the rooms were very comfortable with two beautiful very large ones. Everything was just right except the small kitchen which will be remodeled and enlarged this winter. It’s an extremely calm and quiet area with a river front neighborhood. You’ll love it!!!

12 golfers enjoyed our stay. Clean comfortable plenty of room. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the kitchen utensils. We cooked dinner each night, breakfast each morning and we needed to be creative with the pots and pans.

Amazing home for a group or large family. There are plenty of spaces to gather together while at the same time plenty of room for privacy. The views are beautiful.

We a wonderful stay. Enjoyed family time together ,enjoyed the kayaks and the water view. . It was off season so many of the shops and restaurants were closed. However we planned on eating in so not a problem . The grocery stores were open and had all we needed. The layout of the house is wonderful! Open floor plan on the main floor so you never feel like you miss anything. We used every inch of this space. It allows for being all together and having time apart. The house exceeded my expectations . Better than the photos. I think a broom would have come in handy to clean up a bit after ourselves 😊

Beautiful spacious home with stunning views of the water and wildlife. Our family had so much fun getting out on the different water crafts and admiring the sunrise and sunsets! So memorable!!

I cannot say enough good things to say about the property manager. She was always responsive to our questions and very welcoming. The house was large and super clean. Thank you for providing the SUB and canoes. It was so relaxing and that’s what we wanted.

We enjoyed relaxing, catching fish of the dock and kayaking in the river!

We had a wonderful time at this freshly updated property we brought a small boat. The dock was perfect for going out to do water sports exploring and swimming. Place was amazing and was so clean. We absolutely loved it and we will be back to this place again.

Roomy, beautifully updated, water is deep enough for my 51ft outerlimits sport yacht without kicking up mud at low tide!! A ++ all around

Family, Crabs, Fishing, Fireworks, Food and Relaxing in this very spacious and beautifully renovated dream home! Watching my a grandson walk (fully alien for the first time!) completely around the large great room then to the windows facing the water….All while I heard my family in the back ground laughing and enjoying crabs at the 16’ long dining room table! The upper balcony overviewing the water is amazing! The rooms are all incredibly spacious and the bathrooms are gorgeous! We knew we made the right choice and have already booked next year! Thank you for the lovely stay!!

Overall it was great and we'll be back! Would like to see firmer newer furniture in the porch. The cushions had mold on them from being outside and gave off an unpleasant smell. also the porch could have been swept prior to our arrival as it was dirty. Inside was beautiful, clean, comfortable. Such a peaceful getaway and we lived the area. We will look forward to returning!

My family with teenagers really enjoyed our stay- loved using the paddle boards and kayaks! We brought our floats to enjoy the water too. The screened porch was great and overall house was perfect for us!

We had a super time and enjoyed the pier! Loved being able to bring our boat for the trip. Beds were very comfortable. Back screen porch was nice but it was so hot this week it was nice to go inside and cool down:).

Great location in a peaceful cove offering protection for our 21 foot boat. Dock area was great, however the dock needs some maintenance. There are quite a few pieces of decking that are not secured at all so watch your step and do not stand on the edge. Also, wear shoes at all times on the dock or you will get splinters. Kayaks and paddle boards are old but work fine and the rack by the water is a nice touch.. House was nice with great room sizes and tv's in each room. AC worked wonderfully. Kitchen was very dated but usable with all the utensils. The only thing I couldn't locate was a grill brush. Screened in porch was nice with ceiling fans, however the chairs in the screened in porch look great but are not functional. The support staps are so worn that you sink to the floor. We put life jackets under the cushions to sit normally. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would return in the future.

This house and water access were the perfect getaway for us. We brought our 3 kayaks. The boat launch on the property was perfect access to the water. Easy and safe kayaking all around. The house was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and all was in working order. Loved the screened porch- we played games every evening and enjoyed the breeze and osprey/heron/ eagle activity. We also appreciated the carport for parking our truck loaded with kayaks when we arrived. Local restaurants were delightful! Such a great house in a great area to enjoy the water and water fowl.

Great house at a super location! The house was perfect for my family of six with lots of comfortable space and seating. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. Of course if your on the Chesapeake the dock is the best part. We spent most of the day on the water kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. This is a nature lovers paradise and it was much less developed and quieter than other parts of the Chesapeake. It’s a great place for a family get-away!!

Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. Hot water heater is terrible so make sure you can take a shower in 5 minutes or less.

This property was spacious and clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Although kayaks were provided, the 4 of us brought our own. We loved the ease of heading to the water multiple times of day! The "resident ospreys", heron, hummingbird and local eagles were delightful! It was our first time to the area, and we enjoyed our casual meals in Rock Hall and our sunset cruise. We biked the Cross-Island Trail on Kent Island on the only chilly day of our stay. The property manager was VERY helpful and always prompt with responses to my questions. In short, I expect to return same time next year :)

This rental is really nice. Very clean, very comfortable and very relaxing! The beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well stocked and a nice touch of having shampoo, condition and liquid soaps in the bathrooms. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. The screened porch is also a nice addition to the home. I highly recommend this rental.
