We have stayed many times at different properties in Wild Dunes over the years and this is one we will 100% be back to. We loved being in the golf course. The view from the master is spectacular. You’re on a nice quiet location on the beach. Top to bottom it was great. Avant- was in touch with me prior, during, and after. Their customer service was exceptional.

We joined as a family with our children and grandbabies to celebrate MD together- great house! Beach wasn’t quite as accessible as we had thought but not a huge problem to get to. The house was clean and well equipped. There are a lot of stairs to access all levels.

We went for our daughter’s spring break and it was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Loved being at the end of the inlet away from it all. It was a perfect trip.

We really enjoyed the location and cleanliness of this property. The view and short walk to beach was excellent. The dryer needs the door repaired as it wouldn’t stay closed. Also, needs updated / new toilet seats. Also, a bit more user friendly television system. Kitchen was well stocked w plates, utensils and cook wear.

Beautiful location with golf course and beach view from the upper and lower back porches! Loved the quick and easy pool and beach access and the house was clean and comfortable! Highly recommended for a quiet getaway!

We had the best time at High Tide! The private beach out front was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our boys (ages 6 and 4). We also enjoyed morning swims at the nearby pool and taking a gold cart (rented separately) to the community pool up at the inn. AvantStay team was incredibly responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Overall the stay was amazing! The views were phenomenal which made our stay enjoyable; even though it was chilly outside, we were able to enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the home. Always a pleasure to stay at Wild Dunes and Isle of Palms!

Nice beachfront house with incredible views! House has everything you need for a week at the beach. I appreciated the extra towels and beach towels and chairs. Great house for a family of 5.
I do suggest that the interior of the house be painted and carpets/upholstered furniture be cleaned or replaced. It is in need of a refresh!

Nice house located deep into wild dunes
Beach is good if you go to the right from the house, and not good if you walk to the left.
It is more like a lake due to a sandbar that wraps around (possibly to deter erosion)
Only 2 chairs on the oceanfront deck
No ice maker so must buy ice
No tv is master bedroom
Modern finishes and overall a nice house just not amazing for 5K for 3 nights

3 Night Getaway
Great beach house! Amazing views!! We loved seeing a family of deer that came out every morning & every evening. Nice quite area. Beach has soft and it’s not crowded. Overall a great house to stay in!

We liked the property overall and its proximity to the beach. Amenities were great. The only drawback was that the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The garbage can was still packed with trash. However, we were able to express our concerns in a timely manner and were advised to leave our trash in the home without worrying about a fine.

Summer Vacay 2021!
Location, property, service, and views were unmatched. TOTALLY worth the cost. Only slight drawbacks: first floor deck needs to be refinished, and the pool was a little buggy. Our family of five was NOT AT ALL disappointed…we WILL be back!
