We had the best time on this trip - and this house was just PERFECT for our family. It's exactly as pictured and described - but truly is even better than the description, because Susan is such a wonderful and accommodating host. Once she found out we would have our kids, she quickly offered some useful kids amenities - above and beyond what was necessary - but truly appreciated!
The house is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with EVERYTHING you might need. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor space (despite the Florida summer heat!). It's walking distance to several great shops and restaurants, and even the beach and a couple great playgrounds for the kids.
I will recommend this to anyone needing to stay in the area - my only fear is that it won't be available next time we visit - as I would absolutely stay here again!

This was a crazy vacay due to a tropical storm for the first 2-3 days but we had an enjoyable time as a family! There were also some tiny bumps during the stay but easily resolved in minutes. Susan was easy to contact and had solutions at any given point. The house was equipped with essentials but not overbearing in anyway! I’d recommend staying at her place. Her home is located steps away from Gulfport district, beach, and park. There are multiple beaches to drive to as well. The home is absolutely adorable, comfy, and conveniently located.

This was our second stay at the property and we will be staying every time we are in the area. The house is great as is the homeowner. We got to meet her this trip and she was wonderful. It's walking distance to the main street area with great little spots to eat, drink, and grab some souvenirs. Highly recommend this property.

The cottage was exactly as advertised very clean and excellent decor

Located in a street just off the Main Street Literally a two minute walk and you are amount the restaurants and shops of Gulfport
The cottage itself had everything listed and the outside area was a nice spot to chill
We had no issues during our stay
Gulfport has many restaurants our favourites Pias Italian, O’Maddy’s American, thoroughly recommend, and shops a couple of coffee shops and bars
Extremely friendly locals
Gulfport is also a great base location
tis approximately 15 minute drive to St Petersburg Pier and Beach
20 mins to Pass a grille beach and Johns Boardwalk
We intend on coming back

Absolutely beautiful home! Loved that it is walking distance to Gulfport restaurants, shops, and waterfront, and an easy drive to downtown St. Pete. The outdoor space is fantastic and feels very private- as stunning as the house was, this was probably my favorite aspect of the property. As others have mentioned, just about any incidentals you need are provided. The host was helpful and quick to reply when I had a question.

This property is in such a great location. Close the great restaurants, friendly bars, and shops in this super friendly little beach town, yet this home is very peaceful and quiet.
The house feels like home. It is so comfortable with lots of big windows. The photos are accurate.
You will not be disappointed.

This is the perfect property in Gulf Port. You can walk in any direction a find food, beer, music, shopping, and a great time. This was our second year and we hope to come again.

The house was awesome! It was clean, cozy, well equipped and in the perfect location. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of quality linens, the pantry was stocked with kitchen basics (oils, vinegars, spices, sugar, etc.) and there was great kitchen cookware. It is located less than a block from the main strip of restaurants and stores, not to mention a very close walk to the beach. We utilized both the adorable front porch and cozy, zen backyard with lounge chairs, hammock and outside shower. Truly a secret garden. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Gulfport. Having visited a few other houses while we were down there I can tell you that this place is a gem and the best of what Gulfport has to offer.

This is a perfect property for location - walking downtown, to the beach, to hear music, go to the library and more. The house has two lovely gardens - a little garden off the kitchen with sitting for two and a larger deck and patio area ideal for entertaining.
The owner is responsive to any issues that arise. We appreciated a well stocked kitchen for cooking. A note: I am 6’7” and there were places in the house’s construction that I had to duck.

My wife and I used the this house for a time to rest read and pray. It did not disappoint, very nice restaurants within walking distance but the neighborhood still is very peaceful and quiet, no barking dogs which was a huge plus for me. Also the host has really paid attention to the details as to things you might need, we stay in many VRBO's and this is not always the case, thank you Susan for the wonderful stay.

The house was incredibly comfortable and so well-designed. With all of the appliances and and furnishings, it was easy to make it home for the 10 days we visited, The hosts have thought of so many guest needs, and were extraordinarily helpful.

We loved our stay in Susan's gorgeous Gulfport home. All the amenities of home, and a great location. A real gem of a property that we would love to stay in again. We were even complimented by a passerby (i was reading on the veranda) for having a gorgeous home 😁

This property is lovely. Very short walking distance to shops and restaurants in Gulfport. The neighborhood is quiet and fun, a stroll to the beach. The house is great, comfortable, a very nice backyard. I really enjoy staying here/.

The location was great and all the amenities and supplies included with this bungalow were above and beyond our expectations! Super comfortable beds and bedding/pillows, we had a difficult time getting up each morning.
However, the town of Gulfport had activities all the time we could not miss!! We enjoyed all the shops (spent quite a bit) and the bars and restaurants - awesome food and service!

This Gulfport property is perfectly located, just a block from Beach Blvd's cafe's and restaurants, but serenely quiet. The house is well maintained and well-equipped; the furniture is good quality and very comfortable; and everything works. It was a perfect place to relax.

This place was so perfect for us! We just kept finding things we thought we were gonna have to buy once we checked in such as, beach bag, cooler, chairs, toys for our granddaughter, spices, they even had extra shampoo/conditioner and body wash waiting on us! The beds were honestly the best we have ever slept on! When we got back the first night my husband and I slept terrible because we had slept on such comfortable beds all week!
Everything was within walking distance. They even had a wagon for us to pull our granddaughter in!
It was definalty one of the best places we have stayed!

Beautiful bungalow style house on a serene property only a block from the main drag in Gulfport. The house is great for relaxing inside and out. Convenient walk to food, coffee, and shops in Gulfport. About a 15 minute drive to downtown St Petersburg as well as to St Pete and Pass A Grille beaches. Owner is great and her recommendations were spot on. We look forward to visiting again.

We had a fabulous stay at Susan’s Gulfport cottage! She had everything we needed available and the area was so interesting .. there were many good restaurants to choose from, the pier and beach within walking distance . The cottage was beautiful and clean .

This was our first visit to Gulfport and this home could not have been a better choice! The check-in process was simple (keypad entry) and the place came with everything we needed--and more (beach gear, great kitchen, awesome outdoor space). My wife and I spent the first evening dozing on the hammock in the back yard. During the daily afternoon thunderstorms, we opened the French doors and listened to the rain--very relaxing. We walked downtown a few times for exercise and a bite to eat (O'Maddy's and Stella's were great). We also used it as a home base for trips to Sarasota and St. Pete and it was super convenience, a few miles off the freeway. We would love to go back to Gulfport and would definitely try to stay here again.

This Gulfport destination was perfection for us. Because of some skin cancer issues my husband must avoid the beach so this was the perfect alternative. The front porch is grand. The outdoor spaces are many. The indoor area is spacious. The kitchen well stocked and easy to use.
From beginning to end, this was the perfect spot for us.

This was our 2nd time at this property and once again it did not disappoint! It’s a beautiful, comfortable house and it also has great spaces outdoors to enjoy the Florida weather. Being just a block from Gulfport Brewery is also a plus!

This will be the second time that our family has stayed in Susan's property and it was, like last time, flawless. The house is as described in the photos, if not nicer and the location is fantastic. I don't think we have every rented a place that had everything you could possibly think of – from a generously stocked kitchen (Saran Wrap! Tupperware!), plenty of extra blankets/linen/towels to travel size shampoo etc. And so much more! The place was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable and the outside area is equally well maintained. All in all a perfect place to spend Christmas. Kudos to Susan for superb management and choosing a perfect little house in Gulfport!

Could not have been happier with this place. We kept looking for flaws but could find nothing! Absolutely everything needed was provided. Neighbourhood was ideal in that it is super close to the Main Street and yet very quiet. Hosts were lovely and quick to respond. Just a perfect holiday.

The property has quality furnishings. The kitchen is very well supplied. The location is perfect for walking to Gulfport shops and restaurants, and an easy drive to major beaches and larger cities. We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent this property again.

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. The house is amazingly well stocked…the kitchen has every tool and appliance you could ever need on vacation!

Property was very nice and in a superb location. Responsive host, very accommodating and very helpful. High end linens, appliances, mattresses, furniture, etc. Lovely grounds in one of the nicest areas of Gulfport.
