It was a great place! Morning coffee on the deck looking at the ocean. There were chairs for the beach which is literally the back yard. Saw the dolphins swim by a couple times. We will be back!

When we arrived the host had left us a bottle of red wine, which was a nice surprise! The view of the private beach and sunsets were amazing! We walked the beach every morning and then sat on the deck and drank our coffee. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants. It was a great get-away for us!

We wanted a quiet location by the ocean. My wife and father in law grew up on an island. When we arrived it was love at first sight. Our time at the beachhouse was wonderful. The room was clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. There was even a nice bottle of wine wating for us. The owner is very polite and there when you need them. The day we left my wife mistaken the blanket on the bed as her own. This was not the case. We emailed the owner in order to mail it back. To our surprise the told us to keep it. They said happy new year and enjoy the blanket. You cant get any better than that! We will be back to the beachhouse, but this time no blankets will go missing! Thanks !

The house is located in a quaint little area outside of the bustling areas to the north and south. Also, the beach is right outside the back door, so that's hard to beat. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and having breakfast overlooking the water every day! Highly recommend this spot. The owners are also helpful and communicative.

We made a trip for Fall Break with our family and enjoyed our stay. Everything in the place was exactly as described. My kids loved sharing the trundle bed, while my husband and I enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The shared porch was a new experience for us but everyone, including the full-timers down stairs, was so kind. The beach is quiet and family-friendly.

This is our 2d time. Amazing. Love it will of course be back every October

Great, quiet stay on the beach. Great location for enjoying the ocean with less people on the beach. Beautiful views. Dolphins swimming. Close to shops and restaurants. My only complaint was having only one bathroom but we managed. The beds we’re comfortable and the place was clean. I would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay and the property was perfect. The property location speaks for itself as access to the beach was amazing and lots of beach items were available for us to borrow to enjoy the sunsets and time at the beach. Some highlights yo is included very comfortable beds, big fridge freezer, air con was really noticeable and easy to use, parking was easy, info book in the property was helpful. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient. All messages were answered straightaway and helped to make our stay even better. We hope to return in the future. Thank you!

Location was great! Beach wasn't crowded at all and conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and more. Highly recommend Indians Rock Beach. No high rises and very limited public beach access giving you all kinds of room on the beach. The beach supply room was so convenient esp flying there to have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Definitely made our stay more enjoyable for beach times! We can't wait to go back!

If you want a short walk to a beach with privacy this is your place. We have been to several beaches up and down the gulf but this location is now our favorite. The unit is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. For a small family this condo would be nearly impossible to beat!

I would say 4.5 is a more accurate rating. Truly this was a great place to stay and I would happily stay again. I rated it down slightly because there were a few things I think could use some updating. Several of the blinds were missing the wand to open or close them, the ones in the master bedroom weren’t even long enough to cover the window. I think maybe new blinds or adding curtains would be awesome. The dishwasher also was almost falling out of the cabinet space. With a family of 4, the seating in the living room also left a little to be desired as far as comfort goes. However, the property manager was responsive and checked in via email after we arrived. You cannot beat the location! The beach was never crowded and it was just steps away. I would definitely stay here again.

i loved the location of this property, the beach was perfect. I was very impressed by how clean the condo was. the only complaint I have is the closet where the beach chairs and umbrellas are needs to be cleaned out. I would definitely stay here again.

This year has been a difficult one for our family. We lost two young loved ones and our daughters have an experienced tremendous grief. We wanted to get away close to home for my birthday and just have a relaxing family time. We have stayed at the beach every summer for our lifetimes as native Floridians. First day at the beachcomber was exactly what we needed. We were able to communicate with the property manager as often as needed yet we were given the space to just enjoy our families. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us to greet us! Being steps away from the sand was so very convenient. We had everything at our fingertips and space for all of our favorite beach items we love to bring! We thank the team For helping us have a wonderful weekend and they even gifted me a special convenience on the day of my birthday! Thank you again and we will be back.

Everything was great and easy, we were looking for a beachfront property that we could relax and have a quiet vacation. This was spot on

We enjoyed this place as much as you could enjoy staying anywhere. Steps to the beach and watching the sunset every night was perfect. We enjoyed being able to walk the beach and the street to all the local restaurants. Pipo and Betty’s Bakery was our regular breakfast spot (8 out of 10 mornings) with so many options. The place was clean, comfortable and just perfect! We will definitely come back.

Location was absolutely 5 stars! Just walk out your door to the beach. The manager was very responsive when we did have questions. The place was very clean. The home lacked some basic necessities: no microwaveable dishes, not enough plates (4 dinner plates for 6 guests), no Tupperware or foil Or storage bags for leftovers, only one dish towel. We are experienced VRBO vacationers and typically have plenty of household items available for our use. If these things were corrected we would absolutely stay here again but it did make it more difficult to manage with 6 of us in the unit and limited items. We would have given a 5 star rating if it weren't for these things. Very nice place.

The property was very clean and had been recently painted. Located right on the beach, the unit has a deck that is great for sitting and watching the ocean, reading etc. Great morning walks up and down the beach. A couple of minor notes on the unit layout. 1) It is only 1 bathroom per the listing. We had missed that when booking, but the two couples worked through that, 2) The rear street entry is through the rear bedroom, so you have to go around to the beach side entrance if someone may be sleeping. Checking in was a slight problem as they were doing some work on the unit. A call to the property manager and they were there right away and got things all set up. The ice-make was not working, so he went and got us a bag of ice, which is all we needed for the week. Good response on both counts. Lots of towels and supplies were provided for our stay. Overall a 4.5 star stay.

From the living room you have a direct view to the beach through the sliding doors and from the couch you have an awesome view of the south beach. The beds are comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom is a little dated but very clean. We will definitely be back.

We really liked it, great view, nice rooms, good communication

The beach is beautiful and not crowded! We had everything we needed while staying there! Lots of places don't think about what people will need in the kitchen. We loved that there was a pizza cutter for example, so many places don't provide those! Having some cleaning supplies provided was also nice because we were able to maintain like we would at home! We felt safe while staying there too, with four kids-that is important! We would stay here again!

Great experience!

Location good, property under construction and not noted in listing. Construction materials, dust, workers there early morning til late afternoon. Property on 2nd floor with no accessibility but stairs! The worst was Property manager did not respond timely! No back up key! Sliding door to beach only locks from inside so we locked it and went out front for walk. When we got back, we were locked out! No phones, no car keys etc. all in rental. We figured out it was the batteries. So we tried and tried! Batteries can only be replaced from inside and need master key to get in. We finally miraculously got in, got response from property manager 2 hours later after we already went to CVS and got our own batteries, fixed ourselves! Delayed by 3 hours getting out for the day!! The beach chairs etc closet had same issue, dead batteries and unable to get beach stuff! Place is a mess at the moment! In fact, should receive refund on some monies for the inconveniences! Great location, just need to warn renters of the construction noise, dust and lack of accessibility as on 2nd floor!!!!! Would wait a few months before considering rentin here and hope the construction is complete!

This vacation was perfect! The location was directly on the beach and very private. The condo was perfect for my family and well stocked with everything we needed, including beach toys and umbrellas. The property manager was very easy to contact.
