We were very pleased with this first-floor condo. Just what we hoped it would be. The beach is a short walk away, the heated pool just outside our door, and plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. A short drive to historic St Augustine and all the attractions in the area. Would seek this unit out again in future years.

The good- great location. Perfect for people with kids or adults as the pool gate is right there. The "bad" with fees $255 a night everything should be right! Cleanliness, water fixtures, TV, Internet should be correct before arrival. Day 1 we arrived late, couldn't get TV to work used our cell hot spot. Shower floor slippery from the shower head that was clogged up and not rinsing suds down the drain. So obviously shower had not been cleaned. Manager sent someone who replaced shower head. We were gone all day, grandkids arrived later, still tried to get Internet codes working. Gdaughter said GMA your feet are dirty. Yep, Bottoms of feet are black, literally. husbands too. No we did not come with dirty feet bottoms. We knew floors were sandy, but, were at the beach so didn't get to concerned until feet were black. Notified management about No TV, when the grandkids couldn't use devices after leaving the pool. Sunday still no Internet/ TV except our own hotspot. Restarted numerous times. Magically right before checkout all lights turned green on Modem and full Internet without a technician. I do understand it's hard to find good help/ cleaning services that won't skimp. Which is why we came back for a second trip, because it is a great condo. Manager will try to respond to everything. But, There are things in the condo that need attention, the sliding door is super hard to open even for strong boys. Only one room key is not enough. Hope they find a new good cleaning company.

The site and photos were accurate. Great spot in the center of the community, on first floor, near the heated pool. Plenty of linens/towels… even some pool stuff and games! Kitchen was very well stocked. impressive! Property manager was very responsive. Only minor issue was the floors needed to be mopped better and no mop available; property manager offered to send cleaners over. And, would’ve liked more seating since it sleeps 5-6.

I recently stayed at the condo with my adult children. Its a very well decorated comfortable space with caring owners. The beaches are beautiful.

My family along with several other families rented condos in Ocean Village Club for the Labor Day weekend and to celebrate a milestone birthday. The condo back door was only a few steps from one of the pools! The condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. No complaints at all and our unit was nicer than some of the others that our large group had rented.

We have stayed at this same condo 2 summers in a row. thank you for having us it was perfect!

This is a nice property with good amenities and great fun perks that come as additional freebies. With a young kiddo, direct access right out the back door to one of the pools on the property was great. The manager was really helpful and communicative. We will be trying to come back to this property again.

We were thrilled with this property. Decorated cute, well stocked with towels, kitchen needs, beach supplies and more. The bottom floor was so nice to have when lugging items to and from the beach. The pool was out our back door which was a real treat as well! I can’t complain about a thing. We enjoyed every part of our stay at this property! Oh and we brought our dog. Even though we love dogs I always worry dog friendly property’s may smell. Nope, I would have never known pets had been here!

We had a great trip and this condo’s location within the complex and in St. Augustine is great. The cleanliness of the floors and our bed sheets were disappointing, but the owner acted quickly to take care of our issues. I would certainly recommend this spot!

This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The size was perfect and the proximity to the pool was was really set it apart for us. The walk to the beach was easy and not far at all. It took about 4-5 minutes and I was pulling a wagon completely loaded down. The property was well appointed and had everything we needed. We had a small cleaning issue that was promptly taken care of. The owners were a joy to work with and made sure that all of our needs were met. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future. It worked out great for our family of four. Thanks so much for making our trip easy and memorable!!

Amazing stay for our girls weekend. Easy access to the pool and the beach and a quick drive to downtown St Augustine.

Just like another reviewer, check in was terrible with the gate machine. If it doesn't work, you need to park go to the unit and get the key card. But was finally let in, and with the cards worked perfect. Got this unit because the heated pool gate door is directly in front of the sliding door. Which worked perfectly with our grand children. I didn't feel the unit was properly cleaned, however management offered twice to send cleaning people back. However we declined as it would have been a waste of there money at that point because my grand children would be getting things dirty. There are several items in the condo in need of repair in which I notified the company. The ivacation team did offer tickets to make up for the items in need of repair, which was greatly appreciated. but honestly the pool was why we were there and the kids all just wanted to be swim. It did not disappoint anyone. This is a really cute condo, (definately used a lot) with a perfect location to town, beach and heated pool. We would rent from this company again because they tried hard to rectify the issues. We are hoping they fix things in this unit so we can stay again, as even other people wanted to know how we got lucky to rent this unit. We would definately rent from the ivacation team again. They responded to each text and email I sent. Overall a great communication and vacation! Thanks

I thought this place adorable! Perfect for four people and a dog. So close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The location of the unit I loved. We got in late - near 9:00 and had trouble getting in the gate. Followed directions given but call got dropped repeatedly. Finally, a sweet couple took pity on us and let us in. That was the only glitch in a perfect 4 day stay. And the glitch was only a 15 minute inconvenience so no biggie! Beds were comfy, temperature easy to control, clean place. A good place to call home for a short time. Thanks.

Loved this condo! Great location and having the pool right outside our back door was a plus. Our son who is 11, he was able to walk over to the pool and we could watch him from the condo. He loved the deep water of the heated pool. Remember to bring the key fob with you if you walk to the beach. We didn’t know we’d need it and had to walk back to get it. The entryway to the beach is locked, which is good for security reasons. Aside from that, our stay was perfect.

The property was absolutely lovely. Great areas to walk your dog, quick walk down to a private boardwalk to the beach, and lovely furnishings inside. Our unit opened up to the pool which was fantastic except for the fact that it was under construction the entire time we were there. In their defense the owners gave us as much notice as possible and offered tickets to do things downtown instead, but the pool was a large part of the draw so having it under construction was a shame.

Really enjoyed the place,; very nice interior and great location. Would definitely stay again. The only drawback at that time was the work being done on the elevator and the pool: we were very close to both and it could be a bit noisy.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel like you are on vacation but yet at home. It is decorated so cute. It had everything we could ask for and is just steps to the pool. Everyone that I encountered on my walks were so nice and friendly and even offered suggestions on places to visit and eat. The complex is very very clean and well maintained and it's location suited us. I would definitely stay here again!

I liked that you had to use key cards to enter and exit property. Felt that they knew who was in what area in The happenstance that something happened.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable just as described. It was perfect for what we needed at the time. My daughter had surgery and it was great for rehab. Definitely would stay again.. Only thing that that you need to do is supply more towels/ washcloths and teaspoons. We had 4 people and 4 towels washcloths. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at Driftwood Escape. We love that it was pet friendly, on the first floor, had a ton of space, and proximity to the beach. A few things that could improve: the dishes/silverware did not look clean when we arrived, we ran all of the dishes through a wash cycle, the towels provided were folded still damp, we ran these through a wash cycle before using, and when we arrived (3:00am) we could not get the gate code to work (maybe this was user error with it being 3:00 am and having driven 9 hours, but we followed the directions given), we had to park and walk into the complex to get to our condo to get the fob to open the gate. Still giving it 4 stars because we enjoyed the location but having to do chores before starting vacation was a bummer.

We were pleased and amazed at the proximity to the pool as well as the beach. The pool was literally only steps from back door. Loved the décor and colors. I especially loved the color in the living room! The queen bed was very comfortable and I slept wonderfully! I usually have difficulty adjusting to a different bed but not this time. Would book again!

We rented the Driftwood Escape for a little getaway. While the place needs a little updating and some new patio furniture, the place overall was adorable! Everything was super clean, the master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and being on the first floor the pool was four steps away from the patio! Itrip even left a sample of coffee from the coffee shop that was across the street. The beach is not far from the place, you can walk or take a drive right down the street. Many great restaurants near by and downtown was 10 mins away! We definitely will be back

I would recommend staying here. Close to the beach and lots of things to see and do.

We needed more blankets and pillows and the host was quick to bring them to make us more comfortable. We loved the location and walked to the beach each day. Thanks for the great vacation.

Our family enjoyed this condo, it’s decorated well, clean and furnishings are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, but I would recommend replacing the toaster, provide more wash clothes (only had 2 for family of 4) and address water leaking out to shower in master bath. These were minor items for us, no big deal. Great location, loved the direct access to the pool. Management company did a great job communicating at our arrival. Best things about this condo was the cleanliness, stocked kitchen, overall comfort and location. We would book here again.
