Cottages by the Creek is a boutique resort type hotel manned by a team of efficient and excellent staff, who truly take care of all your needs, right from excellent spread of tasty dishes for Breakfast and for Dinner.
Only issue is the location.. If you are in search of some peace and quiet, like we were, this is an excellent place to spend some quiet time away from tourists and city noise.
No Airtel mobile coverage in this part of Kodaikanal. WiFi coverage from the hotel is fair but not strong.

The location, service and altogether the way the staff were helpful was really awesome. The food was also top class. The staff is always ready to go that extra mile to give all sort of comforts to the guests. The cottage is a one stop shop if you want to really explore the natural beauty and enjoy the night view of the sky.

Route to the cottage is very much complicated …steep and narrow only one vehicle can go at a time

No accomodation, food and washroom for drivers. It is really difficult for drivers given the location and weather there.

The only disadvantage is location.
You have to drive a steep road.

Liked the location, staffs and the breakfast was good.
The room has no ventilation, you will feel a little uncomfortable in the night as keeping the window open is not an option due to design but I believe with small modification it can be fixed.

I like the food.But the problem there is only pure veg.No outside food is allowed.The hotel is very clean.
They didn’t give proper care for drivers.No room is given for driver.even they didn’t allow the drivers to sit in the restaurant.They served a cold idly to drivers.And even didn’t give a hot water.And yhe other problem i faced is i booked two rooms for my family one room is very very in deep.And the other room is in very height in range. This was the main problem i faced in the hotel
