The check in process was smooth. The property was very clean. All the beach amenities were great to have, especially because we were from out of state and couldn’t bring everything on the plane. The location was perfect and close to everything: beach, cafes, trolley, ice cream. Would def return again.

The location and cleanliness of the unit make this the perfect place to stay! We were within walking distance of both sides of the island, and multiple shops and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise. The fact that it's a 2 bdrm, 2 bath also makes it so much more enjoyable. Cute, updated decorations also make it more relaxing. We will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for my wife and I for a getaway. Having never been to AMI, we could not have found a better location. Walkable to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Communication was excellent, cleanliness was excellent and was even ready several hours before normal check in which was perfect timing for us as we were able to get to the beach right away. We loved this place and all 5 stars for a reason. Thanks

We just loved our stay! The property was exactly as advertised! So close to the beach and restaurant and shopping! Wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!

Location perfect, thoughtfulness of property perfection!

We stayed for two week through the Christmas and New Year’s Holiday. This place was such a great find, what a gem! In the heart of it all. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach was quick. This place had it all. Kitchen was was well stocked with everything you needed to prepare meals or to just enjoy making a cup of coffee. The chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach were supplied and so great to have. Will definitely stay again. Very easy check in and check out process. Can’t wait to return!!

This home seemed too good to be true at first when my husband and I began our hunt for the best spot to rent on AMI. I’m here to say it did not disappoint! Walking distance not only from some of the best restaurants on the island, but also from the beach! The condo was the perfect size for us and had so many charming features. We couldn’t be more excited to travel back to AMI!

Perfect spot for enjoying Anna Maria by foot or bike! This unit is updated and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as advertised

The unit is clean, organized and peaceful, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. My whole family enjoyed the stay.

My husband and I stayed here for the first time and we will be going back to Anna Maria Island! The place was clean and the check in process went smoothly. The location is truly PERFECT! Very short walk to the beach, coffee/breakfast at Ginny and Jane's each morning, and easy walk down Pine Ave to city pier! Beach gear was also perfect as we flew in from out of town they have everything you need for the beach. It would be a wonderful place to take back our boys and we look forward to doing so in the future. I only have 2 complaints and very minor complaints. 1. The AC unit is extremely loud. Every time it came on it had a loud clicking noise along with the air pressure coming through. This woke us both up multiple times each night. I'm not a light sleeper I've slept through a fire alarm before which I am not proud of and I never thought I'd complain about something like this. 2. Since it was off-season I couldn't get ahold of the realty office to request a later check out. I did not press hard as I didn't want to call the emergency line for that but it really would have been nice to extend by an hour so we could enjoy a little more time rather than sitting at the airport. I still highly recommend but wanted to share my minor complaints.

This cute apartment has everything one needs for a great beach vacation. Only about a block from a really nice beach location, very clean and plenty of room for our family if 4- even 2 bathrooms which was so nice! Stocked with everything you need and a washer dryer as well. Within easy walking distance to some great places to eat. We would definitely go back!

The place was great! Perfect location nearby everything. We did have problems with one of the showers and it didn’t appear that they ever came to repair. But since it was just us, it was just fine. We just used the other shower.

My daughter and I traveled to Anna Maria Island for our spring break. This property was adorable and so conveniently located. We walked to the corner restaurant daily for breakfast and coffee and the went to the beach which was a very short walk away. It was perfect for us. The property was well equipt and very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

We loved this clean, very well renovated vintage Florida style cottage. Loved the cozy courtyard. The location is about the best you could ask for. The beach was just a little over a block away. Pine Street is about 2 blocks away and there are wonderful restaurants that are all within walking distance. The town of Anna Maria is the side with the nice shopping and also the quieter side of Anna Maria island. If that’s what you are looking for - this is the place. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that in the description it says that it comes with a cart and 4 chairs and a few extra things to make it convenient to walk over to the beach. It did supply those items. The umbrella and one of the chairs seemed newer and were nice. But the other 3 chairs had rust on them and while taking the things to the beach one of the wheels from the cart fell off and really wasn’t able to carry the supplies because of being a little old and rusty. The rest of the trip we drove our beach supplies over in the morning. If the owner supplied beach supplies that were in better shape - this property would be perfect. We were very happy to be able to stay at this cottage and would come back again.

Couldn’t of been any better!

Other than a little trouble with the code/lock when we first arrived (which should now be fixed), we had a lovely time. The place felt more like a cottage than an apartment. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils and cooking equipment needed to cook a meal, and the outdoor patio was a pleasant place to eat. The place was clean, very comfortable for the three adults in our group. The buggy was easy to cart the beach toys to the beach about one block from the cottage. The location is great - a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a coffee shop, restaurant, ice cream store and a buggy and bike rental place. More options were a bit further away. And the beach is large, wide, uncrowned and had beautiful fine white sand. A perfect stay!

Perfect Anna Maria location near a dozen restaurants and two blocks from the beach. This is the perfect location and the unit is extremely well designed and nicely updated. Every detail is taken care of including the beach chairs and towels. We will visit here again.
