The property was immaculate and had every amenity. It was like being home..great decorating and colors . we would live to go again.

Fantastic condo steps from beach. Have stayed on this "campus" before. Can't beat the location. Fitness Center was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Off season golf, beach, local pubs/restaurants.

It was a great condo, enjoyed the nice breezes right off the ocean. Great courtyard area for kids to play or walk your dogs. Beach was a very short walk with a outdoor shower right off the beach to wash that sand away. Location was incredible, right next to beach club, adult and other pool. This condo comes with activity cards so you can go to the pools, restaurants, book excursions etc., that is a huge plus! It is on the ground floor so great to walk right out onto patio. My pups enjoyed it too! Beautifully decorated, comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen.

Great location ! No stairs to climb with luggage and groceries...Wonderful first floor, well stocked unit. Patio is perfect for relaxing, reading and enjoying the ocean view. Looking forward to my next stay !!

We have stayed at this condo twice. It is nicely furnished and has everything one needs for a vacation. It is a short walk to the beach. Overall, we think the maintenance and groundskeeping at Fripp must have been hit hard by Covid. The grounds are not as lush and well kept as with our previous stay. That is not the fault of the condo owner. Nice place, nice stay.

Steve is such a gracious, thoughtful, friendly host, and we will definitely be staying in this condo the next time we go to Fripp Island. the location is perfect, ocean view, and pet friendly. this property checks all our boxes for what we look for in a vacation rental

We enjoyed our stay in this property so much! It was clean and well-maintained both inside and out. The location is very convenient to the beach (3-min walk out of the back door), one of the pools (2-min walk out of the front door), and the food court (located adjacent to the pool). There are several other pools and small restaurants around the island, most of which we visited, and we rented a golf cart to get to them easily. There are a couple of small markets for picking up snacky items, but plan to go off the island for a big grocery run. As far as the property itself goes, I wouldn’t change anything (well, aside from maybe adding a mattress pad and a round pan for baking pizzas). Everything we needed or wanted out of a rental was provided and in great shape. We stayed for an entire week and had a wonderful time across the board (small dog included)!

We are huge Fripp Island fans and have stayed at many properties over the years. This condo is in a great location, John I Fripp villas, and is nicely decorated. The owner was very kind and responsive. Our only concern, and it’s minor, is that the property could use a nice deep cleaning. We visited at the start of the spring/summer season so I assume the property hasn’t been used much lately and not recently dusted. Lots of dust bunnies in the corners, behind the door in the bedroom and along the baseboards. Not a huge issue and nothing we alerted the owner over, but noticeable. Overall we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and recommend to others.

Wonderful property

This was a return visit for us this year. The upgrades were a very pleasant surprise. This is an excellent location, quaint and perfect living space. Kitchen has adequate cooking and serving dishes. Washer and dryer work perfectly. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We will see ya soon!

Great condo and roomy living room, dining room, and bedroom. Bed was comfortable, nice linens and towels. Kitchen had everything needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in John Fripp Villa 121. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals - love the Ninja Blender. Relaxed and enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the patio everyday. Cordial neighbors, quick walk to the beach, beautiful grounds and I highly recommend renting an umbrella from the beach club. Just tell them where you want it and they will set it up! I definitely recommend this villa and the entire Fripp Island experience. Thanks for a great vacation.

It was exactly what we needed. Perfect spot for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary!

It was comfortable, efficient, and enjoyable. The only glitch was the absence of toilet paper and our reluctance to drive all the way back to town to buy some after just having driven for eight hours. Couldn’t find anything open on the Island except Guest Services at the Beach Club, where the woman refused to give us any because we “hadn’t booked through them”. Finally, as I was walking out the door, she snuck me one roll saying “don’t tell anyone, I could get in trouble”!

We were there for a wedding and decided to make a week long vacation out of it. The condo was perfect in every way and communication with the owners was very good. Would absolutely rent it again !!!

Great location, quiet, close to the beach. Owner dropped by to see us and even brought coffee creamer (at 9pm) we forgot to bring with us!

Great place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay and got some much needed rest and relaxation. Highly recommend a stay. Fripp is an incredible getaway with a very laid-back atmosphere and fantastic golf courses and beach. You feel like you have your own private beach. Can't wait for our next trip. Don is great and ready to take care of any needs you may have and can be there in the drop of a hat. Thanks Don! Looking forward to staying again soon!

This condo is a perfect getaway to relax, enjoy the beach and nature. My family and I loved Fripp Island and the condo. Each night we sat on the patio and grilled. Don was a great host.

This property is convenient located in the center of the island. The beach, pool, tennis courts and food court are all just a short walk away. The unit we stayed in is a one bedroom but spacious enough for a couple with 2 kids. The owner, Don, was extremely nice and helpful! The only problem was that the unit smelled a little stale when we first arrived. I attribute that to the fact that the unit was unoccupied the week before we arrived because of the hurricane that came up the coast.

We wouldn’t hesitate recommending this property to anyone. It was adequately stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was a two minute walk to the beach which we could see from the villa. Excellent response from owner when we locked the keys in the villa😱! An outstanding stay and would love to return.

My wife and I really enjoyed Don's place. It was a perfect location on the island, comfortable, and welcoming. To be able to walk out the back door and be at the beach in moments: amazing! The place was clean and well kept; even the knives were sharp. We'll be back!!

We had a grand time! The property was wonderful. Perfect for my 3 member family plus senior yorkie. Clean and comfortable. The patio outdoors was great to enjoy in the evenings. Loved the gas range as well when we cooked up some Frogmore Stew. Don was a wonderful host! Made us feel welcome and took care of a microwave oven problem immediately. The trip to the beach was a quick walk. Loved it here. Can't wait to come back!
