Home was exactly as pictured and described. Host was great. The boys caught their fish limits daily, which was the cherry on top. We are city people, so the soft water/water odor was a little different at first, but we got used to it! We would definitely stay here again!!

What a wonderful time at the lake with family and friends. Unbelievable beautiful weather for November and this house is located in the perfect location. Definitely will be back.

First off, we would come back in the summer time! We could tell a good amount of planning took place in the architecture & remodeling plans for this cottage. We loved the floor plan with loads of windows, nice furniture & size/amount of TV's and vaulted ceilings. Use of wood for baseboards, door/window trim, ceiling & fireplace was awesome. The abundance of toilet paper found in various places made us chuckle. TV's in the bunk area is unique. Outside TV, gas fire pit & covered patio was delightful! Lights & wall hangings were cool. Blinds in windows were a good finishing touch. Fenced yard was a mandatory asset and fantastic for us to allow our dogs wonder around. Direct view of lake, birds, other houses & boats was majestic and very relaxing! Kitchen could use: Toaster, pitcher, sos pads, foil, plastic wrap & oil. We could not find a bathroom floor mat. Our stay was great!

The vacation took place in October. There were 5 college friends and we get together every year somewhere new to relax and reconnect. We cook, play games, visit and generally have a great time. We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. However, at this time of the year I recommend bringing extra blankets for your stay, Which we did. Also the closets are small. Women need lots of storage. LOL!!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation! The house is clean and well stocked and communication was great with the property manager. Our dog enjoyed the yard and we loved the beautiful view!

This is our second time at Indian Lake this season and this house was by far our favorite! We loved the fenced in yard for our dogs (they loved it too!) and the location next to Cranberry’s…we had music every night, but we weren’t disturbed by the noise once we went inside. We rented a boat, caught lots of fish off the dock, went to the Root Beer stand and visited our favorite, Gene’s. Thanks for having us, we hope to return soon!

Inside was beautiful and clean. Would be nice to have a written instruction book on working the TVs and outside firepit and not need to text the host. The outside lake side was nice, but we had to uncover and clean the furniture and cushions in order to use them. Other than that, was a great place to stay. We would rent again.

My mother and I spent a wonderful three days again at Indian Lake. We enjoyed the sunsets, wildlife, watching the boats go by and listening to the music of Cranberries. The house is beautiful and so much roomier than it looks from the outside. Thanks for a great place to stay, Phil

We enjoyed everything about our stay. We loved the location and view. Sitting outside in the evening listening to the music from Cranberry was such an extra bonus. The kids hung out in the bunks and relaxed after a day on the boat and we relaxed outside. Our fur baby loved the yard and relaxing on the dock. Communication was great. We met the maintenance and cleaning crew and they were a delight. We will be back with boat in tow! Thank you for a relaxing weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house itself was nicely updated and furnished. The location cannot be beat! Cranberry Waterfront Bar and Grill is one of our favorites at Indian Lake and being walking distance from this restaurant is invaluable. You can even enjoy the live music at this restaurant from the property itself. The outdoor patio with fire pit was a very nice amenity! We didn't realize until the last day that there were a ton of water toys (inflatables, paddle boards) in the garage, so make sure to check them out and make use of them!

Nice property. I'm sure it was really nice when last renovated or built but needed a little TLC mostly down by the lake. The patios chair cushions were as dirty as the overs themslevs. so we did not want to sit on them. The picnic table had stuff growing out of the cracks and needed replaced. The concrete slab by the lake has some rather large cracks that somebody attempted to fill but it's not working. More of an annoyance but the since all the TV's were LG, when you used the remote to Turn on the main TV the one in the bedroom came on as well. Not realy the owners fault but it rained all day the first day and and the lake really stunk and there were dead snails floating all around the doc. That is probably to be expected at any lake front house, but everything together just made us want to go home. We left a day early.

Enjoyed our time!

Our family had a great time adults, kids and dogs! The living space inside is roomy and plenty of places to sit and eat. The yard is fantastic, big and fenced in with a dock! Plus there is music next store to entertain. The host was in contact making sure we got checked in ok. I would go back over and over again....in fact I do!

This is our second time at this location . It’s a perfect location on the lake . The home is so warm and welcoming . Great communication and the owners made sure nothing was missed for a wonderful stay . We are looking forward to returning for our 3 rd trip .

The house has a well designed layout with high end furniture and appliances. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful.

The house was adorable. Perfect size to be spacious enough and yet cozy at the same time. Enjoyed family meals and playing games at the large table. Plenty of seating to watch TV comfortably. Phil's quick communication was most appreciated. Although it was chilly, we still took advantage of the wonderful outside space with a grill out. Looking forward to a repeat stay when it gets a little warmer!

My wife and I and our 12 year old daughter stayed for three nights with our two dogs. The back yard is fenced in and perfect for pets. The Sunrise/sunset views are amazing. The Host was easy to reach and helpful (I needed help getting in, that's all!) The house is clean and modern. We plan on booking again.

This place was absolutely amazing. Great location very clean loved the layout. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this place with family and friends we’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful updated house with two living & dining areas, gas fireplace and TVs. We wanted outdoor amenities and lake views & we were not disappointed - from gas grill to outdoor smart TV including outdoor gas fireplace, comfortable seating under a covered area that kept us warm while we enjoyed the views. Very short walk to restaurant - Cranberry, almost next door! Easy communication with hosts - Phil and Anna! Great weekend stay, we will be back!

Decided to ride our motorcycles down to Indian Lake from Cleveland for a long fall weekend and stay at this home. It didn’t disappoint! Beautiful view of the lake which provided beautiful sunrises. The home is clean, comfortable well decorated and the owners were very good with communication. Hope to come back in the summer.

Loved that a place that accepts pets actually has a fence around entire back yard even so they can't get to water....so pet friendly!!! Loved the house will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful house and fully updated with great kitchen. Great for adults or the family. Plenty of parking for cars and a golf cart. Lots of roads to explore by golf cart, bikes or walking. Not to mention a dock for the boat. This house has a big fenced in yard for the kids or dogs. We found playing games and corn hole in the yard listening to live music at The Cranberry such a fun night. Inside the house or outside in the yard this was a house I would definitely go back to. House was outstanding and the host is accommodating and loves to share the fun on the lake!

Fun place, many televisions and some share remote frequencies, great parking fit 4 or 5 cars, top bunk best for kids, bedrooms tight for suitcases but easily staged outside of bedrooms, great kitchen, big fridge but bring own cookware. Boat dock was great, easy in and out , Cranberrys live music on weekends was bonus. Very nice place, dogs and kids loved back yard.

We stayed with our family of 4 and our friends family of 4. The location is amazing and the home is amazing! The kids LOVED the bunk beds with TVs, the outdoor space is perfect, kitchen and eating areas are amazing. We couldn't have asked for more. Communication was on point the entire time we were there. We will be back!

Just what we wanted a nice quiet place on a lake and being able to rent a boat was phenomenal. House is in excellent condition. Thanks for having us!!

Beautiful property beautiful house everything was fantastic the dock was great. The lake however has obstructions in a Vente prop sell that took the fun out of it

This experience was awesome! The cottage was decorated so beautiful we enjoyed staying in as much as being outside. It was perfect for our two little dogs with a fenced in yard. The cottage was stocked with every amenity we could need!. That's what vacation should be we didn't have to worry about a thing! Thanks again for the wonderful experience and letting your property be pet friendly!

Location was great. Cottage was beautiful. The neighbor was awesome. Overall it was a great vacation that even some poor weather couldnt ruin
