Perfect amount of space and excellent location. Being walking distance to Dewey and Rehoboth beach was awesome.

Very nice stay for a small family. The house was very thoughtfully equipped with all we needed and we appreciated it is nicely decorated. We loved having the screened in porch to enjoy in the evenings and the outdoor picnic table to eat our meals outside. House is jest steps from the beach.

Great location, everything was as described on the listing, could have been a bit cleaner but it is an older rental and a pet friendly unit.

This is a very cute (dog-friendly) cottage with 2 bedrooms one bathroom with stand up shower, kitchen with a dining table (6 chairs), and a spacious covered patio with lots of seating. The host Jenni is very prompt in her replies right from booking to stay. The cottage has a parking spot for one car right in front of the door. Very convenient 2-3 min walk to the beach. We brought our own but the host has left 4 beach chairs and also bowls for feeding two dogs :) The beach allows dogs before 9.30 am and after 5.30 pm so the proximity to the beach was great! The gas station near by has anything you need if you forget something. The short walk to Dewey brewery is a must (they have good food and beer). Just a lovely stay!

We loved our stay- the cottage was clean and comfortable, the location was steps from the beach and the main strip. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. Off street parking was fabulous. Neighbors were great. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful, relaxing trip. The house was perfect for me, my husband, our 10 year old daughter and 2 little dogs. The beach is soooo close and it’s wonderful to just be able to walk to and from as we pleased. We also enjoyed the screened in porch and the outside area for sitting in the sun. I cannot say enough wonderful comments about Jenni Brand. She is so friendly and helpful; like talking with a longtime friend! I was technologically challenged with the entry keypad 🤦‍♀️And she quickly called and talked me through! We will be back!

This rental was absolutely perfect. It’s totally updated inside and completely stocked with cleaners, seasonings, etc. The beach is literally 3 houses away and it’s an easy walk to the Dewey restaurants or the Jolly Trolley! Jenni was extremely communicative and responded quickly, even letting us check in early. What a gem on the beach!

Quick trip for the race. Great location. Beach is super close. Loved bringing the dog and looking for shells. Walked to many restaurants. Easy drive to the boardwalk. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is our favorite spot! We LOVE this little beach cottage. The neighbors are so nice and their puppy too ;) Local restaurants in walking distance with amazing food! The beach right at the end of the street and the home feel of the cottage make this our favorite place to escape too for a weekend!

Great spot close to the beach. We were touched by the quick response by the owners. We were surprised to find sand on the unmade beds and dog hair all over the floors. Part of the fee was for cleaning and that was poor and we know the owners fully expected it to be done; so we don’t fault them. They are great. We had a lovely week: restful, fun, and hope to come back.

We can't say enough how gorgeous and clean this cottage was and really enjoyed our stay. Make a right at the end of the driveway and you are a few steps to the entrance on the beach. Make a left and you are a half a block away from the main strips and walking distance to all the great places for food and drinks that Dewey has to offer, including the Rusty Rudder and the Cork. And this is the most dog friendly town and beach we have ever visited. We will be back!

This great little cottage is accurately described. Very close walk to the beach and to all that the town has to offer. It was a perfect spot for us visiting Dewey Beach for the first time! The host is very precise and responsive and check in was very simple. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much.

Excellent location, well appointed kitchen, mini-splits are a great upgrade compared to the in-window A/C in many of the other cottages in this grouping. Outdoor shower super handy as well!

Perfect size for my husband and I, but there was easily enough room for another couple. Dog friendly was a huge plus and you can’t really get any closer to the beach! Great trip overall.

It’s just the right size for a family of four - and the location is phenomenal. Property owner was SUPER helpful with all the details. Loved this trip.

Traveled here with our family of 4 and two dogs. Great little cottage with everything you need. The convenience of having screened-in porch makes all the work that the above entails. Checked all of our boxes indeed!

Close to beach access and plenty of restaurants. Nice and quiet even though it was around the corner from the main drag in Dewey Beach. Place was clean and the owners were super helpful and accommodating!

We really appreciated the dog-friendliness (water bowl, beds) and cleanliness; great shower; comfortable mattress; closeness to the beach. We stayed only one night but didn't expect all the extra fees that were really steep for the one night. It ended up costing double the cost advertised on the website. Too much for one night but would have been reasonable if we could have stayed a week. Big problem that kept us from getting sleep was an intermittent humming 'motor' noise--very annoying--We all were bothered by it.: Finally falling asleep only to be awakened every few minutes by the maddening sound. Would stay there again for a longer time had it not been for that. PLEASE fix it!!Also the picture online showed an expanse of sand in front giving the impression of a beachfront but it turned out to have a stone driveway, street and other houses crammed together. No sand until we walked past other larger properties to the beach. Deceptive photo portrayal. Just show the inside and say "short walk to the beach".
