The townhome provided excellent accommodations. It had all the required amenities, making us feel completely at home. We knew where everything was, and we lacked nothing! Checking in and accessing the home was effortless, and it was conveniently located within walking distance of the charming King Street. Since we frequently visit family in the area, we'll definitely be staying here again.

My wife and I had the pleasure to have 5 wonderful days at a great cozy apt in Alexandria Va. Our host Rebecca was great, had everything ready for our arrival, easy entry to Apt. cleanliness inside, beautiful and quiet neighborhood . We were close to the Metro, and King St. for great Restaurants, and shops.Trips to DC on Metro were so easy. We would definitely stay at Rebecca’s if we return to the area again. 5 stars

If you’re going to Wash DC this is a great find. You’re in a very quiet neighborhood, short 9min walk to the metro (or you can take the bus), few blocks from the river area, few blocks King Street where tons of yummy food is. If you’re driving an EV the charging station is half a block away.
Rebecca is a super great host and is there should you need anything. It got a bit chilly and she made sure we had everything to stay warm. The apartment is very well maintained and super clean. She even had most of the major streaming platforms for something before bed. I can’t say enough how great of a find this was :)

This property is comfy and in close proximity to public transportation. The property manager does a wonderful job taking care of guests.

The apartment was perfect. The location was within walking distance to the Metro and Old Town. Rebecca the host thought of everything you may want or need. Several examples - umbrellas by the door in case it rains, bottled water in the refg, snacks, K-Cups for the coffee maker, etc.
If you are looking for a place to stay in the DC area this is it.

Apartment is clean and cozy with everything you could want. It is a basement but daylight windows in bedroom and one higher window in living room. Very quiet for sleeping and comfortable bed and cotton sheets and duvet. Easy walk to river, Trader Joe’s, and light rail. Neighborhood felt very safe to walk day and night.

Everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Alexandria is provided in this residence. You can walk to most anything you need or want to see. Host Rebecca is not only thorough in her maintenance and equipping of the apartment, she is responsive and helpful when needed. Lovely neighborhood, quiet, safe, and friendly. Thank you Rebecca for a lovely stay. I hope to return soon.

This small home is a perfect place to land after a long day of site seeing. Host has thought of everything! Perfectly located, 12 min walk to Braddock Rd Metro Station, close to King St, one stop from Ronald Regan airport. We hope to be back sooner rather than later!

Old Town
The location is great and there is so much to see and do in Old Town Alexandria. Or simple to venture out into DC, MGM or Mount Vernon. We’ll return for sure!

A home away from home
We couldn’t imagine a better place to stay for a day, a week or longer. It is very comfortable, it’s in a perfect Old Town location, and restaurants, historic locations and shops are within short walks. Rebecca is a wonderful host, and her thoughtful touches throughout the flat—well-placed nightlights, snacks and coffee, unique artwork—made us feel very welcome and at home. We would not hesitate to return.

This property is located in the heart of Old Town and allows easy access to restaurants, shopping and other forms of entertainment. The property is clean and comfortable and the owner is fantastic and available if you need anything.

Lovely apartment in historic town. Close, easy walking to diverse dining choices, grocery and Metro, also historic sites and waterfront. Host checked in with us for questions or needs- much appreciated.
