The house was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were great, including the oh so relaxing hot tub looking out on nature. We especially enjoyed the close walk to the beach. Shawn was a great host and super helpful suggesting places to go while in Provincetown. All in all, we had a great time and a much needed relaxing vacation.

This house is a gem and the hosts were easy, communicative and very nice. I rented the house for a week and it was as advertised if not better. It’s a beautoful block near the Marshes. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and excellently appointed. All the amenities were easy to use, like the Sonos system and it was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. I highly suggest staying here for a great Provincetown vacation. Thanks Shawn; you’ll see us next year!

The listing does not do this property justice! This is a beautifully appointed home, wonderfully decorated, spacious, modern totally stocked kitchen, bathrooms galore and bedrooms that comfortably sleep three adult couples. The hot tub on the upper deck was absolutely wonderful to have a relaxing soak. This is less than five minutes to the Tidal Flats, a quick ride to Herring Cove Beach and a perfect location in the West End. The owner was response, kind and wonderful. We could not be any happier with our stay... and can't wait to stay again!

We were a party of 6 adults, a 5 and a 3 yr. old and were very comfortable at this pristine property. The decor was quite impressive .The location was perfect, at the edge of Ptown. In an abundance of caution, (because of covid) we stayed close to home and enjoyed the beach every day. The nearby tidal pools were perfect for the kids. I especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch on the charming rockers watching the grandkids safely ride their bikes in this end unit. The neighborhood is quaint and very quiet. Everything you could think of was provided in this state of the art kitchen. We spent a lot of time in this comfortable gathering space. The outside patio with its beautiful roses, Rose of Sharon bushes and hydrangeas was a delightful place to dine as well. Communication with Shawn was easy and responses were immediate. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to return.

We are still talking about our stay in Provincetown, 3 weeks after returning home. The house was so comfortable and perfectly clean. Shawn was very communicative, and made it clear he was available any time we needed, which was much appreciated. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and has a perfect supply of pans and any cooking needs. I brought many things that I could have left at home, because I've never stayed in a house that was so wonderfully stocked. There are 3 (!!) types of coffee makers! The deck was spectacularly comfortable and a great place to sit and have a glass of wine before dinner. The location of the house was also ideal. We were able to walk to breakfast at Liz's Cafe multiple times, to Commercial Street, as well as to the jetty. One of the concerns we had with staying in PTown was the noise level but this is a very quiet part of town. We loved every minute of our stay and highly recommend this lovely house!

We arrived to a sparkling clean house, beautifully and appointed, filled with sunlight, artwork, lovely bedrooms (we fought over who would get the third floor room that opens into a top deck) and a terrific, spacious kitchen which became the heart of our gathering. Our host Shawn, was delightful and responsive. We love the far West End location for it’s easy walking and biking to Herring Cove, Race Point, and into town. It was perfect.

The Herring Cove community is immaculately maintained. The beds are very comfortable and lots of snowy white towels. A great kitchen to cook in and Shawn, the owner is charming, enthusiastic, welcoming. and always responsive. The location near the ocean is perfect. We can’t imagine a better rental in Provincetown.

This part of the Cape is spectacular with tons of hikes and cute stores and restaurants . Shawn is a lovely host. I would totally recommend this property!!

This home is one of the nicest I have every had the pleasure of staying in. Shawn has set up the home beautifully and it was comfortable and clean. Stayed with my partner, two kids, and dog, and there was ample space for all of us. The house is conveniently located in the western end of Provincetown, a short but pretty walk from downtown and very tranquil. Communication with Shawn was easy and he was happy to help with every detail. Very much looking forward to our next stay!
