The cabin was great for everyone. Plenty of space and very comfortable. The kids and adults really enjoyed themselves. Beds were excellent and the cabin is well appointed. Only complaint was the floors and kitchen hadn’t been cleaned very well.

Myself and my 3 boys stayed here for 3 days and loved our stay! The house had everything you could need and the host was super responsive.

Beautiful home in a great cove! Only warning is it’s a steep hike back up to the house if anyone in your family has mobility issues. The fireflies at night make the whole place magical ❤️

Beautiful cabin with great view of the lake. The house was very well kept and clean. Had everything we needed and very well stocked with basic needs. Would love to come back again in the summer!

The property was great. Plenty of space and activities for the family. Kitchen was a perfect size to make breakfast and eat together. We liked that the living room didn't have a TV. We got to spend more family time that way. Overlook of the lake was amazing to wake up to every morning.

Best time we have had at the lake. Accommodations were amazing. Check in simple and easy. Great communication with Lannette throughout our stay. The Lodge had everything we wanted. Magnum Point Marina is close the people are some of the nicest I've met. Fishing with Capt Bert was awesome as always. Would certainly book again!

This house has everything you need pool table ping-pong beautiful views it’s incredible my family and I stay there for three incredible days couldn’t ask for anything better

Clean and spacious, this house was perfect for our family of 5 including teenagers. We swam, paddled, played ping pong and pool and relaxed by the fire pit. Super easy to book and reserve kayaks ahead of time with the host. WiFi worked great and we were able to log into our own accounts to stream movies in the evening. The steps down to the dock and back again could be a bit daunting, especially for those elderly, very young, or out of shape! There wasn't any extra left behinds like laundry detergent, shampoo or kitchen condiments (there was plenty of dish soap, hand soap and tissues readily available). Not a bad thing, just something I like to be aware of so I'm sure to pack! Overall, it was great. I would definitely recommend and would book again.

Had an amazing time

The property is lovely, as is the home. The trek down to the water and up again is not for those in poor health or with unsteady balance but the home with its huge game room, the outside decks and very comfortable accommodations helped make up for that for sure! A beautiful quiet neighborhood, staying in super accommodations with great views; we hope to return.

Plenty of space and enough big beds to accommodate adult children. Kitchen space is good, wonderful basement. Loved the fire pit! The views from the deck are gorgeous. One caveat: The walk to to the dock is steep. Even the healthy among us had trouble catching our breath on the way back up to the cabin.

Exactly as advertised great property!

My husband and I planned this sort of spontaneous trip to Smith Mountain Lake as part birthday trip for me and relaxing trip for us before our 3rd baby comes(2 more mos) and it was amazing. The house is set up perfectly for my husband to enjoy fishing as we brought his bass boat with us and having the dock right at the house for fingertip access was awesome for him. Aside from the calf straining hike up and down the steps haha. Inside the house was clean and spacious, loved the cabin atmosphere and the views! We will definitely return! Bringing our kids too, as there is plenty of room for all us to stay comfortably. I’m sure they would enjoy the ping pong and pool table downstairs! Overall it was a wonderful stay, beautiful place, we didn’t want to leave and the owners were very responsive as well. We can’t wait to go back!
