Chris, owner, is kind, responsive, understanding...great! Thank you! Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking! The balcony has beautiful sunset views (place is not facing the ocean). Pool & tennis/pickle ball court are very nice & are across from the ocean. The beach is slightly sloped and many pieces of shells-both make it not too enjoyable to take walks. There weren't many people at the beach-more of a quiet place/pace.

The directions to the condo were good, maps didn't want to agree till we got closer to it. The condo itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and stocked nicely with many basic necessities. This was greatly appreciated! The owner responded quickly to every message, but there was no need to reach out after check in. Great location and close to the beach. My only wish was that it was facing the beach rather than the golf course. But the price most likely would have been higher. Would totally stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone coming to Fragler Beach.

Overall it was a good place, we had a few hiccups when we arrived (maybe vrbo messaging issue) as we did not receive the information to get into the facility, but once we contacted them, they were able to quickly get us taken care of. Nice neighborhood (great food nearby), and the neighbors in the facility were all very nice as well. The place was clean to the eye but I think it needs a deep clean as after walking around on the floor with my bare feet they were dirty. Dust under the beds and hard to reach places, I would have cleaned these things myself as I had a child crawling but there were the bare minimum supplies for me to do so. I went through 1 bag of baby wipes just cleaning the floors. There wasn't a sponge to clean the dishes and barely any dish soap for us during our 5 day stay. I was there for work, so it wasn't a big deal, but overall it just would have made a better impression if everything was clean and supplies and necessities were stocked.

No regrets at choosing this very nice condo for our speed week stay. Short drive to the track without having to deal with all the traffic. Very comfortable for 4 adults, well appointed, needed nothing. Great location for everything beach., and loved the secure parking garage. Truly everything you need for your stay.

Definitely the best equipped and outfitted VRBO we've stayed in, anywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this 6th floor condo with a great balcony from which you can enjoy the setting sun. This condo is especially spacious for a two-bedroom and offers everything you need for the perfect Flagler Beach getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

From the minute before you arrive you feel welcome. The host texted me and was very flexible with our checking. He was so kind right from the start. When you walk into the unit you know you are on vacation. The real surprise was how well the kitchen was stocked. He had so many extra touches. We brought out grand dog and he had a raise feeding station with extra bowls. The unit it right on A1A so the beach is at your doorstep. Lovely place to stay!

We enjoyed staying at this well equipped condo directly across from the beach. Everything you need to have a stress free week is included with this rental. The kitchen had EVERYTHING, including some bottled water, sodas and snacks we weren't expecting. Definitely would stay again! We had no contact with the onsite property manager (no one was in the office when we arrived and we never needed to talk to anyone) so I really had no experience with on site management.

Everything about this trip was fantastic! The pictures accurately represented the property. Our host, Christopher Ostarello, made the entire process and stay a pleasure from booking to checking out. The condo was very clean and well supplied with everything you need for a beach vacation. They even had dog bowels for our pups. The unit faces the intercoastal, residential homes and golf course. While you can't see the beach from the unit, the view is still great, especially the sunsets. Once you're out of the building, access to the beach was simple and close. We spent most of our time at the beach but did get to enjoy the pool, which was very nice. We were down to visit family in Ormond, and wanted to make this trip more of a vacation. Finding a dog friendly location was critical. I've been visiting family in Flagler Beach for over 30 years. The area, town and beaches are better than ever. This community keeps finding ways to improve and make room for the new while preserving everything that is great about Flagler. We can't wait to return to Flagler and this condo. Thank you Christopher Ostarello for making our stay so special.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this condo! It was stocked with everything you need and more to have a great beach vacation. The unit was spotlessly clean and we appreciated being able to bring our granddog along. Flagler Beach is my favorite. It's lovely, peaceful and quiet. We also brought our rackets and enjoyed playing pickleball on the oceanfront court. (The owner also provides rackets and balls.) We loved our stay here and would definitely love to come back in the future!

We loved this property and location for our trip in May! The pool and gated parking deck were added pluses and the building is very pet friendly. Looking forward to coming back for another visit!

Flagler Beach is a little gem! We loved it because you can ride up and down A1A with charming spots on one side & the beach/ocean right there on the opposite side. Being right on A1A at Christopher’s rental spot we were just a very short drive to great restaurants, little shops and of course ice cream! It was an easy drive to Palm Coast, Marineland, Ormond Beach & Daytona. Christopher’s rental is clean, roomy and updated. Myself, my husband and our two daughters were there for a long weekend and it was perfect! Check-in and check-out was easy and Christopher was great at communicating with us.

We rented this property for one month and absolutely loved it! We had our children and grandchildren come visit us! Hope to do this often!!!

We were in town for a wedding and this property was perfect the three of us. Unfortunately we had rain everyday so we didn’t get to use a lot of the amenities, but there were plenty available. The umbrellas at the condo came in handy. The condo was very clean with a stocked kitchen with coffee, some snacks, and drinks. There are more than enough towels and linens. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property - Chris, the host was very communicative, leaving detailed instructions on how to access everything and where things could be found. The condo was incredibly clean and had everything you needed. The kitchen was amazingly stocked, and the snacks, drinks, coffee, etc were greatly appreciated. It's in a good location close to Flagler Beach, but far enough away that you don't get a lot of traffic and noise. Pool and beach area were great. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax that's still close to restaurants and activities, this is definitely the place!

You can tell the property owner wanted to make sure their visitors stay was enjoyable. From the moment we entered the property we felt right at home. From the clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen to all the amenities in the kitchen(coffee pods, sugar, cream, etc) and bathrooms(body soap, shampoo, and conditioner) we were treated well. I highly recommend this property.

My Daughter & her 2 friends wanted tk go to Daytona Beach for a senior trip so when I was looking fkr places to stay I discovered Flagler Beach. We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The owner always answered any questions promptly. We had plenty of room for 6. Beach toys & towels, board games, Kitchen has everything you need, 3 TVs, quiet area, beach access, nice pool, AWESOME NEIGHBORS!!! Can't wait to come back!!! Thank You for an amazing trip!!!
