I hosted my small wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. The house was large enough to accomodate up to 14 of us and far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again in the future. It's beautiful and peaceful; the perfect staycation property. We rented this property from July 17-24, 2021. The house is located 15 minutes east of Picton, in a very quiet country side. The sunsets on the adjacent fields are wonderful. The house itself is peaceful and has been carefully and tastefully renovated and decorated and is exactly as shown on the pictures. We had a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at this cottage. It is absolutely beautiful. Comfortable beds and all in all a superbly outfitted cottage. The location is great and we enjoyed everything the cottage had to offer. Would definitely recommend it.

As a sustainable retreat, it hits all the marks. Simple changes to the BBQ and kitchen appliances will make this property an incredible and memorable experience. Fantastic property. We had two families stay here, and given Covid, we didn't use the Sandbanks passes provided. Because of the size of the property, there was a lot to explore. The kids trekked to the water and did some fishing and relaxing. There is a sheep farm next door that we would visit on walks along the highway. Dan was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. Overall a great property to unwind from the city, and it was great to venture out to various parts of the county even if it's a bit off the beaten path - Waupoos is very close by (we biked there), and Picton is about a 17 minute drive into town. Would definitely stay again!
