The place was not clean. The property manager told me that her cleaning crew gave it a “deep clean “. Look at the pictures and you will see that she lied. One of my employees spent 4 hours cleaning the place. Then the golf cart was broke and she said she will send her golf cart guy to fix it, well he never showed. She again did not tell the truth. I really don’t think she has a cleaning crew or a handyman. She did not offer to compensate for the 4 hours of cleaning so I have little respect for her (Anne).

This house was the stocked home I have evet stayed in. Ver nice.

Perfect beach house steps from the beach! Spacious rooms and bathrooms, well appointed kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could need. Super clean!! Had such a wonderful stay with family. Will definitely be back!!

Th house was very clean and well stocked

We had the opportunity to stay at the "Salty Sand Dollar" for a couple of weeks and it was just perfect for us. The home is beautiful and well kept. The accommodations from the amount of space to having the ability to utilize the golf cart to travel around the community and beach made it so easy for us to enjoy the time away. Having our two little dogs with us made this home just the right fit too. Communication with Ann was always pleasant and timely. I would recommend staying at Ann's place should you wish to enjoy a vacation in Myrtle Beach.

Great house to stay for family vacation! Close to beach, loved the golf cart, and pool area is perfect for kids to cool down after a day at the beach. We would definitely rent again - Ann (host) was great to work with!

We love Oceanside Village and this has become our favorite property in OSV. Great location, plenty of room, and several upgrades this season (new king size bed in the MB and new bathrooms). Ann is very responsive and any issues are quickly addressed. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay even though we lost one of our fur babies the first night we arrived. It was sudden & heart wrenching and we cried the first few days with the thought of returning home. However, we had family joining us and we decided to stay. We are glad we did because spending time with family helped us tremendously! The use of the golf cart was an added bonus as we are all in our late 60's and early 70's. We would certainly stay again!

My family and I were in contact with Anne a few days prior to our stay due to Hurricane Ian. I reached out to her about her thoughts on what may or may not be with her rental home and the hurricane. She informed me that if we decided not to come, she would refund 100% and not profit off the hurricane. I was very happy to read that! However, we all decided we wanted to go no matter the damage. And there wasn't any with her house, nor much in the OSV neighborhood. Her home is very spacious and clean. There were five of us and we all had plenty of room to move. We were able to also bring our two small dogs. Everything about this rental is wonderful. Comfortable couches to sit on and relax. Comfortable mattresses for sleeping. Crisp and clean sheets, and luxury hotel style and size bath towels. We couldn't have asked for more than what we got with this house. Our week was packed with fun and sun and we were happy to have this place as a retreat for the evenings. We cooked several meals and were happy to see Ann has everything labeled in the kitchen, so it was easy enough to find what I was looking for to cook with. All in all, it was a great house to be in for the past 7 days while visiting Garden City. I highly recommend Anne's house. 5 stars all around!

House close to beach. House has everything you will ever need to go on vacation. Has it all!!

We stayed 2 weeks at Ann’s beach house. The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Great location so close to the beach! Communication was great Ann was very fast at getting back to us with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again but already booked up for next summer. Maybe we can return the following year.

We were sad to see our week long stay come to an end! This house was perfect and Anne's communication was great. The house was clean and spacious for our family of 5. It was also fully stocked with everything you could think of. We didn't need to purchase anything for the house except our food! The golf cart was great and the beach a short walk if we wanted. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It was a great experience! Highly recommend this property!

We have stayed in multiple homes in Oceanside Village. This one stands out for multiple reasons. If you are looking for a place that makes a vacation simple, this is the place! Also, the owner's communication and follow-up is on point!!

The property is exactly as advertised! The home is in walking distance of the beach and overall, just a great house. I would love to rent again, but the rate has increased almost $1000 since booking last year, but understandably so with the economy. Great communication with the owner. The enclosed outdoor shower is worth every penny spent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. Ann was very responsive and the property fit our needs perfectly. The location is a SHORT walk (or cart ride) to the beach and Oceanside Village has always been one of our favorites. We have already booked our trip for next summer!

This house has everything a family could want for an amazing getaway. No need to bring anything but cloths, swimsuit, and your family. This is the perfect location to relax but also be close to so many activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer. We traveled with children ranging in age from 5-10 yrs old and they had a blast. We will definitely be returning.

Great location and space for our family of 4, although considering going back with my parents in tow! Plenty of room to spread out and wonderfully stocked kitchen and amenities!

This property was perfect for our multi-generational family. The beach is only a short walk away, and we enjoyed the access to an indoor pool and other community amenities. We spent a lot of time sitting in the outside areas and cooking in the kitchen. Similar to many properties in the area, the steps that lead to the front door are fairly steep. This made me a bit nervous for my older family members, but everything worked out well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Wonderful nobody

Wonderful property with all the amenities to ensure a phenomenal family vacation. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to be close to the beach as well as a family oriented community. The house was spacious. The open concept made family nights very enjoyable. The house is equipped with everything that made it feel like home.

House felt like home and the golf cart made the trip to the ocean so easy. Everything was exactly as described. The indoor pool made winter swims possible and so enjoyable. I can't say enough great things about this rental. The owner is very nice and personable. We rented in Dec and already looking to stay again next December. Thank you for the best beach trip ever!
