We love this home away from home. It has everything you need and then some. This was our third stay and hope to keep visiting in the future. The walk to the beach is short, the view is amazing, and the host is the BEST! Thank you Laurence for everything! I highly recommend this property for anyone's next beach getaway!

We had a 3 day get away and this was the perfect spot to go. Beach was footsteps away, View was incredible and the house had more than enough of what was needed to enjoy the weekend. :)

This is a perfect beach house! You can see beach from back & side balconys. Super clean & well stocked. My family will definitely book here again!

Beautiful house will stocked and great location. Only complaint I have is a/c didn't keep up but there were fans in the closets so that helped. (We are a hot natured family lol)

My family and I came in on Thursday and checked out Monday. We had a great stay, the house was very nice comfortable and clean. Laurence was an awesome communicator, he responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Can’t say enough great things about this house. The house was amazing, perfect location and stocked with everything you would need. But above all I cannot say enough about Lawrence he is the most amazing owner I have ever dealt with(and I have rented lots of properties through the years). He is amazing, readily available for any question or issue that may arise and sincerely wants your vacation to be perfect. Don’t hesitate to book this beach house, just leave some time open for us because we will definitely be back!!

Great vacation with 4 of my grandchildren...house was beautiful, and everyone enjoyed their stay...I would definitely stay here again. Dealing with Laurence was very pleasant. The property was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we cooked. The kids absolutely loved the place. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away!!

The rental process was very easy. The host Laurence is the best and is in touch at just the right times. The list of things to do at the end of your stay is easy to follow. The upgrades were wonderful, and overall this is our favorite family vacation spot. We will definitely be back to Veronnie Villa!!

This property was exceptionally nice. This cabin was awesome. When we pulled up the color was beautiful, even better then photos. you could see the beach well from most of property. It's not 100% view from the deck but it's pretty close and it was wonderful to see and hear the waves the whole time. We probably spent more time out on the wonderful deck then we did inside. Cool big life gaurd like deck chairs plus a patio table with about 7 chairs. So ocean view is Pretty clear even though it's the second cabin. The deck also seemed very safe for our 1-year-old granddaughter. There were 10 adults and a toddler with us total (our 4 kids and their plus 1, and our granddaughter). It was cool, great a/c inside. There was plenty of nice new appliances, three bedrooms and three bathrooms ( one tub ) plus the shower downstairs for rinsing off. plenty of places for our cars to park under the cabin. Under the cabin had a little bar with seating and there was lots of room in the shower. There was even some chairs available and some beach toys available. We use the pull out sofa and brought an air mattress on top of the beds. All fit very nicely in the living room with room to spare. (3 queen and 1 bunk bed in the bed rooms) The bed was comfy the bathrooms were nice. The whole cabin handled our of numbers surprisingly well on every front. The best part to us was the location. we could see the beach from most of the windows from the kitchen to the living room and on to the deck. There was four different doors leading to the deck one from the master bedroom. Deck only had access from inside the cabin. It was a beautiful place. there's plenty of room for all our bunch and we had visitors. On our last day we even had some dolphins in front of the cabin. The walk to the beach just took two minutes or less. We can sit on the beach and take photos of our family in the water it was close enough to watch everybody. We could see each other wave from the water on the deck. It was clean on the beach except for right after this rally but they cleaned up pretty quick. We went in the water every day. We went in may there wasn't a whole lot of traffic on the beach constantly at all. It was an exceptional cabin and we would like to rent it again. I certainly didn't want to leave it and I think any family would enjoy it.

Perfect location, beautiful beach views from the balcony! This wonderful beach home is exactly as shown on the listing. Clean, comfortable, very well stocked kitchen, everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay. We didn't want to leave! Laurence is the best host! Very quick to respond and so extremely helpful. We have rented a few homes in the area and this one is in the best location so far. Love to be able to see the water from the porch and most windows in the house. House is clean and comfortable! Communication with the owner was excellent! Looking forward to staying here again!

A fabulous vacation starts with phenomenal host and beautiful home. The home is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your time. The location is great, second row in and the Gulf is in your backyard, the views from the deck are breath-taking. We loved the beach as well. Just got back from our amazing weekend at Veronie Villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Our grandkids enjoyed the beach toys you had for them. The beach was just a short walk away. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of towels for everyone. My favorite time was the view from the deck every morning with my coffee. There is not one thing I would have changed. Laurence checked on us throughout our stay, making sure we have everything we need. Easy check in and out. We have traveled and stayed in alot of rentals but I must say Laurence was the most generous and helpful owner that we have ever had. Thank you Laurence for the coffee and other surprising things. We highly recommend. We will be back.

We had a great time at the property and from the onset of booking the owners answered every question we had within a few minutes when able. The communication through the stay was top notch and the views of this beach house were amazing along with the short walk to the beach! We have stayed the last two years at different properties however will be booking again here :) You won't regret booking here!!!

Checking in and out was top notch, awesome home worked great for two families. Communication with owner was excellent and any issues were easily ressolved quickly. There were a few minor spots that could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival but overall was great!

Had an amazing time at this 3 bedroom beach house. It had a great deck facing the beach allowing us to watch people drive by on the beach. Better was a night having drinks on the deck with the sound of waves crashing up on the beach. The house had everything you could possibly need for a vacation stay. The check in process was very easy and had contact with the owner and property manager if we had any problems but we didn’t. I would highly recommend this beach house if you’re planning a beach get away.

My family of 9 had an amazing time. Plenty of room. Loved the open layout, and really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from inside. The outside views were even better! What an immaculate deck wrapping around the corner of the house, furnished with a dining table and very comfortable wooden chairs. There is one house between you and the beach, but it wasn't bad at all, you are still able to see a good portion of the beach. Very close, second row should be called 1 1/2 row. Less than 1minute walk from the house to beach. This was perfect for the kids that were with us (ages 5, 4, and >1). $10 for a beach pass for your vehicle, and I was told that the pass is good for the full year! There is a golf cart rental place at the front of the neighborhood the house is in. If you are interested in renting a golf cart, make sure you do that in advance, when I called after arriving Friday, I was informed they had no availability for that weekend. We didn't mind though, having our vehicle on the beach actually worked out well for us. We were able to keep the baby easily shaded and cooled, and saved a little money in the process. Back to the house...all of the TV's worked great, as well as the Sat/Cable. The A/C was AWESOME, kept the house nice and cold. 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans, the room with bunk beds does not, but there is a box fan in the utility room. Plenty of trash bags were provided, as well as hand soap at every sink. Also had the little soaps and shampoos provided for us in each bathroom for showering. Washer and Dryer worked perfectly, pods were provided for laundry. TONS of pots, pans, utensils, cheese boards, I mean you name it, they probably have it. Basically everything we needed was already here!Downstairs (under the house) was my favorite spot. We hung out late each night enjoying drinks, grilling, and playing games. There is a bar and PLENTY of lighting. We brought corn hole and had more than enough room to set that up down there. My 5 year old thought the outdoor shower was "SoOOoo CoOOOOOool!" After each beach visit he was excited to rinse off (it gets hot too so that was a nice surprise!) Water hose and cleaning sink downstairs as well.Now the CHERRY ON TOP...was the owner, Laurence. I am BLOWN AWAY by his hospitality. Communication with him was on point! Responding so fast to any questions, and always polite!Thank you for the the opportunity to spend this time at your property and thank you for being so generous!

The views of the Gulf are amazing and easy access! There aren’t many food places to choose from in the area which was quite disappointing. Crossings into Galveston on the Ferry had some nice food options with much to choose from. Overall, Great stay! Communication with the property manager was superb—quick & efficient!

We enjoyed our little Crystal Beach vacation and being so close to the beach. The deck and multiple windows made it possible to watch the waves from almost any place on the property. The owners were very accommodating and communication was easy. The house has almost anything vacationers could need.
