We enjoyed our visit to Austin for my daughters UT graduation. I specifically look for homes with games and pool tables so we can enjoy family time together. The hot tub was great too.

We had a great time staying here for Easter weekend. My 16 and 20 year olds especially loved the pool table and dart board. The house was close to everything we needed!

This rental has so much charm and has a lot to offer for the price. The host was very responsive to all of my questions and was even flexible around my schedule. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. How is very cozy and in a very quiet neighborhood. Owner was super communicative and checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking. I appreciated them reaching out. We would definitely rent here again should we find ourselves in Austin again.

The house was located in a residential area which made it easy to find and access The house was exactly as advertised and clean. Also the check out process was easy which is always nice! There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby and was convenient to Dell Diamond. Definitely recommend

Check in was smooth. House was very comfortable and very clean. MANY cars were parked up and down the street. There was a sticker bush on the sidewalk going to the door that aught our clothes . The rock yard was hard for me to walk on since I am old but ok. One bathroom shower did not work but one was enough for us. These things might bother snooty people but did not bother us at all! The temperature in the home was delightful and furniture and beds very comfortable! Very quiet neighborhood even though the street was full of cars they were all very quiet. Our stay was comfortable and I loved the coffee left for us!! I give it 5 stars on everything except the sticky bush that grabs clothing going in and the 2nd bathroom shower. It was a good experience and the owner answered every question promptly. We would stay there again.

The hosts are great with communicating with us. We wish it was in the middle of a busy neighborhood but it is in the best location to getting to Austin. Would highly recommend.

First off I would like to say that the Property Manager was extremely helpful and easy to talk to! There was a glitch on VRBO where it was charging me an extra $40 for the whole trip and I didn't understand. The Property Manager helped me figure out a way to save that money. The Property Manager also stayed in contact with us throughout our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. After our check out, about an hour later we realized that my husband left his wallet at the house. The property manager allowed us to go back into the house to get it. It was just a small group of 4 adults that stayed here. The house was very nice and perfect for what we needed it for. I wish it was colder weather out so we could of enjoyed the hot tub. But the game room was a lot of fun!! It was a perfect stay!!

Place was just as described and Evan checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok.

Fantastic location 20 minutes from downtown Austin. House has the perfect amount of amenities and every space is cozy. Evan is very good with communication and can address any curve ball you throw his way. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

This was my first time using VRBO and it was a great experience. We got to check in a little early as I had asked since we arrived earlier than intended. There was a problem with the hot-tub on the first night, but Evan was on it immediately and gave us a partial reimbursement for the troubles. It was fixed the next day! The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do, Evan even gave us several recommendations for food and coffee places nearby. Checkin and checkout was also very easy and hassle free. Will definitely see if this property is available the next time I visit!

This house had features for adults to relax but also had features to help my Nephews & niece to stay occupied when they came over. If you have never used a hot tub before Evan's son lays it out for you in videos Evan sent. Evan even had the TV set up so if you don't have any video streaming subscriptions. You could still watch TV with Evans own subscriptions. In a nut shell if your a home owner welcome home! If your not and you have someone come behind you to keep all cleaned. You may need a hotel compared to this house. The reason I say this is because this house is not a hotel thankfully! In this house all of your needs are met but you need to know how to keep them the way its was when you found it or return it Last but not least. When I return I am surely going to see if it's available first before I look any where else.
