Love the location and overall we had a great time.
It was a family vacation with our adult children and 3 grand babies.
They did have some maintenance issues;
-The couches and accent pillows were Very dirty in the living room. :-(
A few minor issue's …broken toilet paper holder, unusable pots and pans … screen off patio track..
(The property manager was very responsive addressed quickly). :-)
-middle bedroom w/bath: uncomfortable mattress
-kitchen sink; it takes a while to get hot water
- 2 dirty white unholstered chairs in kitchen need to be trashed.
-trash cabinet in kitchen very dirty.
I suggest they get a different cleaning crew that will pay more attention to detail and alert management if something needs to be addressed.

We had 8 adults and 5 grandchildren in our group, ages 2 to 5. The location was terrific with great access to the beach and boardwalk. Kim and Steve were very responsive! There was a small issue with a hinge on the door to the washer/dryer when we arrived and it was fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend!

This condo was perfect for our family beach week. The views of the ocean and boardwalk were fantastic - you really felt like you were in the middle of it all at Ocean City, and yet still quiet and peaceful. We spent so much time at the beach and boardwalk - with the proximity to the beach, we could go, play and swim, leave our chairs and go back for lunch and then head back out. We walked the boardwalk multiple times a day - with a coffee in hand during the peaceful morning and back at night for ice cream or games. Great week at the shore!

We usually stay on the south end, but tried this property out for boardwalk access this year. It's pretty ideal for our kids ages (7-12), as all of the action is a brief 5 minute walk. The beach was super convenient and the house had plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and a cart to haul it all. The house is well appointed, so my only suggestion is if you want a nice pillow or nonstick pans that arent scratched (as they always are at rental properties) plan to bring your own. The bathrooms were nicely updated and the deck had a great ocean breeze throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Our book club has been going to the beach in the spring for about 20 years. This is our first trip to OCNJ and we loved it! This beach house couldn't have been better! It was clean, updated, nice lay out and a it has a great view of the ocean. We will be back!

Beach front, great views!! Walk right on the beach or boardwalk. Property has towels, linens, beach towels, beach toys for the kids, boogie boards, beach caddy cart, and more, making the stay super convenient!! Communication with Kim and Steve is easy, they check in with you via text upon arrival, midway through the week, and at checkout. Highly recommend staying here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This house is AMAZING!!! =). Hosts are AMAZING with good communication. =). We had a wonderful time at this location!!! =). We cooked in and ate out. =). Kitchen was well stocked. =). We walked the boardwalk/rode bikes on the boardwalk. House is clean and in an excellent, quiet location!!! =). We sat out on the deck with family, wine and laughter!!! =). This property is a stunner. It is fully equipped with everything but food for a great stay. Ramp to the boardwalk is literally outside your door, and the unit is at the end of a cul de sac. Rainy day? No problem, enjoy the stunning view of the boardwalk and the ocean from the living room while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. We had a group of 5, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped, the owners provide games, puzzles and other fun stuff to do when you are not at the beach or boardwalk. Owners are attentive and engaged to ensure that you have a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful oceanfront condo. We spent our Thanksgiving holiday here. It looks just as great as the pictures and had enough space for our large family. Great balcony overlooking the ocean, which we enjoyed despite it being November. Easy access to the Boardwalk and the beach.

We had a great two week stay at this beautiful house. The view is amazing. Great communication with the property manager and they were quick to fix a problem. Loved it so much we are staying again next year.

The house was so close to the beach entrance just over the boardwalk and you were there. House was fully equipped with beach gear. They had beach chairs, beach tags, beach caddy, and beach towels everything you need for the beach. Was a very spacious house with everything we needed. Thanks!!

It was an excellent location and excellent experience dealing with the hosts. An issue seems to be occurring regarding the beach tags. Our booklet which you sent to us says 8 beach tags. We left 8 beach tags. There should be no problem.

Range of ages to please-exceeded!
We had a family group ranging from infant to late 60s and this property was great. Plenty of space for us, luxurious finishes, and best was location to the beach and Oves restaurant. For those of us who went to the beach, it was a short walk. For my mother in law in her 60s and not a fan of going to the beach, she felt included in the atmosphere with nice views from the balcony and there was a big open area behind where kids played and she could view. Wish the deck or furniture was a little more accommodating since it felt tight out there but other then that, we were very happy and would love to stay there again.

This was one of the nicest properties we rented at Ocean City New Jersey. Everything was up-to-date and clean. The location was great. The only thing was the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked for cooking( ex - no can opener, etc) .
We loved this rental and would have rented it again if it was available the week we were interested!!

Rest and recuperation
My husband just finished chemo and radiation. This was the perfect house for the family to come and share their love and watch the waves. Our grandchildren loved the beach out the front door.

Top Notch Beachfront Home
We stayed at the home in the midst of the winter. Despite it being bitterly cold, it was an amazing experience for my family. We celebrated my mother's 75th birthday and she was speechless. The comfort and superb location of the home was incredible. Watching the water from the kitchen table or stepping outside almost directly onto the boardwalk was priceless.
We plan to return.

Great place to ring in the new year
My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home to celebrate NYE. It is even better in person. Everything was clean and spacious for us all. The views are beautiful and at midnight we walked to the beach in front of us to watch the fireworks. This is definitely a place we'll be coming back to! The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful too!!!!

Thanksgiving Getaway
This is our second stay in Ocean City, different house same owners. We chose to stay in one of their homes again because the owners are genuinely interested in providing you with an exceptional stay. This house was right on the boardwalk with an exceptional view of the ocean! The house is well stocked with everything you need. We even played Twister! The house was very roomy. They even had a down stairs area for the kids to hang and play video games away from everyone! We will definitely be returning to this house in the near future!

Don’t hesitate to book
We enjoyed our time staying at this rental. Clean, modern and spacious (another family of 5 joined us mid-week and we never felt cramped with a group of 9). Lots of convenient amenities. Can’t beat the location either - ocean front view, right on the boardwalk and a stone’s throw from Oves for food and bike rentals. Owner was communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
