Nice property, Wi-Fi went out on the first day and cable only worked in master bedroom. Aside from that, would stay again

What a great house in a wonderful location! The house was massive! Bathrooms were huge with big bathtubs which we love!! The kitchen was spacious and great for sharing the space if you have multiple families. The loft was set up perfect for our 9-12 year olds to have a space of belonging… it was just great!! Hope to come back to this house again!

The home is beautiful, location is great, and the size / layout of the house is perfect for big families or large groups. However- the home was not thoroughly cleaned when we got there. There was food under the coffee table presumably from the last group of guests. The sheets were clearly not changed in two bedrooms- as there was hair and food in the sheets. Ants were very prominent in one bed. Two of the toilets would not flush and were inoperable. That’s a big problem! I attempted to reach the owners via two phone numbers they provided to us to alert them of the issues and got NO Response during our stay. I attempted to reach out again after our stay. They said we received a small $50 refund but I haven’t gotten that on my credit card or any record of it. This is one of the most expensive listings in Mammoth for VRBO- I would have expected it to have excellent cleanliness, and have gotten a response.

Beware! Zero customer service Woke up to ants crawling on my arm. No hospitality shampoo soap… Dirty towels Dirty fridge/freezer Upon calling Sarah, she notified me someone would be there to place ants traps. They never came. Nothing in the way of, oh I’m so sorry….I’ll send someone over right away…. She informed me that there is a washer and dryer on the premises and I can wash the towels myself. Regarding the shampoo..? She informed that there is a new California regulation. She can no longer provide that for customers. Now some bathrooms had amenities, most did not. What Sarah does not know is that we were in mammoth in December, at a different property at snowcreek. And at thatֶ time, just a month earlier there were no “California regulations” (which is her standard answer for everything wrong) and we had plenty of amenities. We have been coming to mammoth for over 25 years. Renting mostly at snowcreek, never have I been treated by a rental management company as I have this time!

Perfect other then construction debris left in one of the rooms. Spent 1.5 hrs cleaning the room. Other then that everything was perfect

We had the good fortune of visiting during stormy weather, so we got to experience lots of beautiful snow! There are snowy golf course and mountain views out the back windows to enjoy while sitting by the fire. I have stayed in many VRBO homes and this is one of the nicest. Lots of room, comfortable beds, good sized kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Garage parking and snow plow service were greatly appreciated. Just a short walk to the bus stop with access to the daytime bus and the night trolley. This house checked all of the boxes for us.

It was great that each room had its own bathroom and amazing closet space. Master was amazing. Would definitely stay again. I do have few suggestions that would make this place even better. We really thought that anincrease in size of bed would add a lot of value so couples can have space as good night sleep is vital to vacation. beds in bedrooms (except for master) way too small for adults. Condo rooms were spacious could easily add kings. The balcony was not usable as snow was piled up. Would have loved to sit in the balcony in the morning as it was beautiful view!! I think it would be good if it was shoveled the balcony prior to our arrival. Needed extra blankets. Everyone does not have same temperature tolerance so we were trying to set it so it’s a little cooler and those who are cold can put blankets on. Small things could make this place five plus stars!

Enjoyed every minute

Very clean and furnishing were all in good shape. Plenty of room for a family. Fun to watch golfers on hole number 7 (3 par). Nice balcony with view of the mountains. We biked, fished, hiked, and golfed during our stay.

We loved the place. Why four stars and not five? Toilet didn’t flush, fireplace issue that wasn’t addressed, two windows slightly open that we didn’t realize until winds were blowing and they wouldn’t close leading to a pretty chilly wind and a touch of snow blowing in. We had a snowstorm and the stairs were covered in snow when we got there and that was never maintained during our stay, though it was fine as we just entered in the garage which was just as easy considering the snow. We contacted property management and they were pretty attentive, though I would suspect these things should be taken care - especially considering the cost of the place (it was holiday week though). They did send someone right over the next am. Location is great, we had a great time hanging out there. Had it not been for these relatively minor issues it would be five stars. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It’s a great house with plenty of room in each room and each room had a connected personal bathroom.

This was our first family vacation with the new in-laws. Location was great- easy to get to trails, spa was very close, and the balcony view was fantastic! We spent a lot of time out on the balcony and BBQ our dinners. The master bedroom was huge and nice with a kind size bed. The only draw back was that the rest of the beds were full size. We sleep better on a queen . The description does say full size so I did know it ahead of time. BUT to make this place perfect - queen size beds instead of full size beds would be great!

We had great time with friends and kids. Big house and lot of stuff in the house. We had issue with the hot water availability. 2 days we stayed hot water was not available after 9 am . Response from property manager was not great. Also internet modem was disconnected. It took us 1 hr to search for modem and connect.

We had a blast, super spacious home with lots of clutch amenities. Great kitchen knives to sound system and lighting.

We had a great time! The house was super clean and they provided a lot more than what we expected. Then house was very spacious and convenient. We were very happy with this rental choice and hope to return soon.
