This home has everything you could possibly need in a vacation rental and more. The house is quite new and has a great architectural design that our friends and family found to be very aesthetically pleasing. It's located right down the road from the Winter Park ski lifts. The property owner Doug was easy to communicate with and very helpful with getting in and out as well. The location is super convenient, the house has everything you could need, what more is there to say! We were just bummed when it came time to leave but I would recommend this property and hope to stay here again sometime. Thank you Doug, ya nailed it!

Beautiful Home within close proximity to ski resort .

Doug is a wonderful property owner and very accessible via message or phone. We had a small issue with the hot tub, but it was addressed within hours. Property was clean and well furnished. Access to Winter Park Resort was good with walking path carved out through the snow. Our family of four stayed with another family of four and there was plenty of seating for eating and relaxing in the evening without feeling on top of each other. Would stay again.

We stayed for a week over spring break with a family in a Covid bubble. The property was a self contained slice of heaven. Amazing kitchen and room for everyone to have their own slice of sanity. The owner was super responsive and the slopes are only a short walk away. Brilliant.

This home is the creation of a lot of hard work by the owner who designed and built this beautiful home. We are a family of 4 with 3 friends who joined us intermittently so we sought ski-in/ski-out near Winter Park Ski Resort in a neighborhood setting and this chalet was the perfect solution. The Gemini Lift was a short walk up a hill (for the fit) across railroad tracks and the return home from the resort was either walking back down the trail or sliding or skiing down a steeper section of the same hill. The whole neighborhood utilized this trail system, which allowed us to meet some friendly neighbors. Since we were "homebound" because of Covid restrictions we were delighted to find a kitchen that was well appointed with not only kitchen pots and pans, but extras, such as a slow cooker, Keurig, and coffee maker, ample condiments in the refrigerator, several spices, flour, sugar, and more. The living room was our family's hang-out spot where we shared many movies viewed on a large screen, enjoyed the gas fireplace, and played lots of games. We cooked dinner on the grill on the deck and enjoyed the use of 2 ovens to make multiple meals shared in the cozy dining room which seats up to 8. A half bath serves the livingroom/dining room space. The three bedrooms are ideally located with the very private master on the second floor with a lovely full bath and soaking tub, the third floor had a game room with a dry bar with mini-refrigerator, ping pong/pool table, and Foose ball which leads to a "bunk room" with single bed bunks, and a queen bed, the third bedroom boasted a nice queen bed with a shared full bath. We had more than enough linens; towels and sheets. The beds were comfortable and warm. A bonus was the hot tub on the first (entry) floor accessed by following a trail around the front of the house. The third floor also had an office which provided a pleasant space to "zoom" in and I believe the office couch pulled out to a double bed. An ideal house for a family or two. Close to skiing, cross-skiing (down Frazer Trail 3 blocks away), hiking, shopping for food is in Fraser, a 10-minute drive from the house, and we found excellent restaurants (Volario's, Zephyr, The Ditch) in Winter Park and Fraser. The owner is very responsive via text and is occasionally on the property (he built a small apartment on the first floor for use by his family) to answer questions and give advice. We highly recommend this home and hope to return next year!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is beautiful and had everything that we could ask for. The kitchen was well equiped and perfect for cooking and hanging out. We also enjoyed the hot tub after skiing all day! I would recommend this property.

Doug was a helpful property owner. The home is lovely with a new and fresh feel. Very well equipped. Super close to ski lessons and resort. We loved our stay.
