My wife and I stayed for a couple nights before heading to Clearwater Beach for another couple of nights and this was a great condo experience with beach access directly across the street!

Our stay was awesome. Loved the fact that they personally called to check in with us. Such a sweet person and it definitely has not changed, love staying in this area at these little condos. Its just perfect for me and my little family. Love the beach and our stay here, definitely plan on staying here again and would definitely recommend staying here.

This was our first mother daughter vacation and it did not disappoint. The condo was perfect for the two of us. My daughter really enjoyed the blow up mattress on the pull out couch and said it was super comfy. Not only was this place so very clean it had everything we needed for the beach. The umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys were amazing. It’s also a great location just steps to the beach and a short drive to all the local stores and attractions. We can’t wait to stay again next year!

We came for a relaxing week at the beach. Great location with just a short walk to the beach, and beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, cooler) were a bonus. We had a few issues with the rental during our stay but they were both rectified by the owner ASAP.

The host was great, the condo was comfortable and well stocked for anything from beach gear to cooking. The location is amazing with easy walking access to a quiet beach. Parking is good and the condo patio and pool were never too crowded. Nothing at all to complain about and I’d stay here again and again!

I have stayed here 2 times in the last 4 years. My family and I love it. So close to the beach and close to some great restaurants. Will come again!

We had a FANTASTIC time! Place was very spacious. Had all the beach chairs and umbrellas and cooler and all else needed for the beach. TWO balconies made it SOOO enjoyable. Can see the Gulf from the front balcony on Gulf Blvd!!! Pool temperature was perfect and the courtyard is nicer than the pics. Would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive and courteous.

Royal Orleans is an adorable complex with a central, brick courtyard that includes a pool and grill. The beach access walk is just across the street and makes for easy, relaxed days. Next door is a small park that is updated and fun for little ones. There are restaurants & convenience stores within a short walk. The grocery & pharmacy are a longer walk or a short drive, but nearby. This condo is one of the larger ones in the complex, having a private bedroom separate from the living quarters. The bedroom has its own small balcony, a recliner and television. The owner has went to a lot of effort to make sure you have everything you need when you stay here. There is plenty of beach toys, chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, even a small cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender and all the necessary cooking and eating items. There are 2 smart TVs with roku. Nice strong shower, fluffy towels. There are plenty of pillows and blankets and a couple of air mattresses in the closet. The owner is very easy to chat with and ready to make sure your stay is comfortable. This is the right choice for an easy getaway.

My family had a nice time, it was the perfect size for a small family. The pack and play that was provided was a nice touch! Easy walk to the beach!

Wendy’s property is a good value for the money. It’s in a great location, it’s roomy and open, there’s a nice balcony overlooking the pool, and it’s in a nice area. We felt very safe there. It’s also close to a long (at least 3 mile long) beach.

This unit was everything and more for our week’s stay. Just across the street from the beach. Plenty of of everything we needed. Pool was delightful. We Will definitely be back.

Our unit was a spacious 1 bedroom with 2 private balconies. We were supplied with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Also a great location, just a short walk to the beach and convenient for getting up and down the beach on the trolley bus. Wendy was wonderful to deal, always very quick to respond to messages.

This property was clean, walking distance to the beach, beach view from the balcony. We had a wonderful stay and are already booked for next year.

Treated myself to a week at the beach. Accommodations were as advertised. Conveniently located to beach and restaurants. I appreciated the beach chairs and extra towels. Lovely trip!

Great location, very close to the beach. Not much in walking distance but there is a trolley you can take. The room had two balconies and was very comfortable.

Nice condo, and accurately described by the owner as well as previous guest reviews. We flew in and it is not terribly far from Tampa/St. Pete airport. Fairly short walk to the beach. Beach is not crowded at all. The pool is nice. We found everything we needed, dining, shopping and entertainment within short driving distances. Wendy is very quick to respond to questions. We were even allowed to check in a bit earlier with her permission. With the cost of everything skyrocketing, I found this property to be quite the value for my money. If we return, we will stay here again.

Was pretty nice

Amazing place to stay. Had a balcony overlooking the pool and one to watch the cars and people walking by. Easy walk to the beach. A few restaurants are a short walk with many restaurants and shops just a short drive or Uber away .

Very nice place not far from the beach and near a few very good places to eat. Easy to walk or take a short drive for various attractions. Beach and pool were not over crowded at all. Very enjoyable time.
