This place was perfect for a family of 13... Beautiful spacious areas to gather especially the enclosed courtyard.... All areas were cleaned and ready for us... Perfect place to have a combination 97 birthday party and Thanksgiving. .. Owners responded quickly to any questions we had and were super sweet... We will be back....

For my 40th birthday I wanted to spend a weekend away relaxing with my family and this place checked all the boxes! Everyone was able to have their own space, plenty of games for the kids, and plenty of fun was had relaxing in the courtyard around the fire! Would definitely stay again!

Awesome house for a big family getaway. Everything was tidy and comfortable. If I ever come back to the area would book again. Really awesome outdoor space.

Rented this for 7 women for a college reunion. It was absolutely perfect. This place was very clean, recently updated and had every amenity you could imagine. We got lucky with the weather and spent most of our time in the courtyard around a fire. I can’t say enough about how nice this place is, the owners have done a fantastic job. (the only, and this may not make a difference to some, but the only thing to be aware of is in the 8-count for beds, one of them is a futon. Might not matter to most!)

This house was beautiful. Obviously newly remodeled with much attention to detail. We rented the entire house, and guest house for 3 nights/4 days. Communication was great. The outdoor area was what sold us on this house and it did not disappoint. The location to beautiful parks, Falling Creek Falls State Park and Burgess Falls State Park, is perfect. The waterfalls at these parks are a must see. The town is close by with plenty of fun shops and restaurants. The one comment I might make is that if you are using the entire house, and guest house, there is not a place to sit and eat as a group. The biggest table inside seats 4, 6 if you bring some chairs up. Outside is a picnic table that holds about 6. A bigger table would have been more accommodating. .

This is a great place for gatherings! We had 5 couples here for a TTU football alumni weekend! Everything was great! Spotless home. The patio area was great for relaxing. We would definitely book here again.

I have booked a lot of house rentals and this is by far one of the best. Very comfortable and roomy. Made conversations fun with the great courtyard. Only thing we would add is some lights going down the steps to the courtyard outside but that is because we were all older. No negative words from any family members and they all raved at the great place. Thanks!

All my kids live in different states with my 8 grandkids. I am from Florida. We all converged from Huntsville, Fairhope, Florida and Washington State for the get together wedding. I wished we could have stayed longer. My husband and I the grandparents stayed in the guest cottage. 👍

We booked this last minute and were needing accommodations for my sisters and our families and there wasn’t much available in the area. We are so happy that we booked this place. It comfortably slept all 12 of us. The neighborhood was quiet, we loved the outdoor fire pit. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. We would stay here again. There were plenty of things like towels, blankets and pillows. Tosha always responded promptly if I had a question.

We needed a space large enough for multiple families to gather for the holidays and this property was everything we wanted and more. There was plenty of room for everyone. The decor was amazing and this was the most well stocked place we’ve ever been. The courtyard was incredibly lovely. The location was great as well- close enough to town but feels remote. Could not recommend this place more. Will definitely come back.

The home was perfect for our needs. Offered privacy to some family that needed it and we used the community kitchen for all our main meals. The backyard was also perfect and we sat around the fire pit every night laughing, telling jokes, and enjoying family time as some of use had not seen each other for over a year. Thank you so much.

This property is great. Very spacious, clean, convenient. Everything we needed. We will be back.

Finding a rental for a family needing 6 bedrooms and baths enough to work perfectly is not easy. This rental was everything we needed. We had around 25 members of our family that gathered for a weekend. (Some of our group stayed in motels). This property has been upgraded and is like new inside. Outside, the driveway handles lots of cars easily. The patio is a festive place to be in the evenings with the lights hanging down from above. There are lots of washing machines, dryers, refrigerators and big screen televisions. This rental property is an older style outside, but like new inside. When we return to Cookeville, we will definitely return to this nice rental property.
