Perfect location for walking around town. Close to restaurants and the boardwalk. Customer service was the best ever. We had an issue with noise from the tiki bar and were moved to an upgraded quiet location. They followed up during our stay and after check out to make sure everything was ok. Because of the exceptional customer service and great location we are certain to return to Old Colorado Inn.

The staff is so welcoming. We have stayed in two different rooms and both were very clean. Beds are super comfortable. The location is ridiculously fabulous. It’s a quaint, historic hotel that they have kept very nice. Rooms have a lot of space. You won’t regret staying here.

The gents toilet at the adjoining tikki bar was filthy. Don't know if this is the responsibility of the Old Colorado Inn.

Great location and the staff is so welcoming. The rooms are so unique and fun.

the location of the property was fantastic. walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. But in the heat of summer pool access is only granted to some of the units.

The air conditioning window units need to be upgraded as they were very loud and annoying.

Quaint and comfortable.

My stay at Old Colorado Inn at (the Owl House) was the best place I've stayed at, they went above and beyond making sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed, the place was so clean and beds were so comfortable there was so much to do walking distanced, food was really good at all the restaurants, the river walk was really cool, I just can't say enough nice things about this place, I'm already placing another trip back.

Size of the room was great. I think better pillows would be nice. Overall we loved it and would come back.
