Good experience

House had a great lay out with master on one side and 2 other bedrooms on the other. Very large kitchen, enjoyed having coffee and meals out by the pool. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood- close to all! Also enjoyed the use of beach chairs and towels!

The house is beautiful and clean. The downsides are that the pool is not heated (not specified in the description), the “Jacuzzi” is actually a large bath tub in the master bathroom, and traffic from the highway can be loud at times. The home is also not appointed with many of the supplies typically found in a rental such as paper towel, garbage bags, sufficient extra toilet paper, and small incidentals such as salt and pepper. Overall, it is adequate but doesn’t warrant the price.

The house was very close to the description listed however we did have some issues that after rereading the reviews again others have mentioned. The majority of the kitchenware including the plates, utensils and cookware all had to be cleaned before usage as it was visibly dirty. The floors of the house left our feet dirty, and the bed linens didn’t feel very clean. Other issues we had were some cockroaches & smaller bugs in the house and we were only left a single garbage bag and dishwasher tablet. We have rented many other houses that those basic needs were provided. Unfortunately the pool temp was freezing to the point of it being unusable the whole time we were there. There were some other issues with dirt/crumbs under the beds/couches and in between the couch cushions. The master bedroom was hot without a way to cool it off even with leaving the door open. However, we did overall enjoy staying in this property. There was a large bathtub that my kids loved playing in. The property was nice for dining inside or outside and the toys in the house for the beach were great.

We only were in Boca for one night, but the house was perfect for our family. Clean, in a safe neighborhood, and close to everything.

Lovely wonderful house that feels like home. Very well laid out and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. W will rent there again. The host were amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Owner Expected me to Check Inn during a hurricane and a state of emergency and didnt want to issue me future credit for a stay , also never refunded me cleaning fee as i never stayed at property

This was an amazing experience with great communication throughout the whole weekend.

Beautiful outdoor space and well appointed kitchen. As a family it was easy to cook and eat together in the open concept layout. Everything was clean and perfect. Wonderful hosts. The screened in pool area was a private quiet luxury. Would absolutely recommend this house and host. Everything we needed and more for a family get away.

A Co worker and I needed to travel to Boca for a business trip. We didn’t want to do the typical hotel stay so we found this beautiful property. It was better than what shows in the pictures. Very inviting and comfortable, especially after a day of working. I would definitely stay here again, maybe I can get a chance to take a dip in the pool next time.

It was a mess from the start! The communication was a miss. He would respond every 3-4 hours or next day. Every discussion we had about the check in and check out was completely ignored. I have 2 kids under 4 and specifically asked him to put up the gate to the pool he said he would and didn’t. He would change the thermostat remotely every time we put it at 70 which is what he said to put it on. He would watch us on the cameras outside the house every time we walked out of the house. It was a complete invasion of privacy. To top it all off the house is completely infested with cockroaches the size of a mice. Overall it was a horrible experience if I could give it zero stars I would!

My wife and I and two grandchildren really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a good neighborhood with a 10 minute drive to the beach and downtown Boca. The house was clean and well furnished and the pool was perfect. Luis was responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for families.

The Boca home was beautiful !! It was clean, very spacious, the aesthetics were modern and pleasing to the eye. The kitchen island was the show stopper, just beautiful !! My husband loved it so much he made breakfast every morning lol. Overall our experience exceeded our expectations. Luis and the team were very kind and communication was professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property to friends/family and would be eager to book again in the near future.

The property met all of our expectations. The property manager was great with communication. They even had a welcome bottle of wine for us. It was in a central location and felt very safe

The home was beautiful, immaculate, and well maintained. Any questions we had were immediately answered by the host. The home was centrally located to shops and restaurants. Would like to return again.

We had a really nice time with our family here. There is lots of space, especially common area space which is great for gathering with family. The neighborhood is also very nice and convenient to restaurants, groceries, etc. The pool and fenced in yard are great, but the pool is not heated. The kids didn’t care but a little cold for the adults :) The only issues we ran into were the master bedroom gets very hot and was harder to cool than the rest of the house - and while the kitchen is adequately stocked, I wouldn’t call it a chefs kitchen. It wasn’t an issue for us just not what we thought based on the description. Also the house is listed as having a hot tub, which is the master bathtub (good size but not a jacuzzi). Again, not an issue for us just thought it could be clarified in the listing. Overall we had a nice stay and the house was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 6.

We had just left a horrendous hotel and then arrived at this location. There were instructions on the house and a bottle of wine welcoming us!

Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We had an amazing time with our family living so close but having the luxury of going home to relax when we needed to. It was a bit cool for most Foridians but our daughters loved being able to jump in the pool. The owners were very kind and checked in with us and also responded very quickly when we had a question. The house was immaculate! We will be back!

Fit the bill for our family of 4, including a toddler and infant. In a nice neighborhood and had all the essentials.

Open plan, very clean and a great place to stay if the location is near where you want to go. We ate dinner out just 8 mins drive down the road tho kitchen is great to cook in too. 3 bedrooms - the master is very large, the other 2 are small but adequate for sure. Very nice overall!

This was the perfect spot for our family to take a trip away. Everything was well kept and was great having separate bedrooms for each of our kids plus a pool to jump in. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for quite a long time in this property and its just like the pictures, we enjoyed it very much! Loved staying in Boca and great location, it is close to the beach which is practical. The house is clean and cozy, definitely staying here again!
